Good morning I have been going to this office for over a year, I never had a problem every body makes you feel so comfortable. From the time you walk into the clinic up to the time you leave every body acknowledge you ,dr Gonzales is an awesome man he talks to you he dont talk down to you, he tells you about everything he is doing and always ask if you are comfortable. This morning I had a nurse name joji it's the first time I got her in the treatment room with dr Gonzales, she is so nice and had a lot of patience with me I love them all with Gods blessings keep up the good work you are doing .

Well. I seriously don't know why so many people wrote down so many positive reviews. Major negative things are next ones If you experience back pain and all you need and want just painkilling shot,it's right place for you then. They have all required equipment to do so. But keep it in mind it's only pain killer ,long lasting,but it doesn't fix/cure your problem at all,so it gets worse while you not feeling pain. They didn't run any tests on me,didn't looked at MRI and CT scan images at all,just relied on hospital doctors report and since doctor missed the problem,they started rescheduling me. Absolutely money-making business and no cure at all place.

I drove 7 hours after being referred to this clinic. ( After my first visit because of yhe compassion understanding bedside manner I would travel even further) five stars is not enough you don't get many doctors that take the time compassion or can speak in terms you understand I've suffered with back pain for 23 years getting worse in the last five and all other programs do not help to alleviate pain or even keep it at Bay anymore so I drove down with high hopes but deep down thinking I would be turned away with nothing that could be done. With that said, I saw Dr Gonzalez he was absolutely amazing. His bedside manner was great he's very knowledgeable very fast exam looked at X-rays and MRIs and you exactly what he wanted to do to help but spent more time explaining why I was having pain. I was not rushed he took his time and then suggested I get a blocker and the procedure was done immediately then I drove home. It's a very clean building easy to find friendly staff covered measures put into place All I can say is I went back to work 3 days after procedure and was able to come home with no pain I can now pick up things from the floor grocery shop cook food get off the couch get out of bed day daily routines people take for granted I can now do with almost zero pain is this too good to be true I hope not. I've been scheduled for a follow-up for a longer lasting procedure if this one has good results if not hopefully something else can be done but as of now the irritation of the needles is slowly going away and it's the best thing in the world to be able to bend over without second-guessing or bracing yourself or thinking how important is it to pick that off the ground I would recommend people to try this blocker first You won't go wrong by visiting this clinic if everything else has failed for chronic back pain. They have amazing friendly staff . Not everybody will get good results but told you're a good candidate don't hesitate these doctors know what they are doing I put full trust in thier knowledge and care. Again great bedside manner and explains things where you can understand

We have been coming to this clinic for at least four years. Dr. Gonzales and his staff are very kind and practice Patient Centred Care to the max!!! The office is clean, well organized and very professional. Everyone on staff is friendly, caring and very professional. I’m a retired RN and I find everything possible is done to either improve or maintain my quality of life - based on Best Practice Guidelines! I’m very happy with the treatment we receive here! I know we are able to access care as required. Thank you to you, Dr. Gonzales and to your staff!

Have been a patient of Dr Brown for more years than I can recall. Treating degenerative spinal issues he is quite knowledgeable relies on data as well as his practical experience and thoroughly explains procedures to help you make informed decisions. People must understand pain management is not a cure all, but rather enhancing your quality of life by relieving pain if possible and that’s what you can expect. The reception Staff and Doc Brown’s assistants are always fun and make treatments bearable and you can expect a meticulously clean and state of the art clinic on your visit. As mentioned expect a better quality of life and not miracles, they have all the tools and experience to keep you sane when your body just isn’t working like you wish it did. Note: This review was not requested by the staff or Dr. Brown in any way and based on personal experience.

This was my first experience at this clinic however not my first experience with Dr Pathak my neurologist. As always he did an incredible job with my cortisone epidural shot as well as my SI joints. He is funny personable and an absolute pleasure to have around even though he's poking you. Kirby was a great assistant and I look forward to meeting him again in 4 months time when I'll go back for another procedure. In regards to the facility there was ample parking which was free easy access to the building and the elevator they had everything covid friendly as far as waiting rooms and chairs and proper social distancing they've streamlined people going in one entrance and out another. The facility in and of itself is very modern very clean It was a beautiful experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Gonzalez for over 2 years now to treat my chronic back pain. From day 1, I have found the Doctor to be empathetic, and easy to talk to. He asks a lot of questions and takes the time to explain the medical issues and procedures. Everyone at the clinic are very nice and accommodating. For many years I have been trying to find the right doctor to treat my condition and I have found him i.e. Dr. Gonzalez is it!

Dr. Brown is simply the Best... You won’t find anyone better then Dr. Brown. So down to earth, so easy to talk to and explain things. After years of suffering in pain Dr. Brown has helped me tremendously. Because of Dr. Brown I was able to return to work and get back into a productive lifestyle once again. Dr. Brown treats all his patients with respect and truly cares about each and everyone of the people he treats. Dr. Brown takes his time and listens. Dr.Brown has a great staff and it’s so easy to tell they respect him and enjoy working for him. Ray and Jeffrey are always so helpful and always smiling. (they have such a great sense of humour) so easy and outgoing. Thank you Dr. Brown for all your help and your caring ways over the years. You are what every medical professional should be.... My opinion is everyone in the Medical Profession should have to go spend a week with Dr. Brown and his Staff to truly learn how to treat patients with the Respect, Dignity, Kindness and Care before they ever see a Patient of their own. I cannot say enough positive things about the treatment and staff at The Interventional Pain Specialists in Concord. I was in a lot of pain prior to being referred to Dr, Gonzalez and his team. They came up with a treatment plan that has been very successful. I have severe scoliosis and scarring around a nerve in my lower spine. The placement of the needles is difficult, and Dr, Gonzalez and his tech take the time to make sure they are exact. They also give me updates on what they are doing and when I may feel some pressure or a pinch. My treatment is every 3 months and it is always a pleasure making the trip to Concord (2 1/2 hours) because I know relief is on the way. Excellent experience!

I have seen many doctors for my pain in the past few years before seeing Dr. Gonzalez. Dr Gonzalez is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient with a sense of humor. He listened to me, he explained my symptoms not only based on MRI reports. He talked with me through the procedure and I felt relaxed during the procedure. I am so moved by his kindness and profession! He is amazing! The entire team is very courteous and kind too!

I've had back pain for years. I had given up. I'm from Northern Ontario and for the pain relief I get, I'd travel twice as far. Dr. Kim is an angel and the staff, all of them are amazing. I recommend this clinic to anyone who has pain. Don't give up...there is hope. I found it so can you.

I was skeptical that anyone would be able to do anything to help me with the numbness and pain resulting from back issues. I was referred to this clinic by my family doctor. Initially, I thought it would be a waste of my time having to travel out of town to affirm my skepticism. After meeting Dr. Brown and having him treat me, I was practically jumping for joy when I left his office with a substantial reduction in my pain. After a 2nd visit a couple months later, my pain is more than 95% gone. Dr. Brown, you are absolutely THE BEST!!! Thank you for all that you do to help people and give them hope for a pain free existence. TIPS has far exceeded my expectations, despite my skepticism and not having any expectations to begin with.

This place is amazing! It is such a laid back and welcoming atmosphere. They explain your pain to you and how they can help improve that pain with whichever treatment they recommend. They are patient and answer questions before they do anything and make sure you are comfortable with them. They also talk you thru the whole process during treatment and encourage you every step of the way. I really love how efficiently the clinic is run and how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is.

I had to request an urgent appointment due to the severity of my pain and was fortunate to get a cancelation for today. As usual, the front line staff were kind and considerate, esp Jamal and the other lady whose name I didn't get. But I recommend the clinic manager to train their receptionist in empathy and customer service skills so Tanya, when you go strutting around, understand that the people you are dealing with are in pain, anxious and often stressed. Your attitude rude and abrupt does in no way reflect the kindness and compassion shown by your colleagues.

Awesome staff very friendly. Dr.Pathek is super friendly, knowledgeable, he let's you talk and isn't dismissive. Lots of parking and free too. Close to restaurants and super large mall, and Bass pro of course

Dr G is great in person. Secretary don not allow him to take phone calls. I have to be in the hospital in Monday for chemo and asked that my appt be bumped a few hours. Next appt is Jan 30!! No one said rolling appts need to be booked that far in advanced!!

I had my third back injection, and the results are phenomenal. If you suffer from chronic back pain? I highly recommend The interventional pain specialists. Thanks Dr Kim

I have been coming here almost monthly for injections in my hips and back. The staff are courteous, professional and consistently run on time. Dr. Brown is a chill doc and he has been really awesome to deal with.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Brown for my pain for over 8 years. He has literally saved my life. Dr Brown and the whole team are professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Brown has helped me overcome my fears and when I have my procedures completed now I feel almost no pain. When I first started coming to Dr. Brown I was in a wheelchair (because of the pain) after about 9 months of treatments I have been walking ever since. Ty to the whole team at TIPS.

5 stars is not enough to express just how much Dr. Brown and the whole TIPS staff have made a difference in my life. Because of their exceptional care and compassion I have not needed my shots in a while. I actually miss seeing everyone, so that in its self should tell you just how great this team is. From the very first day and very first shot my life changed. I walked in crying the pain was so bad, also because the emotional factors I was dealing with. My husband had cancer(terminal) and I was beside myself that I could not help him because of my own pain. Thanks to Dr. Brown I got so much pain relief on that first day, when I left I was smiling and when I looked at my husband in the car he had tears in his eyes he could see the difference. I was able to look after the love of my life and make his final months special. So if you suffering, like I did for years. You really need to get your family doctor to send a referral. I have received wonderful expertise and treatments from my doctor. The staff are wonderful and caring too. I am so glad I am able to come to this office even though I live 2 hours away. The treatments have improved my pain and allowed me to take very little medication now.

I have been seeing Dr Gonzalez for a few years he is the most caring doctor you will ever have and he is very knowlegeable and he listens to you when you talk and his staff is amazing I would recommend him to anyone who needs help

The staff have always been very kind and considerate to all the patients especially the elderly & disabled.....the clinic is very laid back and all the doctors are very knowledgeable as well. Shout outs to Dr. Brown & Dr. Kim for treating me since Nov./11 for their kindness and patience 😎
