From my experience, the staff that work here are super nice and accommodating. The food quality is terrible. Just because you're serving healthier options doesn't mean you can use the lowest grade/oldest ingredients and label it as "healthy". The food always tastes gross for me, and a few times gave me stomach cramps and nausea. I don't know where the ingrediets are coming from, but they are anything but fresh. I don't mean to be rude, but I have to be honest. This place is a skip for me. I hope the ingredient quality can be reviewed.

I love Freshii restaurant for lunch and dinner! They have a lot of healthy choices for vegetarians, vegans and others. They carry various salads, wraps, bowls, soups and buritto, etc. They also carry various cold press organic drinks to energize you! Their service is amazing and the staff is helpful! I definitely recommend them for your next meal!

I am really disappointed and shocked with this location. they close at 7pm... show up at 6 and theyre already closed??? every bowl i order was drenched in sauce and the chicken was mushy and gross... never ever going back and i strongly recommend everyone to just go to another location

1 star is beong generous! This place lacks alot of things. We placed an order through the website, when we went to go pick it up they had the audacity to tell me that i didnt order. Meanwhile, my order was sitting on the printer the whole time. Then, they made my son's order with chicken. When i said 'i asked for no chicken' they scrapped the chicken off and put it back in the container for the next customer! Maybe being on their phones was more important then serving their customers. I dont understand because not only did they have a hard copy of the order, i had to verbally repeat my order 5 times to them and they STILL got it all wrong.

If you want to eat healthy this is a great place to go they are a little pricey $20. For a salad and a coke life. Very fresh and very good salad

As someone who’s been to 5+ freshii locations, this is by far the best. You place your order at 5:00 and your food is in your hands by 5:05. Portions are amazing; they actually fill the bowl in comparison to other locations. Staff is amazing, manager is handsome. lol. Overall great.

Place is very dirty, cleanliness behind the counter and overall is pretty gross. Walls, doors, handles of doors have black marks from people’s dirty hands. Place needs to focus on cleaning.

Best Freshii. Staff is so friendly and fast. Our food came in a ceramic bowl while we dined in. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

As busy as this location is, they always have my food ready on time (through mobile pick up). I have never had a bad experience here. The portions are generous, fast service. Healthy local choice. Will visit again and again.

This is the second time I come to a Freshii. Terrible experience. I ordered a bowl. Poor quality food and overpriced. One hour later I had to leave an important meeting and rush to the bathroom to vomit. NEVER AGAIN

Place order through app. Paid $70 through Apple Pay. Show up at time given. Closed. Mail box full can’t leave message. Called bank to stop payment. Clowns. If you’re closed why are you accepting orders.

Usually I have never had a problem with food at this location but today I ordered a Mediterranean bowl and it tasted like some of the lettuce had dirt or sand in it while I was eating it. I paid $20 for this bowl and wasn’t happy and was concerned that the lettuce may not have been washed properly - I’ve never had this happen to me before. I called when I got home to complain and the lady answering the phone suggested to take a picture of the bowl or there’s nothing else she could do? Not sure how a picture of the bowl could show the bite of lettuce I ate that had a sandy texture when I ate it. All she did was say sorry and that no one else had this problem today when eating the Mediterranean bowl…not impressed by the meal or customer service and won’t be returning here.

BEST FRESHII EVER! -amazing service always -kind and approachable staff -clean environment I come to this freshii almost 3 times a week and I have never had a negative experience! Shoutout to all the amazing workers at this location and thank you for always making the best bowls! You guys are awesome:)

Serving and stay were good. However, I ordered a bowl with tofu. I appreciate the quantity, but would appreciate my tofu chopped into smaller chunks like every other locations than 1/4 brick chunks of tofu. Thank you

Was never a fan of Freshii but this location is not like others. The food is incredibly fresh, super clean and Amazing customer service. Highly recommended

The quality of food at this location has been decreasing the past while to the point where my husband and I will not be ordering here again. The last order my husband made from Uber Eats this past Wednesday gave him food poisoning and he had to go to the hospital. The bowl was undoubtedly the culprit as that was the only thing he ate that day. Please be careful that the rice being used in the bowls isn’t stale or that stale rice isn’t being mixed with fresh rice.

My favourite location of all the locations. Anything extra you ask for they don’t hesitate to make the customer happy. Always good portion sizes & quick service

Ate here before and they do a pretty good job. Today is Saturday May 15th I got here at 5:15 the doors were locked and staff was cleaning. Said they closed for the day. No where does it say modified hours. Google says closes at 6 so does the hours infront of the store.

Always a great experience getting food from here! Staff is very interactive and friendly, and Quality & quantity of food is also good! Best Freshii in all over GTA must try! The two ladies here are always so lovely and accommodating.

They went above and beyond my expectations :) We ordered 2 bowls and some drinks thru Skip the Dishes and we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary energy bites in the bag It was a thoughtful touch as we have been going through a stressful situation at home, this brightened our day a little bit. The food itself was great, excellent portion sizes, very tasty, and perfect amount of dressing. Happy customer here!!

My teriyaki plate tasted off like something was molded. I ate, and ate some more because I thought maybe it was my tastebuds. My spouse tasted it and agreed it didn’t taste right. I went back to ask for a different bowl or smoothie…and they refused to replace the item with something else or refund me. Claimed I ate almost all of it already when that wasn’t the case. But whatever I guess the customer isn’t always right…skip this place.

Ordered a Teriyaki and Buddha bowl for takeout and they forgot to add chicken even it was mentioned in order.. definitely need more staff to serve customers better..spoiled our Friday lunch..

Love this location!!! The restaurant and bathrooms are immaculate. The obvious fresh food and menu we expect but with speed and accuracy! Our order was prepared so efficiently, without any errors. Staff are highly trained at this spot!!! Will use this location from now on.

Come here at least once a week for lunch. Service is fast. Food is customizable and fresh. Portions are generous. Oaxaca bowl with steak is my go to.
