Did more than 15 treatments for one area and still have hair! Prices are cheap because the technicians don’t seem laser certified. No consultation is done to choose proper laser settings. Most technicians don’t speak english and don’t understand the proper way to use the machine. My last few appointments the technician was zapping the laser away from my skin without having contact to the skin. This causes burns and discolouration! Wasted money and lots of time and disappointed with the results.

Virtually pain free laser treatment with great results. I have been doing laser for many years and by far have had the best experience with the laser machines used at Body and Soul. Staff are professional and when they have promos running there are great discounts!

I found Body & Soul Clinic's pricing very competitive, the Vaughan location convenient with lots of free parking, and the staff super friendly and knowledgeable. I was expecting a lot of pain from the laser hair removal treatments (as was my experience many years ago with older technology), but the soprano machines used by this clinic are painless (a bit uncomfortable in the darker haired areas, but still manageable), and the sessions are efficient and fast! I highly recommend this clinic!

Came here many years ago and happily came back again for further treatments (different areas) as prices are reasonable especially when they have promotions, clean facility, very friendly staff and their machines for laser are one of the better ones out there. You will not be disappointed.

This is my first and only place that I tried laser hair removal, and I couldn’t have been happier! The staff are friendly, the treatment is pain-free after a couple of sessions (with minimal pinching the first time), and my results definitely exceeded my expectations! With promotions happening every quarterly, there will always be a package suitable for you! 100% would recommended this place to a friend!

The clinic is so convenient to go to and easy to find. I love the technicians because they are kind and professional at the same time. I never felt pressured to purchase extra packages and they offer the best rate in my opinion. Loved the free first laser session and the referral program. The first time customer packages offers get the best value!

I liked that their facility was very clean and fully staffed to help provide service in a timely manner. Only recommendation for improvement would be that the service room need to have partition between the door and table or provide towel coverings. My Technician was very good at her job but opened the door to leave the room (for me to get dressed) while I was laying on the table naked bottom down. It sure would be embarrassing if someone was walking pass the door at that very moment. Sharon was very pleasant to deal with during my initial consultation. She answered questions clearly and was not pushy to close any sales. I ended up referring 4 other family members in the same week. So far we are all satisfied.

Switched to this clinic a couple of years ago and have been going ever since. Very affordable and easy to find near vaughan mills. Only need to go for touch ups here and there!
