When good service, good food, good drinks in a great atmosphere come together…it must be the Keg! Caroline was great and took really good care of us. The food was delicious and cooked right to our preference. I’ve tried Old Fashioned at many restaurants but have been disappointed. These guys do it right, literally! Thanks Caroline

First time on The Keg, what an amazing experience. We were served by the Greg and he did a fabulous job, very polite and helpful all the time. Dishes were fabulous! Probably the best meat I've ever had. It was melting in the mouth. Everything was full of flavour. I totally recommend it. Not the cheapest place, but it is worthy every penny!

I ordered the 6oz top sirloin and mushroom rice. The steak itself was chewy (I ordered it rare) and not seasoned. The mushroom rice was cold and dry and was also lacking in seasoning. They gave me 6 pieces of veggies that were also cold. The waitress was nice but she seemed like she was in a rush. Food took a long time to come out. We then asked for the dessert menu and the waitress took. a while to get back. Atmosphere was also really cold. Wouldn’t come back.

We came here for a party, table of like 40 people. The waiters were running around all over the place and getting us stuff. Food was a bit too salty, but the rib steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. Appetizers were nothing crazy (escargots, tuna tartare, calamari, shrimp dip), could have done without them. Love their twice baked potato.

Quite possibly the most disappointing Keg visit I have ever had. Have been going to the Keg for decades and not sure if this was due to the location or if The Keg as a chain has gone downhill. Ordered the calamari which came out literally as just crispy burnt batter with next to no actual fish. Then I ordered the NY Striploin with a side of shrimp and scallop. The shrimp and scallop came out on a side plate and was the type you would find in the freezer section at the grocery store (tiny shrimp and scallops - not the nice big ones you would expect from The Keg). Overall very disappointing experience and may give The Keg another shot down the road but definitely won't be returning to this location.

The Keg and the amazing staff(Yasmin and Noa) were absolutely perfect for our night date. We just want to enjoy some drinks after a tough week at work, and they make everything enjoyable. We asked for some nice drinks, and the snacks, the nachos and the prime rib sliders, sooo good. Thanks guys for a great night.

Had a 100% satisfying dinner few hours ago celebrating my daughter’s birthday in this location. We all ate steak- filet mignon, prime rib and sirloin. The Keg didn’t fail us! My 12 year old daughter really loved the steak here. The front desk ladies were nice. We just waited not long enough to get seated and Matthew served our table. He was polite and welcomed us well. When he learned that it was my daughter’s birthday, he even served us a complimentary dessert for her. Very thoughtful server and my daughter was really happy with the sparkle on…Great service! Thanks Matthew! Keep it up!

I was honestly so disappointed with my visit. The plates we were handed for our apps had residue and left over food on them, the cutlery was also filthy and we had to request for almost everything to be replaced. Once we finally received our appetizers it had seemed as though there was zero quality control. Almost all of the appetizers were over cooked/burned. My party of 6 ended up not eating most of it. Pictured are the nachos that were awful. The steaks that we ordered were cooked to perfection and tasted great, but the service was slow and we often times felt forgotten. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as the prices do not reflect the service and quality expected. Would not recommend.

We had a great time here. Our steaks were very nicely cooked and came out at a great time. Everything tasted amazing and I was very surprised by the portion of the ribeye. Usually the bone takes up the majority of the oz but when it came out there was barely any bone on it...so it was a larger than normal portion. Which we had no complaints about! With the flavour and size of that steak, at most other steakhouses you'd be paying $100+. It was impressive and I'd definitely come back here again.

Boy, where do I start?! The best steakhouse doesn't exi....wait! It does exist! Perfect combination of all that's ever been good. I'm not even gonna talk about food because it's perfect. I wanna take this opportunity and thank Saeed, our host, who did an outstanding job of walking us through the menu and was very patient with our questions. If you're ever here, ask for him, you'll have the best experience. All our requests from how we wanted our steaks to little asks here and there were very well taken care of. Definitely recommended.

This place is always busy!! We came early at 5pm and it was already half full!! For appetizers, we ordered French onion soup, fried calamari and Caesar Salad. Of course we always get the fresh sour dough bread 🍞 as well! All for the food was piping hot and fresh! For mains, we had the 20 oz ribeye steak with double baked potato and the keg burger with fries 🍟! The steak was phenomenal and the burger is very juicy! Overall the meal was on point and the service was excellent 👌!

Convenient location just minutes away from Vaughan Mills Shopping Mall. Excellent customer service: fast, efficient and super friendly. High quality food and delicious ice cream cake! Highly recommended!

Tried the Kansas city strip loin with a twice baked potato. Delicious but was not medium well like we asked. Rib steak however was perfect. Service is always lovely.

Takeout Customers: The Keg online ordering system stated they were solid booked for the night. Don’t let that stop you from giving the restaurant a call. The pleasant Hostess placed us on hold to check with someone in the Kitchen. We were lucky and got our orders accommodated. 1. Prime Rib served with fried shallots and 2 sauces (horseradish and herb gravy). 2. Kansas City Striploin Steak served with roasted red beets and green beans. We got the twice baked potatoes with bacon bits. And don’t forget to ask for that freshly baked bread with butter. Medium rare for both orders.

Had the most superb restaurant experience ever. Our group had the tremendous pleasure of having Joe S. serve us. This guy has a lot of wit. Smart, fast, great at building relationships, awesome listener, great smile, amazing attitude. Joe, thank you for just going above and beyond! You are amazing!

Me and my wife had the pleasure of celebrating our 3rd year anniversary at The Keg. The service was outstanding - friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Our waiter went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. As for the food, it did not disappoint. We ordered a few different dishes to share, and each one was prepared to perfection. The steaks were cooked to our liking, the sides were flavorful, and they even gave a free dessert which was the perfect ending to a delicious meal. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at The Keg and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service. We will definitely be back!

Keg has been successfully maintained high quality levels of services and foods for years. I visited Keg in different cities in Ontario and never disappointed. I dinned in this place for the second time and no surprises! Nice helpful staff and excellent stake and lobster dishes.

It was me and my husband’s anniversary. We always go to Keg as a tradition and in the past they would treat us a to a nice slice of ice cream cake, but this year that didn’t happen. It was a big disappointment :( It was our first time at this particular location, but we definitely won’t return here. Would recommend others who are celebrating to go to other Keg locations - avoid this one.

My medium rare was medium compared to everyone else's medium rare. Gave them a second chance and still couldn't meet the mark. If you are a medium rare eater you know medium is too dry. And they took forever with EVERYTHING. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want a non hassle night.

The food was very well packaged and the peach sangria tasted amazing, but unfortunately those weren’t enough to make up for a poorly cooked steak and overcooked lobster. I had ordered a medium doneness for my steak, but got rare instead (see pic attached). I had a few bites of it reluctantly, but ended up leaving it in the fridge to cook in the oven for later. The lobster was stringy because it was over done, but the tips of the claws were tender and delicious. Overall, I expected more of the keg as it’s the place my wife and I always enjoy going for steaks.

Well this is my review, I did not mention I was a Google reviewer or anything along thoses lines so I can get the real experience and pay....unlike other reviewer we won't mention Today March 17, 2021 & My server was Matt D This is the first time ever at this location & the steak came out perfect just the way I like it, just a thin line of pink, at the other locations I've been to they always mess it up, I explain this to Matt and he told me to leave it with him and he'll make sure it comes out perfect..... and it did !!!!! Everything was on point perfect especially it being a Wednesday Matt joked & talked like he knew us forever and was on point about making sure we felt like home Now They do have a limit menu cause of covid and it did take a week to get a reservation but it's completely understandable and we'll worth the wait This is a must go location and make sure you as for Matt, if there is a employee of the month or a Manger position I would recommend him 100%

Definitely one of the best Keg locations for the perfect steak. However, on our last visit, they seated a party of 20 so close to us that I could reach them from my table. I was quite upset about them not abiding by the 6 foot rule for COVID. The manager packed way too many people in the night were there. Our waiter totally agreed with me and apologized. There were people seated within 2 feet of me on 2 sides. Not cool.

Love that restaurant. Really good taste and presentation. Sometimes on "take out" order not following exactly by the modifications but if you remind them everything okay, and again totally worth it for the really-great-food they have!

Food was fine. Felt like for the price and setting should of been a better quality overall. Like the picture below is the top bun on my burger with their "special zesty sauce" or whatever they called it. It was presented on the menu as like the highlight of the burger, but then this is what you got. Sad.

Excellent Steak restaurant with a variety of entree options, appetizers, salads, desserts and drinks. Large bar section and large dining area. Service was wonderful and food was delicious

Ordered two Rib steaks, one medium rare for myself(came rare) and one medium for my fiancé(came medium rare-rare). I asked for no onion in my mash baked potatoes, it came with onions. Once I got back my steak after complaining it was closer to well done vs medium rare what I ordered. Usually this place is good but I would not recommend coming here on busy days like Valentine’s Day. Had reservations and still waited 20 minutes upon arrival, also took the kitchen an hour to prepare our undercooked steaks after ordering. Once I got back my well done steak all the sides were cold. Was so hungry by the time the food came I decided to eat the rubber tire they gave me. My “medium rare” is the bottom steak and my finances “medium” is the top steak for comparison. I walked out very unhappy and unsatisfied, this was certainly not the experience I paid for. Gave 2 stars because the bread was great, the French onion soup was great and my fiancés rose sangria was amazing. Unfortunatly this place is a better bar than a steak house.

The people were nice and the food was amazing and they gave us a free cake for my birthday I highly recommend and they deserve big tips we will be coming back!

I have been to this Keg location on many occasions. Always good service, from the initial greeters to our wait service and chiefs. I tried the vegetarian meatloaf, very good and tasty. Our waiter was present and very curious and prompt and always provisional. There was mention of the elusive travelling panda bear in the vicinity.

Went for a belated Valentine's Day date on Friday night after work. Let me start by saying Nolan was amazing; super bright, friendly, and attentive. I love the energy! The steaks were super tender: I had the filet mignon to a medium rare, and it was my first time trying the twice baked potato. Instant favourite; I'm definitely ordering that again. This was only my second time here (last time with a larger party) and I must say the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff surpass expectations. I've been to one other Keg in North York (which I've also done a review for) and I'm pleased to say both are consistent in terms of food and service. Thank you again, I'll surely be returning soon ☺️

Excellent service and delicious meals! Our server was very helpful and even suggested an option to go for in order to save some money basically ordering the same thing we wanted. There was some miscommunication at the kitchen, though. Instead of a medium I got a well done steak. Right away it was exchanged for a medium without any questions. A chef even came to us and apologized. I really appreciate chef talking to us, that makes me feel like a valued customer. I love love love this location! Even though there was a little hiccup, I'm very satisfied with the service and food.

We had a lovely meal tonight at this location! We had a small mishap with the booking of our table, but the staff was very quick to work around it (and we were still seated within 10 minutes of the time we were hoping for). Our server Daniella was absolutely lovely and very professional. We sat out on the patio, which was a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Always amazing food and top notch service. The peppercorn steak is so so tasty. I've tried almost everything and it never disappoints!

Excellent customer service received! Me and my husband went to the Keg tonight and the general manger Phill/Phillip asked us to move to a smaller table in order to accommodate a large party guess he was extremely kind and professional along with our server the food was fresh and hot and tastes amazing thank you for the great service and we will continue to come to this location.

Fantastic food as always. Jeff was an amazing server. This was my first indoor dining experience since everything reopened and I couldn't have been more pleased!
