Despite the sandwich tasting great I'd rather go somewhere that I'd feel welcomed. Staff need to work on their customer service skills and be a bit friendlier. The woman behind the till looks miserable as if she hates her job. Would not visit again.

A little mom and pop by shop that serves both pizza and other dishes (sandwiches, lasagna). Fair portions, cheap prices, and good quality of food. Though they run out of food around 3 pm on most days. Perfect for lunch if you want something quick in the area.

Tried placing an order with Santino's Catering. First, nobody called back until Monday morning since Friday. Before calling them I priced out this menu on a budget. The lady who took my order came back with different prices then what is stated on the website. She said "prices can change without notice". When I asked why they couldn't just update the website she replied with "It's very expensive to update the website with current prices". All I have to say is prices on website need to reflect what current food will cost and not disappoint the clients after the fact. It's a good "bait-and switch" tactic they use. I highly doubt a catering company does not have the funds to update the website. Either way I lost trust in them and did not end up placing the order with this catering company and I would not want to go to their restaurant either.

We have ordered our Christmas dinner from Santino’s since 2015 and have always found it tasty and incredibly easy to order. Professionalism, quick response all 5 star and food is delicious. Thank you Santino!!

The restaurant is clean and well organized. The staff will are very welcoming and friendly. The food is hot and fresh. My kids love the penne in rose sauce. I recommend.

We catered my husband surprise birthday party dinner, they were on time and very organized! We also hired servers bartender through them, who made the party even better! Thank you for the great experience!

Tried the pasta, potato’s, chicken and was not pleased at all. Pasta had no taste or seasonings- simply boiled and has pasta sauce mixed in. Chicken was white and looked like it only had pepper and salt- again no seasonings. Overall the food was very bland and not worth the price paid. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone for catering services.

This place is amazing, I usually get the Veal or Chicken sandwich. When the tomato sauce touches my tastebuds, I blush. I usually go home and watch the sopranos while eating. My old boss is Italian and is in prison for putting a hit on a guy.

Santino pizza slices are some of the best you can find in the city. All other options are great too. The penne rose is very creamy and rich, chicken + veal parmesan big and tasty. I grabbed a tomato sauce and pan of frozen veal cutlets for pasta at home. It turned out amazing. After seeing how good their pizza is i ordered a large 5 topping for takeout and for some strange reason the pizza was nothing like the slices at the hot table. It was thick, soft and bready. Meanwhile their slices are very thin and crispy.

First time here and OMFG, the pizza, beyond delicious. Perfect.

I have been coming here with my family since I was a kid and nothing has changed with their food. Its delicious and I have cravings for it weekly! This place will ruin all other pasta places..its that Good! Would highly recommend!!

We ALWAYS cater from these guys. Incredible to deal with, so nice, friendly and accommodating! Food is always a huge hit! Portions are above and beyond. Delivery is always on time and even when asked, provide heating cupboards. We love these guys, you will too! ❤️

We highly recommend Joe and Santino's. I’ve know Joe for years and has used him many time , most recently this past weekend. We have recommend him to many people his food and service is fantastic. Try them for yourselves you won’t be disappointed.

The mixed salad tastes so good that it hurts your cheeks! Really authentic! The cheese tortellini is superior and the Chicken Cutlet is nicely done. I could eat here for every meal for the rest of my life and be a very happy person.

Food is great and portions are large...but the best by far about Santino's is Julie...she is amazing ! She always sounds happy to talk and review orders. Julie is very responsive to emails and voice messages. I have ordered so many times and will continue to do so. I enjoy planning my events with Julie. She is quick, honest and always helpful when placing an order. Santino's is very luck to have someone like you as part of the family. :) As always, thank you Julie.

We had a work lunch function catered by Santino’s today. From start to finish both the service and the food were impeccable. Portion sizes are fantastic, food is utterly delicious. Everyone in our department was raving about the food and we all overindulged as we couldn’t help it. We received our food early and it was just an exceptional experience. Santino’s will be my go-to place for Italian catering going forward - they can’t be beaten. Thanks for such a wonderful meal, Joe! Julie was amazing as well!
