Very cute little shop! More of a take out location as they only have 3 small tables for 4 people. These are smaller tacos (about 2-3 bites), but if you prefer variety this is the place. I love being able to choose 5 different tacos. We tried almost every taco on the menu (minus the mushroom one). Mostly everything was great! The only not as flavourful ones were the potato power and chori-potato. Otherwise it was a nice stop for a quick dinner bite. Be aware they are busy for take out and wait times can be longer.

Ay Caramba delivers true Mexican flavor. I love the atmosphere around here with the little booths and lighting decor. The owner is extremely friendly and has passion about the food that they serve. Most of the dishes are house made. I love their secret hot sauces. Not so secret now but I highly recommend you ask for them. Portions are very generous for real tacos. The chicken and beef were incredible with such great flavor. The fish was super delicious with a good chunk of haddock. The churro was perfectly cooked and not overly oily. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside the way it should be. I like the way they serve their menu here with a flat price of five or three tacos. You can mix and match them any way you want or order all the same. There is no difference. I will definitely be coming back to try out some of the appetizers as five tacos filled me up and I couldn't have another bite. Great job! We'll be back.

Cute little taco shop with authentic tacos. The prices were very reasonable as compared to other taco shops. Carnitas were outstanding, the horchata and agua de Jamaica had a hint of cinnamon which elevated their flavour even more. The house salsa was the most delicious sauce I have ever had even in Mexico. They have a bathroom but it is located at the back of the kitchen, a-bit narrow to get to. I recommend them!

I came here for an event and found the owner very friendly. He told us a bit of a history about Tacos and Mexican food and explained the ingredients of each taco we were going to try. I tried fish taco, Al Pastor, Eh! Taco and Campechano Taco and I’d say Campechano Taco was one of the best tacos I’ve ever had; it had perfect amount of spices. I would definitely come back to try it and other menu items.

February 18th, 2023 I must start with saying I have no idea what exactly some of these people who reviewed this place are talking about. I admit, when our food first arrived, we thought the portions were a bit small, but in the end, we both left full. The food was so good, so tasty, that I told my husband I wanted to thank the Chef before leaving, but I was too shy lol For the people complaining about the price, I say wake up! We all know the prices everywhere have increased. Very cozy ambiance. The decor is one of a kind! Customer service is incredible and the place is very clean. I ordered 5 different tacos. Each taco I tried tasted better than the previous. This place did not disappoint. The food is made with LOVE (in my opinion) and of course, the garnishes were so FRESH!!! Thank you to the kitchen staff for the Delicious food. We had an awesome experience tonight and will definitely visit again 😊 February 19th, 2023 It was so delicious last night, we had to go back ☺️ August 19th, 2023 Every time we eat here, their food tastes better and better to me. It just tastes so GOOD! The staff is also so welcoming, no matter who serves you. Thank you again, so much!

The food from Ay Caramba, Eh! Is so good that you'll be dying to go back and try the rest of their menu. Even with a 20 minute drive home, the food never lost any of its freshness. We ordered Fish tacos, Chori-Potato tacos, ChilaquiNachos, Guacamole and Churros. Everything was delicious and the nachos were such a large portion that we'll have to eat them as chilaquiles for leftovers. They even give you two sides of salsa which only add more flavour to everything. My only regret was not getting a second order of the churros. They were crisp, sweet but light and had the most subtle hint of citrus which made them perfect.

We will definitely be back to try more!! Tacos are one of my fav foods so I’m happy to have found this place! Nice atmosphere as well

One of my favourite taco places in Vaughan! The tacos are extremely flavourful and have such a unique flavour. The tacos are on the pricier side and the portion size is a bit small, but it’s definitely worth it if you’re looking for really good tacos. My personal favourites are Alambre, Chorizo, Fish, & Al Pastor Eh!

The staff was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Their menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering an incredible selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure. It’s truly a must-visit destination for any food lover. Ay Caramba, Eh! located in Vaughan, ON is a lovely 😊 place to be. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city 🏙️ in spite of being in the city 🌃. There’s an ample parking 🅿️ space around the building. The place has the nice indoor seating arrangements and the seating arrangement is super comfortable and spacious.

The staff is really nice, friendly and kept following 🆙.

Pricing is decent, good value for money and the place is more suitable for a group of people.

Ay caramba! Eh... I had no idea there was such a popular Mexican eatery in the outskirts of the GTA. More precisely, this authentic spot is located at the end of a plaza off the Hwy 400 so you have to look hard to find it. Called ahead for takeout and arrived to a long waiting line at the front cash. My food was nowhere near ready which was a bit disappointing. But received complementary chips & salsa, which was a nice touch from the friendly owner. My advice is to try the spicy salsa, it has a real kick from the jalapeños for the taste buds! And true to ad, the food here was infused with scents/flavors of Mexico making it worth the visit and wait. Ordered the aptly named "3 Amigos": fish haddock, carnitas and beef brisket tacos. Both carnitas (slow-cooked pork) & beef brisket were tender, moist and marinated deliciously. Fish was nicely battered and also topped with plenty of fresh garnishes like the others. Just a great triumvirate of tacos, albeit in small portions.

Good spot if you're craving for tacos in Vaughan. 5 for $20 is a good deal for two people to share. The tacos are small and comes in 15 different flavours. We were satisfied with the fish tacos. Perfect bite size. The chorizo and chicken were dripping with oil though. Too wet. The patio has an efficient concept: order and pay online and collect inside. No table service provided so you clean up after yourself, you can bring in your own drink! Definate pit stop if you're in the area!

This is an authentic Mexican restaurant offering a variety of authentic Mexican food with a twist. We tried various tacos, churros and horchata. We enjoyed the tacos very much, especially the fish tacos, so crunchy with a corn shell . After the meal, we ordered another takeout order for 5 tacos and nachos. The portion is not big though. The owner Carlos is super nice and friendly, and the service is very fast too, would recommend if you’d like to try some real Mexican tacos .

Ay Caramba, Eh offers a pleasant dining experience in a cozy and clean environment. My waiter was very polite and attentive when taking my order. I was surprised the restaurant wasn't busier - it deserves more customers! While on the pricier side, with my nachos, 3 tacos and a soda totaling $51, the food quality makes up for it. The nachos were a standout - crispy chips layered with flavorful pico de gallo, spicy pickled jalapeños and chipotle sauce. I tried the brisket, birria and al pastor tacos. The incredibly tender brisket and the melt-in-your-mouth birria were my favorites, while the al pastor's strong pineapple taste was less to my liking. The fresh garnishes rounded out the tacos nicely. They execute upscale Mexican fare in an intimate setting, albeit at premium prices. Still, the attentive service and scrumptious nachos and tacos make it a tasty spot for date nights.

The atmosphere was great and so was the service! Staff was very polite. Definitely recommend the Horchata! I ordered the Birria Tacos it was so good. However I feel the portion is very small, you do get 3 tacos but they’re very small tortillas. I feel like the portion served is not justified for the price. That’s the only problem I had, but don’t get wrong the taste was really good.

Ay Caramba had a clean and fun atmosphere with Latin music playing. The waiter was friendly, bilingual, and provided details about special menu deals. As a vegetarian, I tried a potato taco and a mushroom taco. The food wasn’t spicy but they had sauces on the side for you to spice to your liking.

One of the few places in Vaughan that has amazing fish tacos. Definitely worth the trip here. The Chilaquil nachos are to die for as well 👌🏻

We were looking for a new burrito spot in Vaughan and found AY Caramba, Eh! Small location that’s a hidden gem! We were greeted by the friendly staff, who are from Mexico and serve authentic meals. We started with chips, home made guacamole and pico de gallo. Great appetizer before our Burritos were ready. The burrito is smaller than most of the franchise places however the taste is far superior! We will definitely be back to try more options from their menu. Expect to spend about $20 per person with a drink. Slightly more if you want to try their churros after your meal.

Very unassuming from the outside but the food and drinks were incredible! I liked how you can mix and match the tacos. I’d recommend ordering their horchata as well. Atmosphere felt very welcoming, overall a great dinner.

We have been coming here since they opened and love the food! The whole family loves Mexican but this place is our favourite. The flavours are on another level. I never thought I would eat a fish taco but they are my favourite ones (although all of them are good). When given a chose, both of my kids chose this restaurant to celebrate their birthday dinners. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait fir the pre-Covid hours to return.

Stopped in because we wanted something new and to support a local business. We were not disappointed. Service with a smile, prompt manner in getting our order. Worth the price paid. Will definitely order there again. Small venue only accommodates few diners more for take out. Portion size was perfect with amazing flavor.

Came here on the weekend for dinner - thought the tacos were average/mediocre. Nothing to rave about. Tacos were relatively smaller than we had anticipated, and at $16 for 3 tacos, we had expected a bit more. The brisket taco was noticeably soggy too. Nice to try, but unlikely to return.

As much as I love the food here, the small, $5 tacos are just pushing it. Yes the flavours are great and pretty authentic, but even buying their 5 for $25 taco option leaves you barely filled. I still recommend supporting this place occasionally; this is a good taqueria amongst a sea of Taco bells and burrito chains.

The fish taco here is the best , very good costumer service and great service.

Get the brisket taco, as many as you can eat. The other tacos are okay but the brisket taco is out of this world. We live in Oakville and drive down here just for that taco. Highly recommend it, great staff and friendly service.

Nice little place. Taste was ok. Could be more flavourful. Chicken was little dry as there was not enough sauce. Potato tacos were good. Overall ok service.

Deelish!! Ordered the five different tacos for $20 so I could try as many different flavours as possible. I couldn’t pick a favourite out of them as they were all so flavourful. Everything scratch home made end it shows in the quality and flavor. Anytime I pass through this area I’ll be sure to stop in.
