Waited over 20 minutes for even our waters to get to us. We had to ask again when our food got to the table. Our server was very absent the entire evening. The only saving grace was a red headed server with glasses who brought our food out. She came by every now and then and even helped clean up some water we spilled with we knocked over a glass on the table. Our server looked over at us and went back to what she was doing. We also had to wait forever for our check to pay. Also it seemed they had a big rush earlier in the evening and they just left all the tables covered in food and dishes which stayed there for most of the hour and a bit we were there.

Fantastic Boston Pizza location. Service and professionalism are excellent here. During extremely busy dinner service, from taking our name to the end of our meal, customer service was just great. Food was good. Wait time was decent considering how busy it was (Saturday night 6pm full parking lot). The manager checked on us to make sure our evening was going well. But honestly our server, Elsa, deserves the praise for the night. My family only came to this location once before (maybe a month ago) also during a very busy dinner service and she remembered us right away. She catered to all our needs and checked on us throughout the night despite how busy it was. She took care of everything we needed before we needed to ask. It made the night so much easier for us especially with our children and that means a lot. I definitely recommend this location to anyone and my family will certainly come back here again.

Individual pizza is ok but well over priced at $15. Nothing special about the pasta, as they are served with their pizza toppings.

This Boston Pizza was absolutely amazing! From the servers, to the service, and the management. All amazing! Restaurant and Patio was very clean, servers were very friendly, timely with our orders, and were very accommodating to our big group and our requests! The Owner and Manager along with their staff really went above and beyond for our group and we all had an wonderful time eating here. Excellent experience all around! Boston Pizza @ Vaughan- renowned as Canada’s 1 st casual dining restaurant. Having visited a few restaurants at Canada, specific visit was for an Patio dining experience. Patio dining is favourite among locals this time of season. Leaving aside the Ac rooms, an open arena to sky well laid out with outdoor seating arrangements with a parasol ☂️. Ordered varied dishes, as per photos, names difficult to remember and pronounce, yes , but all were delicious and good variety to explore, one was Nachos. Service was prompt and courteous. Only caution is our request for few slices of tomato 🍅 was also considered as an dish and accounted for in bill! May be an norm here and as such acceptable and an eye opener. With wide varieties of food items and offerings, repeat visits essential to try out different delicacies. Enjoy.

I've been to multiple Boston pizzas across the country, this one was not up to par. The wings were lacking in sauce. The ravioli didn't taste that good. The pizza was okay. Maybe it's because we went at night, Im not sure. But other locations definitely do it better. Staff is friendly thou

Came here at 10pm on a Wednesday night and waited about 5 minutes in the front before someone came to greet and seat us. We placed our order right away, but waited about 15 minutes before getting my main drink (water was brought out sooner). We had a pepperoni pizza, which was just okay. The crust is not that tasty, in my opinion. Our server was friendly. The prices here are reasonable. I would come back one day to try other menu items.

The food was amazing as usual, but the service not so much. There were only two waitresses, which felt more like one, and only after multiple tries of getting their attention or asking one of the cleaners to bring them over, did they come. Also, my appetizer came 10 minutes before my main meal although it was ordered in advance. Hopefully another location has better service.

The Boston Pizza at Vaughan never disappoints. I tried the new Cajun spiced sprimp appetizers and I was so impressed! The sprimps were perfectly sized to be bite sized and the Cajun rub on it was amazing. The sauce served along with it was great too! We also had the onions rings, which were great per usual!

We came here for dinner with a large group to celebrate a gender reveal and Elsa went above and beyond with her service! She even made a free of charge surprise specialty dessert for the mother-to-be. It meant a lot and made the night a wonderful experience.

Really nice place to chill (Bar & restaurant) and watch sports. The staff who served us was excellent at her job. They can recommend you and give honest feedback from the menu. Their pastas are highly recommended!

We noticed that few Boston Pizza shops have been offering bugs and cheese in their kids menu, and we were happy to see that this location had it! The waitress was outstanding!!! She was beyond our expectations by paying attention to every single detail and acting on it. I have not seen that for a long time!!! She made a joke to my daughter about the kids menu and that was the beginning of a perfect dinner. She treated my daughter as a princess!!! Food was amazing and it was served pretty fast. The place was half full, you could tell that they were busy. However, their manners and speedy service was maintained the whole night. I would definitely come back. Thumbs up!!!

We went to Boston Pizza for a late dinner. It was a party of 4. We were given a corner table even when the restaurant was pretty empty. The service was a tad bit slow and seemed uninterested. The food was the other hand was amazing. We ordered the cactus cut fries, Memphis chicken sandwich and Mediterranean pizza. 10/10 for the food ❤️

Normally I do not leave reviews but it seems there is no direct contact email for this place. My boyfriend and I were on our way home from Algonquin and absolutely starving. We decided to make a safe choice and go to Boston Pizza in Vaughn as Boston pizza is usually quite good. We went on thanksgiving Monday and the place was nearly empty (maybe 5-7cars total for dining and bar). The front desk staff were very friendly and we were seated promptly right near the kitchen area therefore we can see everything. The booth was filthy with crumbs on the seats and table and just a mess on the floor. There was even an entire pizza crust which I kicked slightly away from our table as I didn’t want to step in it and have it stuck to my shoes. That crust sat there all night as almost every staff member walked by. After about a 10 minute wait we finally got a server who slowly walked over to our table, didn’t introduce herself and seemed as though we were waisting her time. We were very hungry and already knew what we wanted so we ordered as soon as she got there. We ordered an app and waters along with our meal. When she brought the waters over after some time she forgot straws and had to go back. When she came back she tossed the straws at us and walked away without a word. The football game was on in the bar and people could be heard having a good time but the manager looked to have quite the attitude as she was storming back and forth from the kitchen area. About 30 min after we ordered our app I was getting frustrated as we only ordered the bandera bread which should be quick to come out. The waitress who’s name I still did not know had walked by several times without checking in or updates and I could not get her attention whatsoever. It seemed that she was purposely ignoring us as she would put her head down or look the other way while passing our table. I eventually got to ask how much longer just for the app because I was ready to cancel it. As soon as I asked she went to the kitchen and came right out with it which made me wonder how long it had actually been sitting for. Nonetheless the app was phenomenal. Not even 3 min later our meals were out. We ordered the chicken parm with garden veggies and dill chicken sandwich with coleslaw. The garden veggies were in fact just brocoli which was nearly raw unfortunately. And the coleslaw was bone dry. The chicken was also overcooked and chewy. Our waitress did not come back the entire time we were eating (which wasn’t very long as the food sucked). We each left over half our meals on the plate. It would’ve been an entire meal if we weren’t so hungry and had eaten throughout the day. Overall the experience was not a pleasant end to our evening. Not such a happy thanksgiving after all :/.

Had a great experience watching FIFA final today. The crowd is soo good. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Sarah attended to us well with free red FIFA cup from Budweiser! Keep it up, Sarah! Thanks for attending our table.

I was craving pizza last night and ended up dining in. The place has never changed and is still the same as when I came here when I was younger. The best thing is that the bar has its own separate side so you can dine with family even if there’s a game on. The pizza we ordered was really tasty and the extra tomato sauce just made it even better! I came here around late last night and it wasn’t busy and our service was good. I also had the chocolate cookie with Vanilla ice cream that was very delicious if you have a sweet tooth you should try it. 👍

Started with an order of wings, asked for fried, they were baked, the veggies that were put on the plate looked quite old with browning on the edges of the celery. Got a steak and asked for medium well, it came in well done and extremely dry. Had seasonal veggies, got brocolli and it was very undercooked. It was basically raw. The cheesy garlic bread was awesome. We did eat the food because we were hungry but it was a big let down. The manager did seem to offer us a small discount, we did eat the food so that was fair. Otherwise this would have been a one-star. The waitress was fine and handled our complaints professionally.

The soup wasn’t too hot but honestly I didn’t have a problem with it! It just meant I could dig in a lot quicker and the food was amazing I loved it!! Our server Christine was also so nice! I had a great time and definitely will come back!

Great staff! I came in for a quick chat with a friend and only had 1 beer. The staff knew to leave us alone to chat after asking if we need anything for the first time. However they still walk by regularly and make eye contact with a smile just to let us know they're there if we need anything.

Have visited this location a few times. Was good food and service was alright. They are following COVID-19 protocols well with tables marked for maintaining the proper spacing. Requiring masks until seated at your table. Great location to attend after a day out at Canada's Wonderland. Nice and close.

Quality of food is really bad. I didn’t like the taste, texture of the smoked gouda &Poblano ravioli. Looks like they put that plate for too long in microwave and ravioli becomes hard and temperature of the food is extremely high. Service was alright.

Hi, usually I am not picky person, but my experience at this location was very bad. I went to Rutherford location on 07 July 2022, and we ask for patio table. We were second table in patio. We ordered two Ginger ales and Calamari and small pizza BBQ chicken, when we get the pizza we noticed there is hair attached to pizza, I couldn't find our server so I asked another server to take food back and replace it. After 5 to 7 min, instead manager which should handle this cases, our server came back and said sorry we make another for you. It took more than 25 min to get the replace pizza, our drinks were low so I asked our server to refill it. She got 2 another tables and totally forgot about us. She was keep going to check those tables, but never came back to check us and she never brought us our drinks. We even asked to make pizza in half bacon, but we noticed in replace pizza all pizza had bacon. I am so disappointed about food and service of server. This place should train servers more, she was chewing gum, using sunglasses, but not focusing on customer service.

Went for a family get together and had a great experience. Our server was just wonderful and energetic. The atmosphere was nice, the food was nice and hot right out of the kitchen, I will definitely come back to this location! Great job guys!

Boston Pizza in general has great food but I tried their new Potato Jalapeño Poppers and they are so good! The dip is spicy with bacon crumble. It’s creamy in texture and yet has the amazing cheese pull from the Mozzarella. Must try!

So far Boston pizza has the best pizza in the GTA, i have discovered a New best vegetarian dishes. Which i loved a lot. SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP & RAVIOLI. Must try. I love the service and location.

This Sunday we decided to go to Boston Pizza and noticed the restaurant was packed. The hostess Christine put us on a wait list, within ten minutes we were sat. Our waitress was Lisa. She took our orders and food came out hot and tasty. The hostess Christine came around a few more times to check on us as she did other tables. Despite the fact that the restaurant was busy, we noticed it was also running smoothly. Thank you for the great service.

The lady working today is extremely kind & pleasant! She was friendly while we were ordering & brought our take-out order to our vehicle. If you pick-up in person you save 10%. We love the Boston brute sandwich and the yam fries are always perfect. Thank you for a wonderful lunch experience!
