Visited this place around 12 in night, person Vishal sharma was very welcoming and explained all the menu and items in the menu. Suggested us the best and we had amazing experience. Me and my friends we all love the food and store was neat and clean tidy. Washrooms were operational and store operated till 3 in night. Thanks Vishal for giving us a good time. Kudos to certified burger.

I just visited this location with my son - it was clean and neat. We ordered Spicy chicken & Action hero respectively. The location was being managed by just one young lady who received us and few other guests with a friendly smile. We were very impressed in the manner the lady multi-tasked and delivered all orders without delay. Both the burgers were sooo good. The fries were crispy & hot, the sesame burger buns perfectly toasted and warm, the chicken crispy, juicy & hot, the beef patty hot & juicy - perfect meal for a lazy rainy afternoon :).

Had the best ever experience here. Arsh was the one who welcome us with a smile and suggested the most amazing menu items. He was so good at all the tasks. I will visit here again for sure. Thank you for the amazing service!! :)

Was my first time trying Hero burgers, but more importantly, was here to try the Egg Burger for the first time as well. Pleased to say, I wasn’t disappointed with either one. From the get-go, I was greeted warmly by staff. The taste was absolutely amazing as I had expected an egg burger to taste. And will definitely go back, and highly recommend this location.

I never make reviews but Raj deserves her flowers. Excellent customer service and food was so fresh. She was so kind and refreshing. It’s been a long time that I’ve received a service like this. Thank you very much for your kindness Raj.

The quality of food has declined @ Hero from years past - or at least the few times I've eaten at this location. Fries tasted bland, burgers were not prepared properly, also lacked flavour, and didn't even have all the toppings ordered. Missing lettuce & sauce. It was essentially just dry patties for both Action Hero & Blue Moon burger. Onion rings were okay. Fish sticks were decent, only thing they prepared properly. Biggest issue, the Blue Moon Burger (the one that features Blue Cheese as the main flavour), see included pic, the very thin half layer of white-ish substance isn't mayo or sauce, that's the blue cheese. Not even enough to be able to taste it. For the prices they charge, I expect much higher quality. This loses to much cheaper competitors.

Staff are super super nice! I ordered signature 6oz combo, Burger and fries are both good, burger is lightly seasoned so you can taste the flavour of meat.

This Hero burgers joint is honestly the best at giving quality service at late hours. The girl named Raj is an extremely humble host who with a lot of patience took the time to carefully explain the menu and provided me my food in a timely fashion. Two thumbs up!

Just have a look at this self explanatory picture of the chicken sandwich I received…. I ordered the bogo offer from uber eats and both sandwiches looked like that. Disgusting and shameful, I think they made them blindfolded. Will never order from here again.

The guys who work here are really kind and helpful. I got the Nashville chicken poutine and it was amazing and a good spice level! Would Recommend this Hero Burger for sure.
