My usual family Doctor was closing up but I needed to get checked so I came to this walk in clinic. The receptionists are welcoming and Doctor Megulis wasn’t quick to see me out once he sat down. Very informative and thorough. There’s also a variety of medical services in the same building, including a pharmacy and x ray lab. Plenty of parking but when it gets busy it can get difficult to navigate around. Update: I’ve been recommending this clinic to my family. The two out of the three doctors here are very thorough! I don’t recommend doctor Baghaee, he seems to just want you out the second he sees you. He could definitely learn a thing or two from the other two doctors there.

They do not answer the phones, give it a try yourself. You’re expected to show up and wait a few hours instead of being able to check in on the phone, which I guess is fine, but I just don’t understand what the phone lines are for. No voicemail. Edit: Changing my 2 star review into 1 star, there is a very rude receptionist. I end up waiting here and paying random amounts of cash with no receipts for mandatory forms. The doctors are generally pretty decent but I can’t stand the receptionists here.

Very slow. I waited 2 hours for a form to be filled out only to be told it would take 2-4 weeks! In the past I've had the same form filled out the same day. I would have appreciated that information when the nurse came in to ask my purpose of visit. But it also should not take that long to fill 1 page. You have lives, so do we.

No disrespect to my family doctor whatsoever, I've been seeing her for years and she's great at what she does. However the receptionists are unprofessional and unaccommodating. I've now tried calling the office 9 times over the last 2 days, simply to cancel an upcoming phone appointment with my doctor so they can potentially give the appointment to someone else who may need it. According to the voicemail, I am calling during office hours. If your hours have changed, you should probably update your voicemail. Having access to my family doctor should not be this difficult, especially during a pandemic when our health is of utmost importance.

Injured my finger on Sunday at a baseball game, went in Monday morning to check it out, X-ray was done. Had to call later that day because I didn't receive my results and they mentioned that the doctor would like me to come in the next day - Tuesday. Went in and he informed me that it was fractured and that he would refer me to Mackenzie Health in Richmond Hill. Being the first time this had happened, I assumed I would head to the fracture clinic at the hospital and they would take care of it right away. Waited for an hour to speak to the front desk and they said that I need an appointment and the reference letter from the doctor hadn't come through - they mentioned it takes 3 days to schedule an appointment in some cases. I called the clinic today (Thursday) since I haven't heard back and the letter was never sent to the hospital. Now I continue to wait... Terrible communication from everyone in this office as a first time patient.

Very good and knowledgable doctors and nursing staff, however, receptionist needs urgent education on customer, service and policies and procedures of the clinic. Completely unethical and unprofessional receptionist, does not know the information and asks questions completely unrelated to the issue that needs to be addressed. Puts customers on hold because she’s frustrated due to lack of knowledge. Very disappointed!

TO ANYONE WHO LIVES IN VAUGHAN. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GO TO VIBRANT MEDICAL CLINIC. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. The receptionist does not give the correct information and then has an attitude. Doctors are unprofessional. I came in today and he yelled at me… even after I explained the situation. Communication is key and it there job to make sure patients are informed. Very disappointed and will never return after that nasty doctor yelled at me. The only person who is professional is Sheila the nurse. *ps.. for anyone who is unaware. There was a previous doctors who lost his license there and is currently being sued.* If you are anything like me please look for a much friendlier doctors office who actually care about everyone who walks through the door. Now they’re going to respond back saying think before commenting.. that place screams unprofessional.. they said I didn’t say thank you.. when I did.. even after that nasty doctor YELLED AT ME I said thank you on my way out. The reviews on here about how rude everyone in the clinic is absolutely true.. Trust me that place is the worst clinic I’ve ever been too. Crazy to think they work in health care.

Never go to this clinic! Especially do not make Sharma your Filmily doctor. No appointments are available, just walk in, and rude reception. Doctor Sharma does not listen to you, she is too young and has not much experience. Waiting time is up to 2 hours, and she really does not listen to you, she just follows a schema in her head and her med school knowledge, but she does not see real people with real problem. I will try to find another Family doctor as soon as possible.

The receptionist is a clown? How does she even still have a job there? All this attitude in customer service? As I called the lady put me on hold for 2 minutes then came back with attitude! Meglis and rotundo please put a stop to this it’s ridiculous! Put your staff in check! She behaves as if it’s her establishment! And her accent…. I could barley understand what she was saying

Worst receptionist i have ever seen in my life. Called to book the appointment first the receptionist picked up the call and without saying anything she directly put me on hold for 2 mins. When she came back with a very rude tone and spoke very very rude.

This walk in clinic is amazing! I have been there several times for myself and for various family members. Sometimes the wait is short, sometimes very long...depends on the season. Many of the doctors I have seen are efficient, thorough and have always been bang on in diagnosis. I’ve never felt rushed...many are also caring and willing to listen and address all concerns. This is definitely my go to place when my family doctor is away.

I can't leave zero star very rude reception and... If you can't do your job that you are getting pay for it then... I’m going to open a claim with CPSO and Canadian anti fraud.

Clean and tidy clinic, fast and good service. I come to this clinic when my doctor is here as it is not busy in this clinic but the other Doctors are great as well. Patients records are on easy access computer system. The person in reception is nice, answers all phone calls. The laboratory is next door, fast and very good service as well.

Vibrant Medical Clinic i rate as the best in Vaughan. Asma at the front desk is amazing, she is always very polite and helpful to all patients, her phone manners are excellent. Dr. Rotundo is a fantastic physician always very helpful and experienced.

I am a patient of Dr. Sharma since May 2021. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly to her patient. Each time I walk in her office she has already reviewed my case. This practice takes up extra time, but it is for the benefit of the patient. I am very happy with her service. The waiting time at the clinic Dr. Sharma works with is pretty long. This is improving during my recent visit.

Worst place to book ultrasound appointment!!! We called them on Wednesday and they booked us for 11AM on Saturday. We got their at 10:55AM and they made us wait 1H and 05 minutes. They are not experienced enough to evaluate ultrasound timing. Please DO NOT book any appointments with them.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Right from the people at the Reception to the nurses and to the Doctors, everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, they pay attention to u, are considerate and understand that u are a patient who may be tensed and worried and so take care of u in the most wonderful way. I have met Dr Akanksha Sharma and Dr Nirosan Manokaran and they are just too wonderful. I always feel that I am talking to a friend or a family member. Visit here guys ,God bless.

Every time I come to this clinic it seems like it’s not busy but then waits are from 30 mins to 1 hour and on top of the wait time they tell you they start taking patients who come in after you so really there’s no point you’re probably better off just self diagnosing because it’ll be faster and you’re probably better off with your own intuition than these “medical professionals” advice which is the one that makes them the most money.

Amazing clinic and staff. Dr. Manokharan thoroughly checked both my children and provided options for us as parents to decide. He went into detail for the diagnosis and explained the next steps. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Good doctors. Good nurses. Nice staff. Good operational flow, everything is done quite quickly. Wait times are normal at walk-in clinics so expect them, or come first before they open. Also, Dr. Manokharan is awesome

Doctors are great and well connected to the system. They know where to send you to see a specialist quickly if they feel your case is urgent and needs to be taken care of immediately. Staff are helpful and polite. The hours are the hours but I have been contacted after hours by the doctor when he should be home with his family and again its about urgency of your case. If you have a non life threatening boo boo stop you crying put a band aid on it and see them in the morning.

Great walk in clinic. Always seen in a reasonable time. The doctors and nurses are all great. I've seen different doctors throughout the week. All great

Dr.manokan is a horrible doctor and a crook. He should have his medical license taken away.

Dr. Manokharran treats you like a human being, not a number! Receptionists were very professional and accommodating.

The wait time for the walk in wasn't bad at all. All the staff including the Doctor were very professional and kind. I never felt rushed, and felt like they were doing a very thorough job. The clinic itself is new and clean. I will be going to this clinic from now on whenever I need to see a walk in Doctor.

Unprofessional staff to misinform patients and very long wait times, usually one doctor and one front desk staff. Expect to spend more than an hour.

Dr. Vitaro is great but the reception staff are rude, don't often answer the phone, and don't allow voice mail so you have to just continually call them until they pick up

Doctor was alright when i went. But the establishment itself closes whenever they want and its really dissapointing when me going during the middle of their office hours, even an hour after they open. Really unreliable place.
