I have been wanting to try this place since pandemic because of the outstanding google review but it was only open for private events. Finally they are open to the public and we tried it on our wedding anniversary and it is indeed a 5 star restaurant, everything is perfect. Second time here with my family and it is still consistent with my first experience. It is truly the best Italian restaurant I have had so far, obviously the best in Vaughan! For the main course, we had tried the New York Steak, Salmon, roughy,ossobuco and enjoyed all of them very much. I especially loved the salmon/roughy with the lemon caper sauce. My husband is usually a rib eye person but he was very impressed with the New York Steak. The ossobuco with rice was also very popular among the family, very close to a Chinese dish flavour. Pizza was a big hit with the kids. My son (a 5year old) almost finished the whole 10 inch pizza! They currently have a $10 pizza promotion going on, even better! The cheesecake and warm brownie are my favourite desserts. Tiramisu was a little bit on the sour side, different from the traditional tiramisu I had before. The service was outstanding every time. Our servers went beyond and made customizations to our dishes based on requests. This is probably the best service I had in a restaurant. There was also a lady came out to give little toys to the kids, very nice and thoughtful gestures. Overall my family and I enjoyed the every aspect of the restaurant, would definitely go back again and again.

My Parents threw my engagement party at TriMani this passed weekend and it was amazing. I'm a firm believer in food bringing family together; with that being said it can make or break any party. Rob (the owner) & Chef Dominic and the TriMani team exceeded our expectations. The food was to die for. You can see and taste the love the kitchen put into each plate. You definitely don't find that everywhere. We had some guest with diatary restrictions and Chef Domenic effortlessly created modified dishes. Our waiter took pride in providing great service. The venue itself is beautifully designed. Dwight, the in house pianist was a great bonus! Rob and the team made us feel welcome! I will definitely be retuning and looking forward to planning my Bridal Shower and Wedding with them!

This past weekend my parents hosted an engagement party for my fiancé and I. Both of our families raved about how amazing everything was! The food was fantastic, we highly recommend the lamb ragu pasta. The sauce is a must-have! The newly renovated space is beautiful and works well for hosting parties and private functions. We hired their in-house pianist for the event and he really enhanced the party atmosphere. He was very friendly and creative. The owner Rob was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back for future events!

We went to Trimani this past weekend. We had originally planned a family outing at Dave and Buster's however reservations were not being taking. As it turned out, it was terribly over crowded! We called a number of other restaurants in the area but were unsuccessful. We had considered just waiting around at Dave and Buster's when we saw Trimani and gave them a call. The manager was very accommodating and found us a table for 8. The service, food, ambiance and entertainment was exceptional. Live performance by Dwight (Meloe Dee). We have seen him play at another restaurant we used to frequent in Ajax and we were pleasantly surprised to see him at Trimani Ristorante. We will be going back again! Highly recommended!

Booked my son's Baptism here and what a delightful experience. Top notch customer service right from the beginning. Impeccable communication, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated in every stretch of the imagination. The food was 10/10, everything was fresh, home made and absolutely delicious. The service was even better, incredibly polite, kind, full of smiles and very courteous and genuine. Me and my family were not just impressed we were amazed at how great everything was. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Trimani is easily one of Vaughan's hidden gems. The food is authentic, the menu is always fun, and the staff is awesome (all of them!) Their regular menu always has favourites, but their changing menu is what keeps it interesting. I am always excited to see what they have up their sleeve. The restaurant is lovely inside. You can see the kitchen slightly which gives it a home-y feel. Its a great spot to host or just pop in for lunch/dinner. The food is impressive, very authentic and they use crisp, fresh ingredients (and it shows). I have gotten my executive team over there for lunch a few times, and ordered for the office, and everyone is always impressed. The team is very accomodating when it comes to ordering catering making it an easy choice. Bottom line - Trimani always amazes me, and they are one of my favourites!

I found this place on google as I was craving Italian food and wanted a place where the atmosphere was great. I honestly am so happy that I found it. I am not a person who writes reviews often and when I do they are well deserved. I called the restaurant to check if they could reserve a table for me and my husband they said yes, so we immediately went over. First of all, the whole staff knew my name as soon as walked in, I loved that. I work in customer service and to be the person on the other side was great. They sat my husband and I on the table and the service was great start to finish. I highly recommend to take a look at the chef’s suggestion. The owner, Rob and the musician Dwight came to talk to us for a bit and I honestly loved that. The ambiance was great, music was awesome and I felt like I was having dinner with all my friends. I will definitely come back and bring friends I recommend you check it out. Tiramisu was a trip around Italy, I am a baker and I judge the desserts pretty hardcore, the lady fingers were soaked perfectly, not too much and not too little, the mascarpone and cocoa where perfectly distributed. I highly recommend. Will come back soon!

My mother and I attended Trimani Ristorante for their Mother’s Day lunch special. We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The owner, Robert, is a gracious host whose presence, care and attention to detail were felt throughout our stay. The newly renovated restaurant has a lovely ambiance with chic, sophisticated decor and an unassuming elegance. The food was absolutely delicious! Only the freshest, seasonal ingredients are used to craft authentic dishes with a modern twist. The wait staff were all kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Always one step ahead to anticipate any needs we may have. Lastly, the live music was the cherry on top! The pianist is incredibly talented and kept us entertained throughout our stay. We highly recommend Trimani to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

I had my baby shower at Trimani just under 2 weeks ago and I could not be any happier. First off, Rob & Antonio were super helpful. Rob helped us create a menu that was perfect for our guests and his communication was very prompt. Antonio took care of us on the day and he was fantastic at attending to everything we needed. In addition, the food was fantastic. The ravioli was amazing and all the food was hot! Lastly, the restaurant itself was modern, clean and perfect for my baby shower. We wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars! My wife and I held our daughter's baptism celebration here on December 2, 2023. Working with the owner, Robert, was a wonderful experience. He was so personable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made many recommendations for our party that we really appreciated, and worked to tailor our party specifically to our needs, from the layout, to food, and service. The food was phenomenal. We had several hors d'oeuvres before lunch, guests raved about the cauliflower, arancini, meatball sliders, and polenta, but all were delicious! Robert suggested we offer a sangria starting during hors d'oeuvres service, as it's lighter than wine or other mixed drinks, and it was a huge hit. For lunch we had pasta in pomodore (tomato) sauce, the pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was so fresh. Half our family is Italian, and compliments on a sauce is the highest compliment an Italian can give! For the main we had a choice of beef short ribs and salmon. The ribs were soft as butter, and salmon was cooked perfectly, both so flavourful. Even the mashed potatoes, broccolini and string beans accompanying the beef (what I had) were among the best I've ever had. On the day of the event, Antonio kept everything running perfectly smoothly, accommodating any last minute needs. All the servers were wonderful, we cant say enough. Amber, a performer that regularly works with Trimani, was absolutely wonderful. She had a beautiful voice, and really added that extra atmosphere to our event. Many guests complimented her talent - we even had a guest join in for a duet! Trimani made our daughter's baptism celebration truly special, we will definitely be holding future celebrations here. The food is absolutely impeccable. No matter what dish or dishes you chose, you will be satisfied and blown away by its flavours, presentation, and quality. Another special touch is that there is a live musician and Dj on hand. When Dwight's voice fills the room with music, it creates the perfect ambiance for your function. Very rarely do I find a restaurant that checks all the boxes I am looking for until today. I came across Trimani through google while looking for a restaurant near the location of my clients office. I was entertaining some clients from the US. The great experience began when making the reservation, they were so accommodating with providing a nice spot in the restaurant for us. It was perfect. The food was fantastic and everyone in my party of five raved about the food. The service was very authentic Italian and very welcoming. The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. Spacious, roomy and very well decorated. Service was a 10 out of 10. Food was a 10 out of 10 and service was a 10 out of 10. Not only do I recommend this restaurant but it will by my go to for entertaining much more often. Pricing was very reasonable. Well done guys.

We had our event catered at home. Besides the food being excellent, the team were so professional. When we came home from the church, the appetizers were beautifully displayed, as were all the seating and table arrangements. Dinner was later served, and it was better than being at a banquet hall. All the guests had a great time thanks to the ambiance created, the Trumani team, and the delicious food. Highly recommend Trimani.

We used Trimani to cater our baby shower. With covid it was very difficult to make food for everyone. They were able to make individual meals in individual containers as well as individual salads. Individual Cutlery and napkins were provided and food was sent in a 3 hour warmer. I was so impressed with the set up and that they accommodated the covid situation with everything being individual. The food was top notch and we got so many compliments on the quality and taste, people actually took leftovers home. I would %100 use them again and recommend them to everyone. Very happy customer.

We used their services for our Employee Appreciation event last week for three companies: Better Living Products, Organized Interiors and Garage Living. They were fantastic at creating boxed breakfast and lunches for our employees, separating them by company and labelling everyone's lunch with their names (because of COVID-19). This took planning and they succeeded in their execution. The food was fantastic and all employees enjoyed their selected meal. Thank you Trimani for providing great food to our appreciation event!

Excellent little gem in Vaughan. There is live music on Fridays and Saturdays to go along with the newly renovated space. Food was very good, but didn't get the chance to try any of the mains. Will definitely be back to try more.

We have been going to Trimani for many years and always have a great experience. We visited again a few weeks back and enjoyed an amazing meal. We had our company Christmas dinner there for the first time. What a wonderful experience! Robert, Jack and the staff made us feel welcome and gave us their full attention. The four course dinner was a perfect 10. And if that wasn't enough, we were entertained by Dwight who played the piano and sang beautifully. I would highly recommend Trimani for any event.

This past weekend with a few friends (couples) we went to Trimani for the first time. What a pleasant surprise....all of us must have driven by this restaurant on a number of occasions and only now found this wonderful gem! From the warm welcome from Rob to the fantastic service from Jack to the outstanding meals from the kitchen and amazing entertainment it was a very enjoyable evening. I have already told a number of people about my experience and will definitely be back soon.

We celebrated my daughter's Confirmation at Trimani a few weeks ago and we were not disappointed! Robert and his team are a well-oiled machine with experience and food excellence on their side. My guests are still raving about the food! I appreciated that Trimani offered a one-stop shop experience with a host of other services to assist with planning my event (ie, flowers, entertainment, etc). Today, because they fell within a few days of one another, we celebrated the Confirmation and Communion for our two boys at Tremani Restaurant. Everything was beautifully done from the food to the decor to the service. The piano entertainment was an added plus. Robert the owner is terrific and his advice on choosing the menu for our guests was spectacular 👍and everyone loved the food. The squash and ricotta filled large pasta square were a revelation. The beef was tender and delicious. The staff is also awesome. They all welcomed the 36 of us with a friendly smile 😊 Everyone were Amazing! Highly recommend!👍

First time visiting and what a fantastic experience. We went on a Friday night, the staff was AMAZING. The food was SUPERB, excellent menu. They had musical entertainment (lounge piano player) who is fantastic. But what I appreciated the most was the owner coming to our table and making us feel like family. Very rarely does a place leave such a great impression on me and Trimani definitely delivered !! Well done and I can’t wait to be back !!

Just had a wonderful experience celebrating my sons First Holy Communion this weekend at Trimani. Robert makes sure that every detail is met and that your guests are taken care of. We had our Baby Shower here and the staff was so attentive. Form choosing our menu at our first appointment to realizing our vision for the event, the service was incredible. Care and understanding made this experience so much easier as our event took place during Covid where rules and restrictions made event planning near impossible for many months. Absolutely fantastic dining experience!! From the ambience to the live music to the food every was absolutely amazing but what really sets this place apart from other good restaurants is the management and service. The owner came and greeted us and made sure we were enjoying ourselves throughout the evening and the waitress was very attentive and friendly!
