I came here to get a medical note for work. When I returned from the clinic, the doctor did not write my limitations. When I returned to the clinic the next day, the doctor who wrote my letter was not there, and the other doctors could not modify my letter. I had to wait for five days for the other doctor to return. I paid 25.00 dollars for nothing. My boss contacted the clinic and asked them to complete the functional ability form. They wanted to charge me $50.00 and did not intend to modify my letter, which they made a mistake. This clinic cares about making money. I am disgusted by their services. I would not recommend coming here if you are coming here to get a medical note or fill out any medical forms. My boss and I have reported this clinic to the head office and the health ministry.

Save yourself the trip!Ignorant staff. Called the clinic prior to bringing my 4 year old... Spoke to an ignorant staff member Christina...on the phone she advised me the last patient would be taken in at 7:30 pm ( when the clinic closes at 8:00pm)...walked in at 7:25pm with one pt. In the waiting room. She told me they have reached capacity. Disgusting human being you! This is what humanity has come to and our disgusting Healthcare.

11.51am 18.01.24 Its amazing hire these girls give time n let everyone inn… i came here early n asked the secretaries to take my card number… i need to see Dr. Freedman. She says e we don’t start registration until 12pm. Yet right after me was a blond lady who desperately wanted to see Dr. Freedman also. The secretary INSTANTLY “ASKED” her to come back at 2pm. Im still in the clinic but this isn’t fair. I don’t understand why they’d choose and select? Please help 10.08.23 12.34pm I came 11.40am because I just need to see Dr.Freedman to give him my psychiatrist note. Nicole said I could talk to Dr. Freedman when he starts. Liar! There were people coming out of the room and than Nicole says to me I’ll have to wait till 2pm. Until the doctor is done. Seriously? Ive been here from before she asked me to come and now people keep walking in and going to see him and i cant go see him. Like i have nothing else to do. Nonsense! I wouldn’t recommend this stupid clinic to ANYONE! I hope it closes down because of these nurses. Sorry but i have no patience anymore. Its 1pm The WORST SECRETORY. Nurse or whatever those two sitting at the desk are. TERRIBLE/MISERABLE and VERY INHUMANE. Im NOT FIGHTING or ARGUING TO SEE ANY DOCTOR. They put my OHIP card through the system but I can’t see the doctor. Plus they reach CAPACITY. If its walk in i don’t think it should have a capacity. I WONDER WHO RUNS THIS CLINIC?

UPDATE: This review about Jas Kaur, doctor`s assistant. I asked for two referrals to specialists: to gastroenterologist and to gynecologist due to consistent, dull, but sometimes sharp abdominal pain since approx.. February 2023. We are in July now. The referral to gastroenterologist was denied, because she said I am not old enough to get this referral. I have to be over 50, eventhough I am in pain... I went to the hospital due to a very strong pain one day to find out I actually have a fibroid and I mention that to the assistant as well, she still said it is not big enough and a lot of women live with it. Really? Well!! I am in pain, means my case is different. So she finally sent the referral to the gynecologists, but no mention "urgent" or "pain". I called the gynecologists' office and they said that because it is not urgent, the referral is not going to process it up-to 3 weeks, and then the appointment waiting list is 4-6 months. I could literally die by then. What kind of doctors are in this clinic?!?! How is this clinic is even still open?? This review to all the walk-in doctors/assistants: male and female. Once I came (Wednesday) with obvious sinus infection, with the indescribable pain. I always develop this when get sick and mentioned that to the doctor with all the detailed symptoms. Only spray was prescribed. Came back (Friday) to the same clinic, but another doctor was there. Again, mentioned the same symptoms and said I must have antibiotics, because I can not handle the pain anymore. The generic antibiotic was prescribed, mainly to treat pneumonia, but not specifically the sinus infection. I asked to switch, because it did not help me at all, no improvement. The response was that they can not prescribe another antibiotic with 1 month period. Eventfully went to another clinic (Sunday) to get another medication, which worked well. I also had another personal health issues that I address - no results or help. Once we came with my son, who had obvious symptoms of either Mononucleosis or Strep throat. And again, no any antibiotics, at least penicillin kind, but we were referred to do a blood test only. The doctor did in clinic swab, which I always doubt, and believe it has to be sent to an actual lab to make sure what kind of bacteria it is? These are serious through infections that lead to very serious complications. Also, it is very hard to get a walk-in appointment during the evening hours. It was mentioned that you need to come-in in the morning to book an appointment for the evening, no phone booking. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Great experience at this walk in clinic. Hours are great - open later than other walk in clinics. Receptionist was attentive and friendly. Doctor was exceptional! Very thorough and patient. He was great with our toddler! He explained all the options of treatment. The wait time was a bit long but nothing we couldn’t bare. I am not sure why people have left negative reviews… I would definitely recommend this clinic!! ☺️

Last weekend, my 20 months old daughter was checked by one the doctors due to fever and cough. I told him that she is constantly coughing, not eating, having high temperature. But the doctor said she doesn’t have lung problem and do not need any medication. We visited again because she was not getting better, the doctor was so confident and made me sure that she does not medication. Because of missdiagnosis my poor girl had high fever, sweating, wheezing for few days and not treated. We went to other hospital, it turned out that she got pneumonia. How can this happen, and there is no word to describe my experience and my daughter suffered much and still suffering from.

I called here Saturday evening as my son was complaining of a sore throat. They turned me away and said they would not see him because a sore throat could mean covid. I said where do I go? The ER for a sore throat? She said go to an urgent care. At that time all urgent cares closed at 6pm. I called back and said if I do a rapid test on my son will you see him...they said yes. I thought this was the worst of my problems. We get there and are seen by a physician assistant, he said it is likely a viral throat infection and give Tylenol and not be alarmed if it lasts a few days. I insisted that we do a strep test, but he said because of covid, they don't do them (not sure what strep has to do with covid). My son was no better this morning (Monday) so we booked an appointment with his pediatrician. He was just as upset as I was that the walkin wouldn't even see me because of a sore throat and even more upset that they don't offer a strep test. Strep comes with complications if left untreated. So within 5 minutes of our pediatrician seeing my son he knew it was strep and the test came back positive. We are lucky we trusted our gut and had him checked out again. It is too bad that we don't have any decent walk in clinics to rely on after hours. My poor son suffered for 3 days because apparently everything is covid these days and kids don't get sick with anything else. I guess these clinics are here for the healthy and no longer the sick. We should not be filling our ERs with cases such as a sore throat, so shame on these places for pushing people away.

Bad reviews are accurate. Came at 7pm their voicemail and online hours said they closed at 8. They turned my mom away an hour before they closed I came another time and actually got through to the doctor and he did not listen at all to what my concern was - he gave me a prescription that I told him many times I did not want- I didn’t even bother picking up the prescription from the receptionist and went straight to another doctor who actually listened to me. Would give 0 stars if I could!

What a disaster of an establishment! We got refused entry twice in the past at this location, And just got Rejected once again right now with an emergency case arriving at 6:15pm while they close at 8pm, for the reason/claiming that they’re “busy” with literally 0 people at the waiting area! Rude receptionist, careless staff, unprofessional and extremely Unethical! This place might not stay open for too long due to the lack of the basics of being in the medical-field! What a disgrace!

Incredibly rude receptionist. We went for a walk-in visit and for a long time nobody was at the front desk. Finally the receptionist shows up after we call out if anyone was present, and the receptionist walks from another room to the desk extremely slowly. Once at the desk, she gives us a weird stare down. We acted the same way back and after sometime we couldn’t handle this strange tension anymore so asked her to be more professional which then started an unnecessary argument, and at one point she even threatened to have us out of the clinic.

Dr. David freedman is the most wonderful doctor I have ever met. He gives his patients super positive energy. I owe him. He was with me in the worst phases of my life. He helped me as a member of my family, not as a doctor. I don't know how to repay him. To let the whole world know that you are an excellent person and help a lot and also there is the doctor maan he is a wonderful doctor I thank the management and all the staff God bless you my doctor David freedman you are in my prayers always and forever 🙏🙏

HORRIBLE WALK IN CLINIC!!!! I brought my 10 month old daughter today as me and my wife noticed something wasnt right about our daughter. When we arrived at the clinic I explained that it sounded like her voice was hollow, like something was stuck in her throat. I also said she might have coughed one or twice. The receptionist walks to the back and goes to speak to whomever, comes back to tell me they can’t take her in cuz she coughed!!!. I snapped, first of all she’s a baby not an adult anything in any matter a baby should always be checked on. They told me and my wife it’s a symptom of covid. I had covid and I’ll tell you it’s not a slight cough. Anyways we left, we seeked other medical Attention and found telahealth to be more successful then this walk in clinic. Long behold they heard how my daughter sounded and said she has croup NOT COVID!!!! I called the office back letting them know the should be ashamed of them selves for letting a 10 month old leave the clinic without be checked up on. Honestly this clinic should either re train everyone on what’s COVID AND WHATS OTHER THINGS LIKE COLDS OR CROUP. I will definitely be reporting this clinic to the ministry of health. I really hope they get audited and hopefully shut down. Please parents DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE AS THEY THING EVERYTHING IS COVID!!! Even for kids it’s disgusting.

My wife was a big problem and when she called the clinic they said that they will be there till 7 pm and we arrived 6:20 and she said that they are full and cannot take more patient. This isn’t the way to refuse a pregnant woman that seems to have a sudden problem and no one cares.

One of the only clinics to show an updated reliable waiting time online, organized enough to call you when it's your turn to come back and flexible hours (open til 10 pm on a Sunday). The receptionists and PAs here are great! Wait times were long, but at least they weren't sending people away unlike majority of other clinics in York Region.

Horrible walk in clinic!! Avoid at all cost. Better going to the emergency then going to this clinic. The receptionist are rude and speak poor poor English they give you attitude for asking them if there's walkin availability like hello you are a walk in clinic. Walk in learn basic English walking means you can take both Legs and walk right in to be seen.. At the end after waiting 20 minutes I was first in line they said no Dr today ohh how nice why did I wait 20 minutes for ??? Medical service is 0 stay far far away if you want to catch covid visit this walk in.

I wish I had never gone to this clinic. First, they denied treating me and said we can book you for phone consult, and I will get a call in 2 hours. And guess what, they never called. I kept on suffering for the whole night. And I was wondering they will still charge the government for the fee because in their system, the appointment has been booked. I am filing a complaint for their negligent behavior. They are only here for money making not saving people's life. They wasted my time and kept me on suffering.

I just looked online at 6 pm said it closes at 8 the secretary said they had 2 hour wait but online says 1 hr. I have a small child and they would not see her. This is not acceptable, they are the only ones open this late and my last hope for daughter. Awful just awful. So sad

I'm writing on behalf of my mother who made an appointment at this clinic and was treated in a rude and unprofessional manner by the receptionist at this clinic. She went for her scheduled appointment and when she was filling out the form, it asked if she had ever contracted COVID-19 or come into contact with anyone with COVID-19 as per the standard screening forms nowadays. She explained to the receptionist that she had contracted COVID-19 over a month ago and was cleared by Public Health and is now back to work as well. The receptionist asked if she had gone for another COVID-19 test, and my mother replied that she had not because Public Health has advised against re-testing, as there is evidence that you can get false-positives for months after contracting COVID-19 and my mother had been asymptomatic for a month now. The receptionist was quite rude and said that it's their "clinic policy" that a patient can't come to this clinic until they test negative. She also blamed my mother for not sharing this information earlier on the phone when she called to book an appointment, however, the receptionist did not ask any of the COVID-19 screening questions over the phone. I find it extremely unprofessional that this clinic makes up their own rules despite what the Public Health recommendations are and despite common knowledge within the healthcare community about how it is not recommended to get re-tested for COVID-19 once a person contracts COVID-19 and it's mainly based on symptom resolution. As a healthcare professional myself, I'm appalled at the discrimination towards patients who have previously contracted COVID-19. This is supposed to be a healthcare facility so how can certain patients be denied access to care even after they have been cleared by Public Health? Also, if it is the policy, why is it not clearly stated in the website or when someone calls to make an appointment? Overall, very unprofessional and discriminatory. I will be reporting this to Public Health. This is how misinformation about COVID-19 is being spread in the public and it is very unfortunate that this info is coming from a medical facility such as this.

Came in as a walk in. Got there at about 6 pm. I waited for about 2 hours .. needed to get testing done, which was my main concern and some prescriptions for allergy medication. Upon checking out I'm told that I have have come back to drop my testing sample because the pick up will be to late and the sample will expire. Not only that but after getting home I realized that my prescription was under the wrong name/wrong health card ... I'm calling and no ones answering.... a bit frustrated considering I waited 2 hours to be in the same position as yesterday...

Dr. Freedman is truly the best doctor I have ever had. I have spent years trying to find a good family doctor and was not successful, until I met Dr. Freedman. He truly is one of a kind and I’m very grateful I have come across him and have him as my family doctor. He takes his time with you, never rushes you, really wants to help you with any issues and concerns you may have, he is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and friendly and overall you can tell he focuses on providing both health and CARE that our healthcare should be giving but yet so rarely seen by others. Thank god for Dr. Freedman, we need more health professionals like him, I can’t emphasize that enough!

After being turned away from 4 walk in clinics due to my symptoms, the kind female doctor at this clinic made it a priority to see me knowing that I was pregnant and in need of care. I had a good experience all around - reasonable wait time, nice reception, and the doctor was very thorough and very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Honestly I’m just shocked she exists. Dr. Dr. Tanzima is an absolutely amazing doctor for families. She cares so much about her patients I pray she stays with the clinic. She is a thorough non rushed experience doctor which is a welcomed changed to the horrible Walk In Clinic service you get now a days. Dr. Tanzima Takes the time to review your issues with you and finds solid solutions for you and your family. She cares for children when parents are stressed and have been waiting she understands our pain me tries to cheer up the kids and make parents feel at ease. She reminds me of my favorite aunt. The one that always knew how to make you smile. My wife and I have brought our children there and each and every time we go our kids smile and stop crying because of her warm demeanor and nurturing approach. I cannot say enough good things about her and this clinic. They truly are a class act. I know wait times can be long but know they try their best to get you into a room as quickly as possible and also give you a time frame to return to the clinic If your tied up with your little guys. Again I could not be happier with the quality of care my family receives from Dr. Tanzima. This is an amazing clinic filled with great staff and doctors. Job well done. : )

The staff here are wonderful! I didn’t have to wait too long. The doctor was so nice and put my concerns at ease. I would recommend this place. If you call and no one answers - leave a message they will call back within 5-10 mins. You have to understand not every call can be answered when they are ALL doing 110% of their job

Fairly quick service for a walk in appointment. I waited 40min today to see the physician assistant. This clinic charges $25 for massage therapy prescriptions. Very convenient with their clinic hours and very pleasant reception staff.

The doctor makes you choose between the problems you come in for saying he can only deal with one problem today. Then he doesn't even treat the problem. The whole experience today took maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Not the first time I've had a problem with this doctor. I understand if they were busy but while I was there there was only one other patient waiting to be seen and no one else in the lobby.

I'm so happy that I came to this clinic and met Dr Tanzima Islam she's extremely friendly and easy to talk to, she made me feel like I was talking to a friend and that is extremely important to me she is a amazing doctor and really cares for her patients. She's extremely professional and would highly recommend her. I live very far and I will continue to travel to come see her. All I can say is I highly recommend her.

Wonderful, efficient clinic. Ayaz was able to accurately diagnose a rash that other physicians failed to diagnose. Great diligent staff, accessible hours, virtual prescription refills and sms wait time updates...who could ask for anything more! Thank you for the excellent medical care you provide for our community.

Not sure why the negative reviews? I've been here several times for myself as well as my toddler. The reception has always been incredibly friendly and efficient. The wait times are usually low but they also offer to call you if you want to shop in the Walmart instead of waiting in the office. The place is bright, clean, sufficient covid safety and sanitization procedures. I've seen 2 or 3 doctors I think, and they've all been friendly and knowledgeable, taking their time to answer my questions. I was once turned away from being treated because I had a cough (understandably) but I received treatment over the phone. They called in under an hour and the doctor was super nice. What more could you ask for?

Three weeks ago I visited the clinic for the first time because my family doctor is not working.. I could honestly and easily give 10 stars had there have been such a thing. My experience was second to none.. Dr. Freedman is the absolute best.. He did for me on my FIRST visit what my family doctor couldn't do in 5yrs. He has changed my life for the better.. to reiterate, on my first visit. I don't want to get started on the staff and their professionalism, coupled with the utmost cleanliness of the clinic.. there's a lot to say and it's all positive.

Just wow! Dr. Freedman is literally the best doctor I have ever come across. He takes the time to explain everything to you and doesn't rush you. He's so gentle with his words and makes you feel so comfortable. He went through my bloodwork so thoroughly and explained everything to me. So amazing. Best experience and I am so blessed that I came to this clinic. My children always come to this walk in and the other doctor. I wish I remembered his name is amazing with the kids and makes the kids feel so comfortable. Definitely a wonderful clinic and this is where I will always go for anything. Thank you! Also, the nurses and staff are so welcoming and polite.
