I visited Bandiera to look at their watch selection seeing that they had quite the variety online. It was truly a pleasure to visit this store. There was so much to look at. The gentlemen who attended to me were very enthusiastic about watches and were definitely watch guys. They actually wanted to talk watches as I browsed! I ended up purchasing a LE Seiko and everyone I spoke to went above and beyond. I wish I lived closer to this location but I will be dropping by every time I'm in the area. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

It's been about a year since my first visit & purchase from Bandiera and the experience was as great as you'd expect. I was recommended to this location through a family member and was not let down. I was on the lookout for a watch and to my surprise, the same day I dropped the question Bandiera gave me a call to come and buy one! On my second visit, I met John who is probably the greatest salesman I've ever met. He got a watch I was looking for shipped to the store within a week, I mean he just picked up the phone right then and ordered it on the spot! Not just that, but he was incredibly friendly/knowledgeable and gave me a discount & freebies as well. Thank you Bandiera for the great watches and experience. If you need anything to do with watches, make sure to ask for John!

My partner and I met Paul early on in our engagement ring shopping process. He was wonderful to work with and added a real human element to the experience, which we both greatly appreciated and felt was lacking at most establishments we visited. If it was not for some very, very, very specific requirements for the diamond we desired we probably would have went with Bandiera. Ask for Paul when you head here. He is fantastic!

I went in to buy my first “real” watch and Stacy exceeded my expectations. I ended up buying a pre-owned Grand Seiko and as someone who is in a sales, I can assure you that he is top notch and leaves no stone unturned. After looking at several options, he eventually found a timepiece that worked with my budget, and more importantly, was something that I loved. Cannot recommend this man and this shop enough. The process was thorough but efficient and Stacy made me feel like part of the family. Beyond the customer service, they have great inventory (both new and pre-owned) and I can guarantee that in the they will have something for everyone.

Sent my Grand Seiko in for repair with Bandiera. They gave me an accurate estimate on repair cost with GS, came back faster than expected at 4 months vs 8. But they kept in constant communication with me regarding the repair process which kept me at ease. Watch came back perfect and more than happy with the service. They also know a lot and are very enthusiastic about the watches that they sell. Very friendly, welcoming, and doesn't have the intimidating atmosphere that some authorized dealers have.

Had a last minute Christmas party shopping and they are the only one that has the item that im looking for, called them on Friday and makes sure that i would get the item before our Christmas party and they confirmed that it will be shipped the same day and that i should receive it before the date of my Christmas party, called the following day to make sure everything is on track and found out that it was never shipped and that according to their file that i will pick it up. On top of that they said that it wont make it on time. First time dealing with this store and definitely the last.

First time in the store and service was top notch. I had ordered a new Oris Holstein Edition watch on line and had arranged to come in and pick it up. Sabrina, Marco and the entire staff were simply fantastic to deal with. Loved chatting about watches with them and look forward to going in to pick up my next time piece. Highly recommended!
