    This place has gotten much better recently. Their fish was extremely fresh. And served very nicely. Hot food came well seasoned and HOT. The kids loved the food, so we ordered more. Had a dinner for two plus some extra salmon and tuna rolls. They do the cucumber rolls the way my son likes them, too, which is quartered instead of finely sliced, so he was extremely happy. Overall, I'd say we paid the average of what we usually spend on a sushi dinner with the family. $100+tip for all 5 of us. Overall value for price is on par or better than most places. Good quality food. Good quantity for the price. The service started out well, but as the night went on, more tables were seated, and service got slower. They also got slammed with takeout and delivery orders. There were less than 10 tables total, but I guess for a Thursday, they aren't usually so busy. If you're not in a rush, and it gets busy, you'll be fine. We just happened to have kids, so we had to get moving. The service was very pleasant overall, very polite and helpful with the food.

    I've found that sticker/label on the green pepper inside my chicken curry. Things happen, I understand. I've called the restaurant, and in response she said "ok I'll tell them to be careful", I continue to ask - that's it ?? She replied "you want money, I give you 2 dollars on credit" I did not call for the money, I'd expect more considerate response from her and credit of at least half or entire meal I bought, I would refuse that because again, it's not about the money, It's them taking responsibility ! Which they had their chance to do so and failed miserably

    Guess, how much such great one person meal cost: Fresh Salmen/Tuna and white fish meat + Sushi with vegeSalad + Warm soup! 😂🙏 ≈ 2 Big Mac Burgers meal... Thanks about Fresh fish+Sushi VS Fried Mac Burgers... Though I am a Big Mac Fun, espacial Mac Coffee...… But now I have to choose this fresh Fish meat!! Thank you Ginza Sushi for this great meal..... For sure, I will come more with Family and Friends....😊👍

    Wouldn't go here again. If you're charging $40 person for all you can eat, it better at the very LEAST be fresh. All options were very poor quality, and please take the "Kobe" beef sushi roll off the menu. I knew before ordering that it couldn't be Kobe, but I kept hope alive that it could be. Don't fool your customers. All the food is very poor quality and not woth the price whatsoever. The ONLY reason I gave two stars was because of the service. The wait staff today was very good.

    Very disappointed for the sushi ordered. They tasted funky, specially the tuna rolls. My friend has diarrhea after coming home. They forgot my ice cream and after 30 minutes later stated it will take even longer. Asked for the bill and had to leave, since felt like throwing up. Waitress tried to be nice, but the kitchen was a mess. They need a good manager to run this place smoothly and also quality control… don’t serve rotten fish to people!!

    Was a great experience. Our server Candy was so professional and so nice. Food freshness is definitely there. Variety of options are available. Absolutely recommend coming and try there food.

    By far the worst sushi I’ve ever had, the fish tasted old and it was soggy. On top of that the service was awful, waited 35 minutes for 20 pieces of sushi, got one dish of cheese wantons then 15 minutes later a dish of 1 hand roll. Would never go back to any Ginza sushi places as this one left a bad taste.

    Awesome place, highly recommended. Mango salad and Mango ice cream are to die for. Very pleasant owner. A must visit if you like sushi!

    This place has burned it around over the past year. Good food, decent portions for takeout. Only downfall is any substitutions will cost you money. For example when ordering takeout and you get the sushi tray, if you substituted a California roll for a cucumber roll they’ll charge you. Other places don’t.

    I order a Sapporo and a BBQ eel bento box, the food went far beyond my expectations. The fish was fresh, cooked right and the service was amazing. 10/10 miso soup made me wanna bring some home. Thank you Ginza, one of the best asian restaurants in vaughan.

    The quality was absolutely so bad; there was a bug on the food and the waitress were so rude about it. They weren’t even feeling bad that they gave me food with a bug on top. They weren’t sorry for the quality and nor refund the money. Not recommended at all.

    Ordered here 3 times before writing this review using Doordash. The quality of the food was consistent! The sashimi was clearly fresh and not pre-cut and put in the fridge. The sushi was very good all 3 times too! (Pictured is the latest order)

    Food: 7.5/10 Service: 2/10 The food was good and dessert was decent where they gave cheese cake. I didn't get to enjoy it due to how slow the service was. I have never seen a place that is so unorganized. There was only was server and she was struggling to keep up between tables and between delivery orders. I will never visit again due to how slow the service is.

    Restaurant management should train their staff to be friendly and professional. It is not their business if someone doesn't finish their order from the all-you-can-eat menu. It is very rude to say to your customers they are wasting the food. If you truly believe in that, you should not offer this option; all you can eat, to your customers. I was enjoying my lunch with my daughter until the waitress arrived with her attitude and mentioned we wasted the food. I will not go back there again.

    My son said it perfectly: it tastes like gas station sushi. We just threw it out. Everything smelled like iodine. Ordered through Skip the Dishes.

    Extreemly sloooooow. Take Out order is never ready. I even placed a take out order 1 hour in advance and it still was not ready when I got there. I would advise you to go somewhere else and save yourself the time and agrivation.

    Food quality went down drastically. We ordered beef ribs that we couldn't finish, meat quality was horrible. Salmon sashimi, just a piece of fish that is full of fat. One of those cheap TNT quality salmons. Needless to say we didn't even finish our dinner. Not sure what's going on, but i wont be back anytime soon.

    Would I Recommend? -❌️ Nope Would I Return? - ❌️Nope Let me start off by saying Ginza isn't the best place for sushi. It never was and it never will be. I know this because I've visited this place off and on since they've opened this location. It's a simple place to get food that's not great but it's not bad either....it's okay and it is what it is...just a place to get Basic Sushi or AYCE. For the most part, I've been fine with that...until today. 👇🏻 I ordered: 🍣Spicy Tuna Rolls 🍤Shrimp Tempura 🍱Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box ⚠️The Problem My Bento Box came to my table in what seemed like a minute (after I placed my order). That would be fine except.... 🔴The chicken was clearly made ahead of time and was sitting long before I entered this restaurant. Two bites and I couldn't go further 🔴The rolls were haphazardly made, looked sloppy and did not taste fresh. A little concerned because I got a fishy taste on my last roll. ***currently hoping🙏🏻 the off taste is in my head and I won't be ill later*** 🔴Down to the salad dressing was watery and blah. 🟢The most normal part of my meal was the Shrimp Tempura 🍤 👉🏻My Verdict: This was thoroughly disappointing. The food was never exceptional to begin with... but now that their basic standards and quality has dropped, I no longer feel comfortable patronizing.

    Started with a potential, but took a quick dip very fast! Quality and service are way below mediocre, low prices might justify it for some customers, but it isn’t a meal that you would enjoy at the end!

    Ordered for pickup, email said ready in 30 mins, arrived 30 minutes later and had to wait 20 minutes to pickup, this place obviously doesn't value their customers time. Never coming back this was beyond absurd. Portions are small, prices are through the roof, supported them for many years too bad that's over.

    First time stopping in, the atmosphere was really pleasant and service was fast. We were seated with a few empty tables between each customer so there was lots of distance. The menu had a lot of variety and the combination plates were a really good option if you don't know what to choose and want a great value.

    My parents have been ordering from Ginza since I was little. During my most recent visit I decided I had to leave a review. I ordered the beef teriyaki bento box which comes with a variety of foods. The miso soup was so delicious I love when they add inokie mushrooms. The fish was fresh and beef was seasoned to perfection. Not to mention the quick and polite service. Ginza will always be a family favourite.
