I’ve lived in Canada my entire life and have never come across a doctor as thorough while simultaneously caring and compassionate as Dr. Rawat. I initially came in for a walk in issue (which they accommodated the same day) but transferred here to have her as my primary family doctor. It’s quite a distance for me to travel to get to this clinic but it is 100% worth it.

Dr. Rawat is hands down one of the best in Canada. She patiently listens to the issue rather than rushing you. Very helpful in understanding the root cause of the problem and prescribes what's best for you. She also makes sure that her team follows up for appointmentd and reports!!

Would strongly recommend avoiding this clinic - particularly Dr. Huma Hussain. I was unable to see my family physician and suspected I might have had a UTI. Doctor Hussain prescribed me antibiotics without waiting for lab results to confirm. She also failed to ask me what my current medications were prior to prescribing. I found out, only at the pharmacy, that there were major contraindications to worry about between medications (i.e significant drop in blood sugar levels). I'm no doctor but I know this is negligent. This same doctor requested a follow up via video chat when the lab results were in, and after waiting over one hour for her to show to the call (and after attempting to reach the clinic several times to no avail), I had to end the call. Also nobody tried to reach me. Curious about the purpose of the follow up, I physically went into the office later that evening, waited again for the doctor - for her to confirm her initial diagnosis. There was no actual purpose of this visit (possibly a money grab?) To add to everything already mentioned above, I was incredibly off-put by the doctor's arrogance. She made numerous personal judgments when I discussed my health issues, criticized a procedure I chose to electively have, and insinuated that I should undoubtedly listen to her advice without thinking it through on my own first. What a terrible unprofessional practice. Please steer clear of this doctor.

Dr. Rawat is the best doctor and has been a support to me since the time I landed in Canada(5 years now). She is very accommodating and always there in case of any emergency. Her staff is very responsive and reminds me timely about my appointments and tests. Dr. Rawat has always treated the root cause of any of my health issues. I love her approach as a doctor, its very rare. I couldn't have asked for any better doctor for myself.

Dr. Piushi Rawat is the best! Incredibly knowledgable and professional. She always takes her time and truly gets to know each patient. My entirely family goes here and we could not be more pleased with her service and expertise. Wonderful staff as well and an excellent, convenient pharmacy. Thank you all so much!

It is such a supervise to find this clinic! I am a new new patient here, got a last minute appointment on the same day. Dr Rawat is so knowledgeable, patient and considered! The clinic and Pharmacy staff are also very friendly and professional. This is such a great team!

This is the best clinic with excellent doctor and staff. Very Friendly attitude and accommodating, heals you half way thru, rest is the medication. Dr.Rawat, is an amazing doctor and human being. She is not only professional but down to earth, her kind and caring nature is rare among doctors. She is nice to her staff members in addition to patients. I meant I can write non stop about Dr Rawat. She is the BEST DOCTOR AND HER CLINIC IS THE BEST.

As per their website: Family Practice and Walk-in Clinic Timings: Monday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday Closed However I came here on Oct 1st at 10am and was told the medical clinic does not open on Saturdays. Please update your website to reflect your accurate hours of operation. Gas and bus fare are not cheap.

Excellent experience at this walk in clinic! I needed an x-ray requisition and they were very accommodating getting me in front of the doctor as soon as possible. The Dr. was both friendly and knowledgeable and she was very helpful with any inquiries I had. The Pharmacist there was also extremely friendly. 5/5 experience all around, would highly recommend this clinic.

Regardless of being a genius, and having the best sense of humor, she sounds more like a mom than doctor! She agreed to see me despite of not having an appointment! Thank you, Doctor Rawat!

Went in with a cough and left with just a lab requisition form for a throat swab and antibiotic prescription. Without an x ray or diagnostic test to determine if its viral or bacterial how can you just assume the diagnosis? The doctor didn't even do a swab test she told me to go to the lab and that's it. I'm exhausted from running to different doctors only to get the same incomplete care.

Best walk in clinic! The doctors are really professional and fast! Every when I go there I finish in 20mins. The pharmacy are really fast too!!! We ended up have a family doctor here too!

Dr. Rawat is a great physician; she always addresses all my concerns each time that I’ve gone to see her. She takes her time and explains things very well. You can instantly tell upon meeting her that she really cares for her patients. I was without a family doctor for years until I met her.

The GP I usually go to is on vacation, so I visited this clinic for some medical help. Dr. Hussain is so far the best doctor I’ve talked to in Ontario, not only she is very knowledgeable, but she cares, even I was just a random walk-in patient. She cares about my medical issue and discussed with me about my health condition even more than my routine GP. A lot thanks to Dr. Hussain.

Doctor Rawat is so kind, nice and thoughtful. She is an angel! I am so grateful that she accepted my family as her patients. My little daughter loves her so much.

Very unprofessional. I was waiting outside with my kids first in line. But the first walk in they took in room 1 was another patient. 2nd I came here to confirm something and give me a note either yes or not. The doc says I don’t know…

Big Thank you to Dr. Who took my little munchkin with sharp ear pain right before they closed for long weekend ( they close at 6 she took him 5:50 pm) she took her time ( listen his chest, checked his ears ,nose, measured his temperature and oxygen level) Very welcoming and caring staff including doctor and pharmacist , highly recommend !!

Dr Rawatt is by far the best Dr that I have ever had and I have had some amazing drs…she is the most kind and caring Dr she is so knowledgeable always thorough, she takes the time to follow up and is so compassionate! The clinic is clean organized and has physio Dr Bala is awesome! The pharmacist is also wonderful he fills your medication quickly and is very friendly.

This clinic, staff and physicians are amazing. I was looking for a phone appointment desperately while down with Covid as I was also having symptoms of a kidney infection. They accommodated me on the same day and even though the appointment was over the phone the physician was warm, listened to me and gave me thorough advice. She also followed up with me the next day which I really appreciated. Thanks to her I was able to feel much better and to cope with the situation.

Seriously the worst receptionist ! Walked in at 5:15pm and was told to go away as they closed and not accepting any more walk ins by 5:30. I was only trying to my child some eczema cream before our trip. Explained and beg the receptionist but was still turned away. So upsetting.

Dr rawat is an excellent doctor, has a great bedside manner with her patients and I appreciate how thorough she is, she takes her time and listens and your best health is her only priority. Love her and that’s hard to find in Woodbridge!!

I saw Dr. Rawat for my cold symptoms and she was very efficient in her examination...told me my chest was clear so no antibiotics were required and game a a nasal spray...Before my contact with this clinic, I phoned other Maple area clinics and was very difficult to even speak with a Doctor....

Dr Rawat has great patient care skills, she is so caring and thorough. Other doctors just rush you and don’t listen to any concerns.

Dr.Rawat is simply the best doctor. She cares about her patients so much, she makes you feel so comfortable and treats you like a friend. She listens to all of your problems and concerns and she answers all of your questions. I’ve been her patient for more than 2 yrs, never gave a wrong medication or forgotten about any of my concerns. She literally knows each patient very well. Even when she travels she calls to make sure I’m okay til she’s back. And when there’s a holiday she also calls to provide me with some medications if needed. And overall she’s very knowledgeable and she’s really good at what she’s doing. She even helps with family problems and advices. Never met a doctor like her. On top of that the clinic is very clean and organized as well as the Pharmcey. Highly recommend it everyone should go there.

This Walk in clinic should change name to phone consultation by appointment only!It's open come in but you can't see the doctor,we can argue but cant help you.!Fireman can go in but not you!well actually I'm essential worker too but I don't discriminate and use covid as a excuse not to do my job!New reality I guess the whole system is going to hell....

Great doctors and pharmacy. Make this your clinic!

I live in the GTA and it took me 3 buses and almost 2 hours to get to this clinic for a simple appointment and it was ABSOLOUTELY WORTH IT. Shoutout to Dr. Rawat and her team, she's absoloutely amazing, caring, non-judgemental, and overall an excellent doctor. I had a phone consult, explained my concerns and she booked an appointment the next day. Tests were taken in-clinic on the same day and she was quick, thorough, and not dismissive. She made sure to eliminate any potential other causes of my symptoms and explain every action that was taken. I've had a fair share of horrible doctors and would honestly somersault through a ring of fire for her care, I 100% recommend this clinic.

Called the walk in clinic to see if I can get a prescription for massages. I recently moved to this area and haven't found a family doctor yet. Receptionist was super rude and unpleasant on the phone. Told me to go back to where I got the prescriptions before, they don't give massage prescriptions here. Now I know where NOT to go around here for doctor visits.

Visited this clinic and was appointed to Dr. Huma Hussein. I believe she is new and was from England prior. When I would explain certain medical issues I had in the past she would mention "I did not ask for all of that, please answer yes or no". I had a feeling she did not want to listen to me. Doctor was still not listening after she kept over talking me and then considered wrong information. She determined wrong information about me which got me worried. Came back to the clinic to correct her interpretation and she called me a liar. I have never seen a doctor victimize a patient and call them a liar when the doctor was the one who misheard in the first place! This was unwelcoming and bad service. Also we are in Canada, we should be using canadian terms in measurements, not the uk’s….
