I recently visited R3 physiotherapy and wellness for a message appointment. I had alot of tension and stiffness in my neck, upper and lower back area. Robert was the person who took care of me. I must say he did an excellent job. He was very friendly from the beginning. Also very easy on the muscles and very professional. I felt so much better the following day. I was experiencing tightness in my upper back, right arm/hand and currently struggling with plantiers facilities. I had a very pleasant experience with Florence that gave me a deep tissue massage! One of the best physiotherapy clinic I have ever visited. Rob is professional, and provides excellent service and massage always on time. As well as physiotherapists Priya and Henry and Jessica massage therapist, all the front staff are very organized and friendly.

I recommend any professional to visit here. They provide great services. Kevin was my therapist and he used methods massaging me that no other masseuse I've worked with and have done. His techniques are highly effective. I first came there with every week feeling migraines because of the profession I do. Kevin has help loosen up my muscles from my upper back, shoulders as well as my chest and my armpit areas. These migraines have finally been very low or gone now. You will enjoy getting a great massage by him because his techniques really are worth it. Thank you Kevin for your excellent work and professionalism.

I showed up on time to my appointment on a snow day and your specialist didn’t even show up, and I didn’t even get a phone call or text or email from anyone about a cancellation. When it works the other side the customer has to pay a penalty of 40 dollars, then why all I got was “sorry about that”. You lost a customer forever for wasting my precious time and all the arrangements I had to do to go to your place. No, thanks. Pass it to someone else.

I had the absolute pleasure of being massaged by Clarissa Aves and it was one of the most amazing massages I have ever had. First off, the ambiance of the room was calm and peaceful, which immediately put me at ease. Clarissa took the time to get to know me and my problem areas before we even began, so I knew I was in great hands from the start. Clarissa's technique is nothing short of incredible. She was able to target all of my tense muscles and knots and worked them out with just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I also appreciated how thoughtful and attentive Clarissa was throughout the entire session. She constantly checked in with me to make sure the pressure was okay and adjusted accordingly. Overall, I can't recommend Clarissa enough. From her top-notch technique to her kind and caring demeanor, she truly is one of the best masseuses out there. Went to R3 for ongoing shoulder pain and had RMT treatments done by Robert. He actually listened to the issues and spent the entire session addressing the areas of concern. There was immediate relief and I left my first session feeling light in my shoulder. Booked a 2nd session and told him I wanted more pressure than previous session. Again Robert listened and provided very deep massage in area of concern for the entire length of treatment. I had relief from all pain in my shoulder for almost 4 days! Session # 3 was more of the same and I can honestly say there is no one else I will ever go to for RMT services. Robert is professional, gets to the root of the problem, is attentive and very personable. Thank you soo much for helping me! Looking forward to our next appointment 🙂

If you want any pain to go away Alan is a must see!! Even if its just for consistency Alan, Rob and Kevin are great with that. They treat my whole extended family and not one has a complaint.

Had such a great experience at R3 yesterday. Brought my son to an appointment for osteo and physio. During the appointment time I had some time to kill. The RMT had availability while I was waiting, so I decided to get a quick massage focusing on my back. Let’s just say I’ve now found my new favourite RMT. She was absolutely amazing and I was sad it was so short, but this time planned ahead for longer appointments in the future. After my son came out of his appointments, he too was also very impressed. We now both have appointments for osteopathy, physiotherapy and massage therapy moving forward. It’s an amazing clinic where you can get multiple treatments, direct billing (depending on insurance company) and amazing service. So happy to find this place because of my sons sports team.

Had a massage with Rob and it was fantastic. He has great techniques, and he really listens to your concerns and addresses them during the treatment. The clinic space is very well done and clean. I felt very safe there, especially during the pandemic. I also really enjoyed their sheets. It's something small, but they were the most comfortable, thick, high quality sheets I've ever experienced during a massage; not the thin, almost shear/see through kinds. Their front staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Super happy with the massage I received - I requested more treatment based work and Robert incorporated different modalities and techniques like physiotherapy, used a graston on my problem areas - You really get the best of both worlds. I have been going to see Rob since he was a student! He is the best massage therapist/physio you'll find. Every time I go in he knows exactly what's wrong and how to fix it, I leave feeling incredible. R3 physiotherapy is amazing. I was recommended here by a friend due to their professionalism and being a top tier clinic. After my car accident I was in extreme amount of pain that I could not express. Kevin made me feel extremely validated by acknowledging where my pain were and I just helping me get through it with physiotherapy, lots of communication and stretches showed by him. Rob and Pri are also extremely professional, and very sweet. The receptionist are both extremely sweet and understanding when it comes to rescheduling or booking a time earlier for my physio.
