🫤 Not sure why you have a receptionist? She literally watched a lineup form outside of the clinic at 2:30pm. Not sure why you have a receptionist? She literally watched a lineup form outside of the clinic at 2:30pm. I finally walked up to her to just mention that I'd like to check in and she just stared at me clueless. Someone came out from the back as I was trying to get a response from this person and told me that they weren't taking anymore patients for the day. The only thing the "receptionist" did was pull down her mask to sneeze all over her hands and her computer. Yikes!! Useless!! The clinic itself was pretty good before, bit based on reviews recently it seems like things are going downhill.

I've been going to this clinic for awhile but recently they haven't been great. I just called and was put on hold for over 10mins so I hung up. Shockingly the receptionist called me back (lied and said the connection was lost) but when she finally asked why I called she seemed very impatient and actually hung up on me! She did let me know the doctor I usually see is no longer there and then didn't want to answer any questions I had about that or my personal information. Whoever is answering the phone needs better training because that was not good customer service.

I have never been to a worst Walkin clinic before. They say they are there till 4pm. I went at 3pm and receptionist said doctor is done for the day. This happened multiple times. I also went at 1:30pm for Walkin and the receptionist said the doctor is overbooked. Why do they call themselves Walkin clinic when all they do is by appointment? Maybe doctor is good and knowledgeable but what’s the point when you can’t even get an appointment? I wouldn’t suggest anyone wasting their time to go there and never getting an appointment

Great walk-in clinic - I think I waited a total of 20 minutes granted I showed up at 11AM. Doctor was friendly and fast and knew what he was doing. A lot of the negative reviews here are from individuals who don't understand how walk-ins work. If the clinic closes at 4 and they have a line of 8 people, you will be turned away because well....the clinic closes at 4. Walk-ins operate on a first come first serve basis. Your ability to see a doctor depends on how busy the clinic is that day. It's how it works with all walk-in clinics.

Been to this clinic a couple times personally. Today spoke with one receptionist that I’ve never seen before deny my mother help because of a language barrier. Extreme prejudice against her because she didn’t speak English. I’ve spoken to the doctor telling him I’m bringing my family here because of his care but this receptionist told my mother she cannot be accepted because she can’t speak English unless a translator comes in person. I live in Durham and work long hours but even when my mother sees a specialists they let me translate over the phone but this receptionist said that is unacceptable for her. All my mother needed was a medication switch, and maybe that was too much work for this administration for her to try and help. Very upset with this lady trying to lie, when she told my mother one thing (I was on the phone)and then denying she said that trying to correct herself and blaming it on my mother for not understanding. Would give it 1 star but the entire clinic is not all bad. The other admin is very sweet and the doctor is nice.

I went to the walk- in clinic and asked about wait times. I was told they were fully booked for the afternoon. My friend called 15 min later and asked what the wait time was. She was told about an hour. What is that?

I am not a person who writing reviews ever. I don’t really want to say negative and have no time for it. But for this walk-in clinic is a must! middle aged woman with glasses at the reception was very very rude and not even helpful but couldn’t even tell how long is the wait line approximately. First of all she refused to take in my two young kids (. 2 and 3 years old)to see doctor , after my complaint she went to ask a doctor if they can give us an appointment. She directly sent us to ER?! Why?! Because you don’t want to do your job or what? One of my kids has pneumonia previously and because he is coughing again me as a mom just wanted doctor to listen him. And I’ve been referred for check up after competing medication to any walk-in clinic by physician. Okay, I even can take this, maybe because they don’t want to take a risk because he has pneumonia previously. What about my second child??? I’ve provided two health cards!! Why are you refusing my second child without seeing ?!!! I asked her why, she doesn’t have proper response. And you know what, after all this doctor said okay I’m going to see them 😂so what was the reason for the first refusal?? And she was like, do you want to wait all line here with kids? There was just a line of one person….. long story short- don’t even waste your time going to this clinic, customer service is very bad , and I think doctors competence is under the question because he is refusing taking a patients without even seeing them! The end!

Secretary (more senior one?) is plain rude. From booking my own appointment and observing how she handled others, I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.

Dr. El-Bardissi is a phenomenal doctor. My whole family goes to him and trusts his expertise. He is also a fluent French speaker. Staff speaks Russian. Such a gem!

We love this clinic! Hannah, the receptionist, is very thorough, attentive and kind. Dr. El-Bardissi is truly a skilled Dr. He is attentive to the patients needs/concerns and very detailed. He followed up with me by phone call and was very sweet with all my children. We had a great experience and decided Dr. El-Bardissi will be our family Dr. I tell everyone about this clinic.

Horrible experience, and possible medical ignorance happening at this place. Unfortunately I came to this place to do some blood work and STILL have not received any type of follow up or call back regarding the next steps; just referred to their partner clinic and still waiting on results. At this point I should have went to the hospital it would have saved me time and money.

Horrible service, doctor shows up at 1pm but they open at 9.. doesn't make sense.. the secretary's are still pushing the plandemic agenda and can't distinguish the difference between a cold/ear infection with covid

I visited to get my sick leave note. Doctors and receptionists were very mindful! 4 starts are for this place because not many waiting chairs were inside.

If you don’t book an appointment then you’ll have to wait, sometimes a lot. But it’s because a lot of people coming here for help, doctors are people too and they do best they can!For me it’s the best place! I’m glad I chose my family doctor here, people are very nice !
