I've been here a number of times and it's typically a decent wings spot, nothing special but does the job. Last time, however, was a different story. Came with the guys during the all you can eat wings promotion, but: (1) due to supply issues, they could only offer all you can eat on the boneless wings, very lame, (2) our server didn't explain the alternative well for the bone-in deal, we ended up buying and paying for drinks we didn't really want (we even asked clarification questions so this was a shock), and (3) our server just seemed totally overwhelmed and scattered (wasn't that busy so idk the issue). Overall, it was very disappointing. Deal was a bust, server was stressed and unhelpful, and everything else was simply mid. Really too bad. The fries were nice though, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

We ordered from here today for pickup. When we got home with our order, we found that the entire 4 pounds of wings were burnt and hardly any sauce on them. We then drove back to the restaurant to address this and were given a new order of wings (with extra) and an extra order of fries. I was assured that the order was checked and everything was good. While eating the food it was noticed that half of the one flavor in our order had barely any sauce on the wings. It seems as though they weren't tossed and only had sauce drizzled on the top wings. The fried cauliflower also didn't have much sauce at all. Very disappointing as I've been to other St. Louis locations and have had no issues whatsoever. Will likely not be returning to this location in the future. Edit: regional manager was very good about this and compensated us with a gift card. Good customer service.

just had the worst experience here. the waitress who opened was 15 minutes late already and opened at 11:45 so we were waiting outside. when she finally opened she gave us dirty looks and so much attitude. we ended up leaving even before taking the seat. i can’t believe this kind of service still exists and someone really needs to do something about it. i’m also telling everyone around me about this experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Went there recently with 9 other people and damn, I will absolutely go there again on my next Wonderland trip. The fries were great, the wings amazing, and the chicken sandwiches heavenly. I also like their drinks, although free refills would have been nice. 🙃 5 stars!

Showed up at 3:00pm looking for a table for 7. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait. As we looked around there were tons of empty tables and the restaurant was about half full. We asked if we could at least sit at a table and order some drinks while we wait the 30 minutes, water would be very appreciated. It was 30 degrees outside with the sun beating down and we were rudely asked by the hostess to wait outside and she will come and get us. We waited outside for 15 minutes and 3 groups of people went inside and were seated in that time. By this point we go inside and ask about our table. They asked us to wait outside and we only got a table because we kept following up. We waited 30 minutes to order, it took an hour for food, drinks that we ordered came just before our food. While we were waiting a server spilled a drink on the ground and it splashed on 2 of our guests. Food was served cold, I asked for bacon and chicken on the side instead of on my sandwich twice when I was ordering as I have a food intolerance and break out in hives and get really sick. My sandwich and salad were both served with all the meat on top. I asked for it to be remade as again, I have a food intolerance and will get sick. They brought the “remade” salad and sandwich out and we asked the waitress to confirm that it was remade and we were assured that it was, I checked the sandwich before eating it and I found chicken inside. I asked again for it to be remade. Finally we got the proper meal that we ordered and at this point everyone else in our group had finished eating. Overall this was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever. They did remove the items from our bill but not one person from our group were satisfied or enjoyed their experience. Will not be back ever.

Dined in for the first time with my family and the service was a 10/10! Our waitress (which I forgot her name but had really short hair) was very helpful and patient while taking our order, will surely be coming back.

Ordered 3 big wing poutines for pickup, 2 Mississippi Bbq & 1 Sweet Asian Bbq. When I got home & took the poutines out the bag they felt still felt hot & my family & I were excited to dig in. Once I took off the lid I was very surprised how little bbq sauces were on the poutines, it was more like a light drizzle. Both of the Mississippi Bbq poutines had a light drizzle & the Sweet Asian Bbq had pretty much no sauce or drizzle but more of a small splatter of sauce. I get big wing poutines quite often for my family & myself but this was the absolute worst poutines I have ever got!

I have never written any reviews in my life even when I was super satisfied or disappointed! But tonight I really wanna share my opinion because I believe this St. Louis deserves better than this!! This is the second time we came here within 2 months. The first time we had no other place to go except here! Although the reviews are low, surprisingly everything went perfect, even better than other St. Louises with higher scores!! Tonight we picked this location on purpose cause we wanted to be sure the first time didn’t go well by chance and honestly they were awesome!!! We were served by lovely Angela, she took the orders within a couple of minutes and brought our drinks fast and the food got ready in almost 7 8 minutes. Food quality was perfect. I ordered 1 lb original with Hot Sweet Asian inside and 3 different sauces, sweet chilli, Garlic Parm and Louise 92 for the side. I loved the sweet chilli sauce! All in all, everything was perfect in this super cozy St. Louis and I think they really deserve 5 starts. Thanks for making our night great!!!

I love going during the more quite times. Lots of staff which is nice, always helpful and friendly. I pretty much just get the standard wings and fries. Fries are weirdly amazing. Legit the best part. Beer is pretty standard price for the area. Altogether, I like this spot.

Visited here with a group of 8 on a Saturday evening. They were able to seat us and handle our orders. I'm giving 4 stars as opposed to 5 because the food did take a while to come out, which is understandable with a larger group however, this was still the case when when ordering one off dishes. But aside from that, food was great & servers were friendly. If you're looking for a recommendation, the Belgium waffles and chicken was great 🔥

Delicious and hunger satisfying! I’ve just had chicken wings and French fries, and it was so good. The owner and chef Karan is such a nice person and the server was very friendly too. The restaurant was clean and spacious.

Love the chain BUT I did not like this location. Our table ordered wings and nachos. Portions were not great, our order of nachos didnt contain much, not worth it. Picture is a "medium saucy" wing, just dry. The meat of the wings themselves were just dry as well as if overcooked even for Gar Par and Honey Garlic. Very disappointed with the food. Service was good though.

The menu just looked absolutely wonderful. Sadly, I couldn't try everything. The burger and ribs I had was so delicious 😋 I definitely want to eat here again and recommend! Sad thing is I live 7 hours away in Québec. 🤣 🤣

Went to this restaurant at around 1:40pm and placed an order for 1lb of wings and fries. We ordered drinks and didn’t even receive Them until like 30min. Me and my friends waited and the waiter and manager refused my buddy the beer after he showed a government piece of id. She came back after 30min asking for to id’s. We left this restaurant and went to a different place for better service. Do not recommend them restaurant due to the poor service .

Server was super friendly, and fun to talk with. Took our drinks and offered different drink options and for sure fast service. Luch menu was good and food came out nice and hot. Showed up right at 12 and was greated right away.

Conveniently located across from Wonderland. Our waitress was super friendly and the food was great. Pretty much everything you would expect when you go to a St. Louis. Great place to grab a bite if you don't want to pay exorbitant prices at Wonderland. At least you're getting a full meal or entree here.

Came after the Wonderland fireworks 🎇. The wait staff was friendly and professional. There was someone smoking on the patio and they politely asked him to move away which honestly we were so grateful for. No shade to smokers just not what ide like to be smelling while we're mucking back 3lbs of crisp, juicy wings🥵✨. Service was quick given the full house just wish they could have came by a bit more but once again the restaurant was loaded. Overall would recommend. Me and my bf will be coming back! Last night my husband, kids and I come in after work. Our server Kadesha was amazing she interacted with us and especially with our children you never see that anymore! She was so kind and funny, she also recommended some great wing sauces. I will definitely return and ask for Kadesha again.

Went for UFC 272 with 3 others ordered food and drinks. Food was extremely disappointing, service was terrible from Kadesha She tried to charge us for 2-3 drinks extra then proceeds to insist someone must pay for them as if we are stealing... we as a group are extremely insulted and disappointed in the service/lack of. Avoid this place if possible other places deserve your hard earned dollar much more

Honestly a mess from service all the way to the food. The food came in probably an hour and a half. My chicken sandwich was super dry, bun was hard, and there was probably a drop of sauce. My order as well as my friends sides were wrong and we had to wait even longer for them. My friend's chicken wings were burnt. It took about 3 hours to get in and out of there. Do not recommend!

getting seated, ordering, and food arrival was pretty quick. anything afterwards took forever... we sat for 45 minutes being ready to pay and leave before someone finally came and let us pay and go. menu options are good and food quality was decent

Super disappointed. We ordered take out from their website last night. When we went to pick it up the server kept asking if we ordered through Skip the Dishes. Kept replying no, ordered via website. She said order wasn't ready. 20 minutes later turns out our order was ready, had been sitting there the entire time. Needless to say our food was cold. And to top it off half of the wings in our order were somehow burnt on the outside but not fully cooked inside, totally inedible. We normally love St Louis but we won't go back to this location.

i came in tonight and sat at the bar and Diana was so sweet and amazing in every way! i’m a vegetarian and she made some great recommendations. The plant based chicken fingers were AMAZING! i will definitely come back for the service here :) ❤️❤️

One of the worst restaurant experiences i have ever had. We ate outside and were told to seat ourselves. It was a sunday and people from wonderland were in the seating area and i had to ask them to leave. They were not happy. Why didnt waitress seat us?Then a drunk guy who was not a customer was harassing us and tryed to grab my friends drink and then tried to fight us. Complete chaos and no management came outside to look at the patio. Understaffed, food took 45 min to come out and waitress were taking too many tables. Do not go here!

I wish I could give them zero stars. Ridiculous service. I ordered their garlic Parmesan wings and they gave me honey garlic. I told the server, she took away the wings and came back with the same wings with the Parmesan sauce poured over it. I could still taste the sweetness from the honey earlier. The server said this was not the first time that has happened. Like I said before, quite ridiculous. I only had one wing and left. Never coming back here again.

We ordered the St Louis Nachos with Beef Brisket and without cheese (due to a dietary restriction) and it was delicious! We ate outside in their patio space which was covered thankfully, as it started to rain a little while we were there.

St Louis is my kids favourite chicken wings place this location we visiting over 6 years. Every-time we ordering wings it is overcooked. Need improve frier performance. Very good service and convenient location.

Loved the new Louis '92 sauce! I am a big fan of the chicken wings at St Louis, but I always thought their barbecue sauces were either too mild (Sweet Asian BBQ) or too hot (Smoked BBQ Heat). Louis' 92 hits the perfect balance for my taste.

Had a great night! They have a lot of new items on their menu and I tried 4 new things tonight....did not disappoint! The Chata Colada is amazing too 🤩 Service was phenomenal, as usual. Always has been one of my favourite spots and looks like it always will be!
