Danae was wonderful! She greeted me right away, she continued to check on me periodically in a way that felt like I had time to myself, but I still knew she was there to help out. She made me feel taken care of and valued, which is fantastic! She made the call to do a size exchange for me when she didn't have the size. To end it all off, Danae told me that I "made her morning"! Hearing from an associate that I (as a customer) helped to make her morning was just more than a bonus! I love that she shared that with me, because it made me feel good to know that I helped Her to feel good too! She really did go the extra mile, and I appreciate it! I have never had a bad experience at any Torrid store. All the sales people there are great, and I always end up having chats and great customer experiences. This location was no exception!

I’ve always gone here for the clothing and shoes/boots . I love that Torrid has been a company that Plus size woman can get nicely styled clothing and feel great. I’m a business owner ( plus size) and I love to be in business to help plus size woman feel good about themselves. I was in first thing on Black Friday. The store was not busy - only a few people. One of their staff ( with blonde hair) was not helpful at all. I asked for a new pair of boots - as the ones on the shelf had several stains on it them. I was told - “ that’s the style “ - “it’s supposed to look like that”. She wouldn’t go to the back to get a new pair. I wanted to also go up a size in a different black pair she brought me. I didn’t bother asking her. I just took them as I needed them for an event. Pretty bad that you just take what they have because sizing in other stores can be an issue for bigger sizes or I would have gone somewhere else. Completely disappointing!

I love this location! Everyone is so helpful, the selection is pretty varied and I never walk out without getting a great deal. Just bought my new favourite bra. Fran is especially super attentive and informative!!

I JUST LOOKED OVER MY RECIEPT ........THIEVES.....HUGE SCAMMERS ......CHARGED ME TWICE ...AT 86 DOLLARS......FOR REAL MAN.....I COULDNT AFFORD TO BUY A PIECE OF CLOTHING FORANY YEARS.....AND THATS ALOT OF MONEY IN MY BOOKS ! NOW WHAT ?????

I think this is one of the bigger Torrid locations in the GTA. They even have a (small) rack of the online exclusive favorites. Have a few options got belts which I haven't seen at my local Torrid. Very friendly staff and sales are pretty worth while.

I did not know the shop was in Vaughn mills. When the chain first opened, I was excited to see another full figure place. It was very recently priced but, some things reporting made. Quality has definitely improved but, the prices are now very high. I would suggest taking your time and digging through the sales area to save some money. Customer service was very nice. Great fashion but, I'm always on the look for a bargain.

Variety of plus size clothing. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a little pricey, but they do have some great sales from time to time.

Finally I can buy these bras at this store and not on the US online site. Saved me much from shipping it to me. Great store Great employees there aswell.

I went to torrid today excellent customer service i was so happy with the person who helped me find my daughters shoes and bra she had so much patience.Most stores i visit over the past few weeks laugh when i tell them her shoe size but the sales rep was so polite and she helped and found us something perfect Greatly appreciated excellent customer service

This brand is a life saver for me ! I visited the stores in Vaughan Mills (Canada) and Buffalo - Niagara (US). The design are great, they always have my size, and the staff is so friendly. It they are my #1 go-to place for clothing now !

The sales ladies were very helpful when Looking for clothes for my sister!!! I was able to find beautiful pleather leggings, jackets and tops! If you are looking for style plus size clothing I highly recommend going!!
