I’m disturbed. I walked in to this store to see…nothing. No workers and the doors were swung open. The person who took our order was on a zoom call. A ZOOM CALL, but Justice for him because he was nice. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, was given a rotten banana smoothie. My friend ordered a ricebowl, was received a cold, stale bowl of “vegetables.” Waited ten minutes until asking the man online if our order was being made. He told us to yell for the workers, then go into the backrooms to fetch them. This is not his fault, but the workers. Overall, never come here, we were scammed.

This Freshii location is the second I have visited. The food and service were great. Although the atmosphere lacked. I think I heard 2 songs played within the same 20 minute span. Along side the sign inside is hard to read. They have a huge Freshii wall to take wonderful pictures of as well.

The lemongrass noodles soup was so small and sad, that it didn't even fill up half full in our bowl. They literally shaved some thin slices of veggies, added tiny amount of soup and noodles and called it a day. The soup used to be 3 times bigger, I know restaurateurs are feeling the pinch from minimum wage increase, but charging $9 for reg size smaller than kids meal is wrong

I ordered for 2 takeouts, it was full of rice, just barely no veggies. Basically you are paying for the plain rice. Another thing is, I had left over because it was not enjoyable to eat and food didnt rotten for whole hot summer week, meaning there are lot of preservatives altho it should be "Fresh". I dont recommend this place, it's garbage food.

I like this location! Service is good and lots of room to eat in. However, they are skimpy on quantity in the bowls. Most other locations give you more. Hopefully they can make this change and my next review for them will be 5 stars!

I ordered bowls and two burritos through Uber eats and loved the food. I don't typically buy from here as I find a lot of filler in the bowls and burritos. As there was an Uber deal I tried it again and found there was a lot of filler (eg. Less meat in the burritos and a lot of rice). Given that the bowls cost $17+ I think there should be more meat. This said, the ingredients tasted fresh and I will like order again if there is a deal.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Food is fresh and prepared in front of you! Yummy fresh pressed juices too.

I'm a regular customer of freshii and this location by far is the worst I ever visited. I visited this location twice and I'll never be back again. For both visits I ordered market salad. 1st time: there wasbarely any quinoa (which is the only carb I can safely intake), nor the feta cheese, the strawberries were not cut into small pieces and makes it very hard to blend in. Portion was alright tho. 2nd time (today): my bowl was only halfly filled. Lots of quinoa that tasted like leftover and reheated. Almost no field greens in my salad bowl. I digged to the bottom of my bowl and found a few leaves that's it!!! A salad bowl with no salad basically. And they put too much vinegar it was sooooo sour and salty. I've tried so many freshii stores and I can't believe what I got from this location were real. This is a very convenient location for me and it's a pain that I have to go extra miles to get a proper meal from another freshii store.

Clean place, great size wraps. I was served by a very nice asian man with glasses - very hospitable and told me to ask any questions if I had before ordering as I was unsure. Appreciate the time and effort he put into my fiesta steak wrap. Thanks again, I’ll be back!

We went to Freshii at Bathurst and Rutherford rd in Thornhill for dinner. If it were possible to give a review lower than 1star I would. I understand that we are all still in a pandemic it's still excuse to serve cold food and lousy service. The chilli soup was basically room temperature and the falafel was ice cold probably taken out the refrigerator and served. I will NEVER go to any Freshii restaurant ever again. Beyond terrible.

The spicy lemon grass soup was used to be my favorite lunch choice. Ordered the soup today which is way smaller than before and cost me more than $13 dollars…..won’t buy anymore.

The staff appear to be very nice but sadly they either don’t care or are not well trained. I can’t go to this location anymore. Only been there twice, first time there was hair in my sons meal and this time my lettuce felt like it had been rolled around in the parking lot before service, so many hard little bits of dirt and grit, gross !!! Shame.

Won’t be coming back here. Paid extra for steak in a custom bowl and they gave so little steak and dressing compared to other locations. They chopped up the steak so it looked like more but it was 1/2 the amount of what is usually given. The owner told me to email them and so I did but they never responded either.

Not bad. Clean space with modern furnishings and feel. I got the Buddha Satay which was ok in terms of taste ... didn't really wow me. I'll have to try a few more dishes from the menu before I form my final opinion. Nice and healthy though. Prices are affordable.

Have been coming to this location every Thursday for a year. Recently you’ve changed the staff and they cannot make a decent bowl or wrap. You ask for light sauce there is absolutely none. It never tastes the same twice even if you order the same item. The quality has gone down hill ever since the staffing changed. After last night we won’t be coming back.

Today I tried out freshii for the first time and quite frankly, it was an incredible experience. The food, the workers, the environment, everything was amazing! The two workers today treated me with the upmost respect and I will DEFINITELY be returning. Love the natural look inside as well as the overall freshness of the food as well. 5/5

I never knew much about freshii and me and my girlfriend wanted to try something new yesterday so we decide to finally try freshii. The workers there we’re very helpful and patient with our orders and the virtual assistant Percy was very cool!! Overall it was a great lunch and i’m very pleased with the food and staff.

I came in during a rush yesterday and the two workers Alejandro and Tina were very polite. They took their time to help me with the menu and were overall very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location as the workers are very professional, and despite it being busy I still got my food in time!

Not a fan of the outsourced remote cashier. Invest in your community. Otherwise happy with Freshiis food. We like the vegetarian spicy soup , strawberry banana smoothie , and energy balls.

I came here to get a couple ginger shots and a smoothie, service was great and fast. They made the smoothie very good. Very kind workers, well trained. Place was very clean. Jonathan and Alejandro are best workers they deserve raise for their hospitality.

Worst experience at store, was fed cold food. I ordered a smoke house burrito and they made ready after waiting 30 minutes, even there was noone at store. Will never come here

Wish i could give zero stars to this location for the complete lack of respect and poor customer service. We came in to order 2 salads/ noodle bowls. Because they packed it incorrectly all the sauces leaked through the paper bag, to the point where the whole bag deteriorated and the contents spilled on my driveway as soon as I got home. When I called the store too report this, they completely denied responsibility, made me retell my story to different people several times and refused to replace the order. The employees were rude, dismissive, anccused me of lying and accused my son of opening the container and disrespectful on the phone. Really one of the worst customer service ive ever had. Avoid this location!

Got the lemongrass soup and Buddha satay bowl! I’ve been to many locations before and this one, by far tasted the best. The soup was flavourful. It was recommended that I add lemongrass sauce to my Buddha satay bowl, sooo good! The lemongrass soup size was significantly smaller than normal. I actually thought that they gave me the wrong size until I noticed that that was the only size available. Not sure what happened there but I hope they bring back the regular size.

Very impressed with this location. Immaculately clean, friendly staff, and accommodating. Their food is always well presented and orders always made correctly. Never disappointed! I have a few in my location but choose to drive over 20km to support their superior service.

We ordered 2 burritos at the restaurant (around 6:50 pm) , and I noticed that the worker did not remove the gloves while he was talking over the phone while preparing our order, then he continued working with the same gloves, so I had to throw it away again. I had similar issue in that place a while ago . What is going on here?

Ordered from here after forgetting about how small their portions have become. The soups used to be large enough for two people now they barely satisfy one. We ordered two soups and they were both barely warm when we got home (5 minute drive), and tortilla chips were missing from tortilla soup. Three stars to reflect the fact that service is always good at this location!

It was our first time at this location. We were highly impressed with exceptional customer service displayed by worker name, Remi, he went above and beyond to help our experience pleasant. Also liked the portion size and flavour for both satay Buddha and Pangoa with sauces on the side to control amount of sauces in them. Chia cocoa puddings were my wife’s favourite. Everything about the place was just perfect. Thank you Remi for making our experience wonderful.

Barely any greens in my salads and what was there was drenched in dressing that with bite there would be dressing dripping from my fork. I have eaten at other freshii location and none have been this bad.

Never have I ever had such customer experience until getting my order taken by Urja. She gave me great recommendations and customized my bowl specifically to my needs. The food tasted great, and I highly suggest looking into all their customizable options since I tend to find the regular bowls bland. Amazing service from Urja.

Ordered Teriyaki Twiist Bowl… it’s a favourite! However, the serving is quite disappointing. The other Freshiis served vegetables generously and evenly… our food barely even reached halfway of the bowl. There were like 2pcs of broccoli, teaspoon size of edamame, carrots, and even the crispy wontons. We should be able to get our monies worth. Will for sure still go back to Freshii, but not here.

Incredible experience! The food is great, the service is incredible, and I love the atmosphere. Every time I walk in, I leave feeling fuelled and satisfied with the service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a healthy option with great taste!
