Well $17 after tax for a small bowl of salty chicken tariyaki takeout. Hmm..

Came to this location to try out, but there was a lack of chicken but tons of veggies and shrimp which I added extra. I'm used to going to the Dufferin and Steeles location which I find far more fresh and evenly distributed for the meat. I will stick with that location as I order the same thing generally but somehow this time it came to $19 for shrimp and chicken on rice bowl.

Came here and ordered the Signature dish. The worker came from the back and took my order, added some fresh chicken on the grill and put a steel lid over it, a few moments later he removed a steel lid from another dry batch of chicken which was pre cooked and added that to my meal. The chicken was hard and dry. I would not recommend this location to anyone especially a loyal customer who knows what freshness tastes like.

I agree with some other reviewers. The chicken tasted off, definitely precooked or something. Did not taste right. Maybe not fresh? I can't say what it was, but it ruined the whole meal. I'm guessing by adding a lot of salt and sauces it can be unnoticed, but it was definitely noticeable.

My first time going to this teriyaki experience, at this location the place is clean and well organized staff was professional and friendly, I gave it 3 stars and the reason being was that the chicken was already prepared and sitting under a lid cover don't know how long its been sitting there either, was wondering why the chicken wasn't prepared with the vegetables and this was the reason why, but pieces of my chicken were dry. And actually ruined the rest of the meal, looked at other people reviews and noticed the same complaint about the meat already being prepared as far back as 2 years ago seen manager apologize so why is it still happening years later, but I won't be going back there again.

They raised the price and put less meat in your dish. Paying 20$ for a meal you’d expect more than a little spoonful of meat lol

The food and service was good! My soup was fresh and hot and it was perfect to have on a cold winter day. The service was good as well and they were helpful in what I wanted and suggested this soup for me

Pretty good, a little pricey, super friendly staff, meat is pre-cooked and sits on grill so not infused with your meal when served.. a little stale.

Good services, everything cooked right in front visible stoves, reasonable price

I been to teriyaki experience I love the food that they served I would like to thank the staff for the hard work I love healthy food thanks I recommend anyone to try the food it's healthy and fresh I gonna come back to try different food and again thanks for the support

Disappointed. My husband and I have been to this location before and they hardly add any sauce or meat and I thought that maybe it was just that day. Today we went and asked for extra sauce and meat and even paid for extra and didn’t get it. The people ahead of us were dining in and seemed like got more then our take out meals. Paid $39 for two meals with no extra meat or sauce (and we paid for it!!!)

Got the chicken teriyaki, got extra meat. Cons - Barely any meat - Skimping on the Teriyaki sauce - The chicken tasted like it was made 5 days ago (Should have read other reviews) - $22 for the smallest portion ever Pros - Nothing

Chef greets you when you arrive. His voice may be unenthusiastic but you can tell he enjoys preparing the dishes. Food tasted good too

Took a little while to get seated and for the chef to come out, but the experience and food was very enjoyable. Would come again but not something I would do often

This location services has improved over the years , now I really like going to this location , the workers are welcoming and the portion of food really good. Nothing really to complain

I called this restaurant tonight at 7:30 to ask what time they closed, lady on phone told me 9pm but to arrive 8:45 latest to order. I drove from Toronto and arrived at 7:50pm. Restaurant closed down early- before time listed on Google and well before lady said it would close. Drove down for nothing. Ridiculous.

Google maps says this location is open until 6pm and when I drove there before 6pm it was closed with no hours posted.

Very simple quick dining spot. I never miss an opportunity to go to this place. Every time I feel like having a good lunch, this is the place that comes straight to my head. Amazing food and a rich menu, trained crew, and great vibes. I tell about this spot with pleasure. Highly recommend it!

I was hoping to try the Bento Box, but they were sold out at noon somehow. I got the Ginger Beef bowl instead and enjoyed that though.
