I chose lifemark maple based on location and reviews I read on line. It was a great choice. I went in with bad hip, quad, knee and shin pain. After two weeks I felt 50 % better. My therapist Tristan was great, he made sure I was comfortable at all times during treatment, along with simple exercises he showed to strength muscles. Today I can walk again comfortably. The staff are friendly and very courteous and highly recommend Tristan and his team. Thanks guys.

Oh my goodness, I feel so much better after every appointment.. I'm dealing with a few car accident injuries and fibromyalgia, and I've been using their care for a year now and it's been so helpful. The massage is fantastic, Rob does great deep tissue work and Henry is always looking to help relieve the pain with his physio work. The receptionists are also so helpful and patient and will answer all questions. I'm very thankful to know this place

I recently finished some treatment for an awful pain in my arm, neck, and back - which turned out to be my spine. It was an absolute pleasure coming here. I was a little apprehensive at first, I sought out help from my doctor which led to too many tests and not enough answers. After one session with Madelaine, she had diagnosed my problem and started treatment. I was in pain for weeks and could have saved myself a lot of trouble if I saw Madelaine first. She is professional, knowledgable, and answered all my many, many questions. I couldn't be happier, the pain hasn't come back and I have a strategy to deal with it going forward. I had Henry and James for 32 sessions following a shoulder injury, turning into a frozen shoulder. They were both wonderful to work with giving me lots of help and encouragement with the various exercises. All of the other staff there as well are very friendly ... seems like a nice place to work! My Physio was part of a package when I had a complete hip replacement (my second). I found the staff to be very responsive and answered all of my questions. They made good recommendations for additional stretches and exercises for a few other secondary muscle issues that cropped up. They didn't just stick to the "script" but looked at the whole picture. I was referred to Lifemark by my Hospital for knee replacement rehab and I'm glad they did. I had an excellent experience with the team. From the beginning of the program I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. During my 6 week post op program James took me through a series of rehab exercises that increased my knee mobility and strength. I was referred to Lifemark, Maple from the hospital for a six week rehab after a total knee replacement. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and accommodating. My therapist James, was also very friendly, always on time and was very knowledgeable regarding knee replacement therapy and the exercise program for me to follow to ensure a speedy recovery. James has a good disposition which made going through the exercises easier. I would recommend Lifemark-Maple, ask for James!

After having a knee replacement I received my PT with James. He was knowledgeable and caring. He also addressed some concerns I had with regards to issues I was having with my other knee. He adjusted my exercises so as not to cause more damage. I suspect I will need the other knee replaced down the road and would not hesitate to return to have my PT here again! Additionally all the staff were warm and welcoming at each visit.

Excellent experience with the team at Lifemark Maple. Tristan and James provided tremendous support for my injury and helped me understand many of the aggravating factors I was unaware of before my treatment. They patiently explained an appropriate treatment and exercise program to meet my needs and were able to answer all my questions. After visiting several other local physiotherapist clinics for the same injury, I put Lifemark well above all others.

I recommend all the staff at Lifemark Maple. Henry and Tristan are excellent physiotherapists. Natasha and James provide excellent support to me doing my rehab exercises. Alex and Sarah arrange my schedule so everything runs smoothly. You receive a printed and or online plan for all your exercises. Scheduling is easy, you get printouts of your schedule and can make changes easily using the phone or email.

The integral care that l have been receiving at Lifemark Maple is outstanding! After my MVA l required intensive physiotherapy. I was overwhelmed! From the moment I entered Lifemark Maple l was so impressed with the friendly and extremely professional staff. Alex and Sarah accommodated my schedule and explained all the paper work thoroughly. My Physiotherapist Tristan is so knowledgeable and takes the time to tell me what to expect during my treatment. Tristan uses different types of therapy to achieve great results. James my Kinesiologist is very through in the variations of exercises and modifies if l feel any discomfort. James will always find an exercise that is effective and challenging. Rob’s priority is my comfort level and always provides me with great relief from muscle tension. The gym and rooms are clean and orderly after every session. Such a great physiotherapy place. I've been coming for a couple of months for physio and massage on my ankle after a surgery. Excellent professional staff all around from the front desk to all the therapists. They gave me great exercises to improve my rehab and I've noticed tremendous improvement. Billing is also taking care of really well. Highly recommend life mark.

My mom had her treatment sessions with Yasaman, she is knowledgeable and professional. She explained all the process to us in detail and what we should expect from our sessions. My mom felt much better after her treatment sessions. Furthermore, Yasaman has great sense of humor, she brings lots of fun into treatment sessions. :-) I would strongly recommend her and Lifemark physiotherapy in Maple.

I'm glad I chose Lifemark clinic, and Madeleine for my physio therapy needs. Madeleine  is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The first  assessment was very thorough, she took the time to understand my pain issues, and recommended a clear treatment plan for different parts of my arm. I took my mom to this clinic after her total knee replacement, the staf were amasing, so polite and helpfull. My mom specificly worked with Yasaman and Josh, both of them were very nice to her and professional, they exactly know how push the client and where to stop. Both are very pacient with client and mindfull of the exercises that they suggest. I recommended this clinic to my friend's mom as well.

My father had a shoulder pain from a tear, all lifemark team was very nice specially Yasaman; as his trainer she was kind, showed alot of patience and will to help and clarify. I had taken my mom for physiotherapy at Lifemark Physiotherapy in Maple, Ontario. I had a referral from my Mom's family Doc and chose this location for treatment as the reviews were excellent and it was close to home . Everyone at the clinic was very nice .The majority of my Moms treatments were by Joshua. I have to say he was super nice, thorough and knowledgeable. He adapted exercises for Mom when needed and gave helpful tips to help her manage her pain. After 6 sessions, she has shown improvement and will continue her exercises at home . Thank you Joshua ! And thank you to Lifemark for helping especially the Senior population. Not many places offer Ohip covered physio. There is a great need. I am a health care professional too and really observed care and kindness in all the staff.

After my car accident I decided to get my treatment at this place because of their flexible hours during Covid-19. My physiotherapist, Henry Tan was incredibly friendly and considerate. Henry was patient and supportive as he showed me different exercises to improve my condition with the more difficult exercises being demonstrated in the later stages of the recovery program. Henry is someone who is pleasant to talk to and always explains what the exercises are for, what it targets, and gives you different variations of the exercise in case you find it too difficult to do. The staffs, from receptionist to massage therapist are very friendly and tries to know you on a first name basis. This place offers many different types of therapy and services which makes it convenient for clients. I highly recommend checking this place out if you have any need for a therapy.
