The service is ok. The food is extremely expensive and for the quality the price should be 60% less. Seems like their chef is the world Famous “MICROWAVE”. Would not recommend at all.

Romano's is a culinary haven! Fresh, amazing flavors in every bite. The ambiance, especially with the weekend DJ, adds a fantastic vibe. The pasta is crazy delicious, and the tiramisu? To die for! The service of staff? 100% amazing! Every aspect exceeded expectations. A must-try gem!

Delicious Italian food at Romano's. Calamari was nice and fresh, polenta bites were very tasty and steak was fantastic. Pasta was mouthwatering and deserves special mention. Service was a bit slow, but understandable as they were packed that evening.

A small family get-together was held here, and I was satisfied on all fronts. Our waitress was very interesting: knew what she was doing but was also very down to earth. We had a couple appetizers for the table, and then my main was the gnocchi burrata, which was basically normal gnocchi with tomato sauce but with a giant ball of very soft mozzarella in the middle. It was cold but matched well with the hot pasta. Prices are alright I suppose. Good job!

Romano’s is a fantastic Italian restaurant in Woodbridge. They have very friendly staff and serve delicious food. I’ve been here for dinner and for a private event, both times were great. I’d recommend both the grilled and fried calamari as a starter.

Big portions, good for sharing. Food quality okay. Had coconut shrimp and mussels. Shrimp was okay, nothing special. Mussels were not cleaned properly and the sauce was to watery. Doesn’t come with side however, they do serve complimentary bread and butter once seated. Drinks were standard and basic. Price was fair since portions were big however quality wasn’t the greatest. Service however was great!

Clients of mine, Darvon Sales, spoiled me treating me to Ramano's for the very first time. Great Italian food and now also found my favourite red wine. Loved that they don't rush you out the door, and you feel at home. Loved the place so much, that I suggested it for another client Christmas lunch with Moore JCB 😁🥳🍷

Terrific ambiance; modern and clean. Our server has worked there for 28 years and was spunky and a pleasure for the evening. The turtle cheesecake was great. Fettuccine Alfredo was as expected; great sauce and noodles. I wanted blackened, but couldnt get it. Had a great Italian wine with the meal.

I visited Romanos Woodbridge with a group of nine friends in July. The food was excellent but a bit over priced. The services however, was HORRIBLE. The waitress took over 1 hour to come over and take our orders. Other customer who arrived after us were seated and receive their drinks and food before we even got to meet out waitress. At the end of dinner, the waitress told me it’s customary to tip 18% for large group and she did not included it in my bill because she “trust I will tip well”. When I paid my bill and handed her the terminal she got upset I only tipped 15%. She stated she trusted I would tip 18%. She then pulled out her phone to calculate the difference I’m owing in tips and demand I pay it. She enter $20 into the credit card machine and handed it to me to pay the rest of the tip. She also asked me if I was not happy with the food and service , although I told her I was not happy with waiting over an hour for service she only got more annoyed and angry. I paid the tip to avoid a bad experience for the group I was dining with but I was shocked a waitress actually demand a better tip. Please train your waitress to understand that customers are not legally required to tip. Her attitude was disgusting and she made me feel cheap. I do not appreciate how I was treated.

I recently celebrated my birthday dinner at Romano's in Vaughan, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. From the delectable food to the beautiful decor, every aspect of the evening was nothing short of exceptional. The culinary journey at Romano's is a treat for the senses. The menu boasts a delightful selection of dishes, each expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. The attention to detail in every bite showcases the chef's dedication to creating a memorable dining experience. The variety and quality of the cuisine truly set Romano's apart. The ambiance of the restaurant is another highlight. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. Whether you're there for a casual dinner or a special celebration, the ambiance adds a touch of elegance to the overall dining experience. I must commend the impeccable service we received throughout the evening. The staff at Romano's is not only professional but also incredibly attentive. Our server went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, making the celebration even more enjoyable. During my visit, I noticed there was a Christmas party underway, and it was evident that Romano's is an excellent venue for events. The seamless coordination of the party and the festive atmosphere added to the charm of the evening. It's clear that Romano's is not just a restaurant but a versatile space suitable for various occasions. One aspect that caught my attention was the presence of chosen menus for events. Been here twice hoping next time would be better but was a little disappointed. The lobster and pasta were overcooked. I think most of it felt frozen and not so fresh . And the marinara / pasta sauce also felt a little on tartier than necessary side . The bread also was really dry and chewy . The food doesn’t do justice to its ambience. Service was fine no complaints there. It was busy so a little wait is expected .

Food and service was super average. I was really disappointed with the calabrese pizza. Best way to describe it is, a quality of a frozen pizza with a lot of powdered flour still at the bottom. I did really enjoy the calamari, 10/10 cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I really wanted to try the tiramisu, however they ran out even though it was only 9pm.

Easily the BEST Italian I’ve had outside of Italy! The Gnocchi with cheese was soooo good! Staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. Highly recommend!

Food was great. Getting charged for tap water $6 and sneaking that in the bill is slimy. Thanks Diane…To clarify when Diane asked about water, options presented were sparkling, flat or iced. I said flat... and she did not notify it would be a charge. I looked around and the only table served with the bottled water.

This is an excellent restaurant - I came to celebrate my friends birthday and our drinks and food were on point. I would recommend the grilled veal, the portion was massive and it was very tender. I didn’t get a chance to take a photo but I did capture a photo of the lamb skewers (speducci) with their rapini + medley which was lovely. The value for the quality you’re getting is great! Thank you for a fun night.

We’re ordered catering from Romano’s in the past and it was good, so we decided to order from them again for my daughter’s birthday. (Ordered 2 pastas, veal and 2 pizzas 1x meat and 1x vegetarian (margherita). What a mistake that was! The pizzas especially the so called “margherita” pizza was cold and dry! I called Romano’s and spoke to Lori who said she doesn’t know what happened as they order their pizzas from the bakery? Like what? Aren’t you an Italian restaurant? Lori then said she would make fresh pizzas and I have to come pick it up or she will refund me. I chose the refund as I didn’t want to leave the party. Lori then told me to reheat the pizza and just serve it. When I reheated it, the cheese never melted and was still dry because the pizza was BURNT to begin with!!How could they even think to send it off with a customer to be served?! We ended up ordering from Ricci’s and threw Romano’s in the trash. Lori told me to call her the next day to get my refund and my husband left a message with no call back? He also tried to call everyday and no one picks up his calls. So here we are. Here is a pic of the pizza they sent us home with. Save your money! There are many other Italian restaurants in Woodbridge that do catering.

Looooove Romanos! The food is great and the service is fantastic! I haven't been in years and it was so nice to see that the quality of food hasn't changed. I joined a few fiends for a Girls night on their fabulous patio. I had the a red wine sangria, fried calamari, seafood pasta and for dessert tiramisu and a latte. It was all delicious! YUM! And I cannot wait to go back.

Nice place tucked away in a commercial/industrial area. Had a mocktail plus a skewer apps (there were 8 skewers though quite small - good app size) and Italian nachos, which were all ok (could have used more cheese). Ordered a pizza (Quattro staggioni) and was good not overly large or small. Swapped slices with other folks so we got a variety. Also had the turtle cheese cake which wasn’t turtley enough for me or cheesecakey enough, though still decent. Inside atmosphere was good with space for a few big tables if you come in as a big group. Service was good though they got busy and were delayed in getting our bill especially since we had reservations afterwards.

Food great Service great Cleanliness great Portions extremely generous Tiramisu. Wowowowow!!! Cappuccino amazing! Anna and Julia who took care of us were fabulous - friendly, professional, efficient! Rest of the staff amazing also! In my exchanges with the staff I learned the story of Romano, it is a family run restaruant and you really can taste and feel the love in this place! Had great veggie choices for me and my wife. Will definitely return.

Romano’s has quickly become a place where we go for milestone moments in our life in the Vaughan area. The food is delicious consistently and the warmth of the staff is always top notch. I love the atmosphere. It’s always been pretty busy when we’ve been there and you never feel neglected or like you’re waiting very long for anything. Love it. Can’t say enough nice things about it.

Me and my family have been going to Romano’s for quite a while now and every experience has been a great one. Not only does the food taste amazing but each and every server makes you feel at home! This is by far the best restaurant in Vaughan, On!

Great food, some of the best pasta I've had, service was a little slow but that could have been due to it being Valentine's day.

Lovely italian joint. Food was great, a little pricey but delicious! We got the chicken with veggies and sesame salmon salad. Staff offered to seat us on the patio since we were curious even though they were closing the patio, how nice of them!

Romanos is one of my favourite places in the Woodbridge area. I have been going here for many years, and I love just how fresh the food is and the portion size of each plate. We ordered a couple of different pasta dishes, and each one of them tasted outstanding. My favourite is still the Chicken Parmigiana with pasta on the side. We also ordered the calamari, and all of us raved at how fresh it tasted and not oily. I have tried other places expressos and I always tend to come back to Romanos for more.

I recently dined at Romanos, a high-end Italian restaurant in Vaughan, and was impressed with the overall experience. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was decent, although a bit slow at times. But, the food was the real highlight of the meal. The dishes were very heavy and creamy, which I found to be a good thing as it was authentic Italian food. The flavors were bold and delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the pasta dishes. Overall, I would recommend Romanos to anyone looking for a fancy Italian dining experience in Vaughan.

We came on a busy Saturday night. It was loud and busy but the staff was on top of everything with us and we got served withing reasonable delay all throughout the night. Great wine selection, wide price range. The food was just amazing, quantity was just right and taste was perfect. The presentation was flawless for everything. Nice intimate dinner with a candle at every table and dim lights (which excuse the low light photo quality, my apologies). Not a cheap bill but worth every penny for a fancy occasion !

My friend and I decided to venture out for a lunch after so many months in lockdown. We arrived one hot sunny afternoon without a reservation. They seated us quickly and had a nice range of food on the menu. I ordered the fried calamari, my friend ordered the risotto and we shared a bruschetta. The food arrived promptly and the service was good. The food was delicious and fresh.

Food was amazing, staff was very inviting and friendly! They've got a great outdoor dining experience, so even on rainy days, you're covered by the tent. First time anyone in our group had been there and will definitely be going back!

We have been going to Romano's for more than 2 decades now. They have grown considerably and for good reason. Their menu is of course always fantastic - but above and beyond that, the way they take care of their facility, their staff and their clients is top-notch! And their staff retention is unbelievable, both back-of-house and front! Many of the same people that have been with the restaurant from the early days are still there! This has caused them to move from the initial 2 units they started with, to taking over 5 units - just to keep up with demand - both in-house and for catering! My favourite is their antipastos! Best in town! I highly recommend Romano's for dine-in, take-out, patio, catering and events of all kinds. You will feel like royalty every time!
