I have not even been at the clinic yet but I already have a complaint. I talked to the secretary to set up a appointment. Firstly, I asked her where exactly they were located, out of curiosity, and right away she cut me off saying that I am not coming in. I realize that it is a virtual appointment but there was no need to be rude. Secondly, I asked her about the email I had just received and was asking questions about it. She told me not to talk over her and to let her explain. She was rude and curt. I hope the doctors have a little more patience and better bed side manner then the staff they hire. WOW! Absolutely the worst run business/clinic! After I complained about the rudeness from the secretary on the phone, I got a call from the manager. She told me that she read my review and I told her that her secretary was rude to me. The manager tells me that my appointment is cancelled and to find a new doctor. What kind of sham are you "Dr's" running here. Absolute worst customer service ever. Instead of talking to your future patients and hearing what they have to say, you cancel on them. What a joke! If I were you, I would find a new clinic. I hope these doctors know that they are not the only dermatologists in the GTA. After I posted my first review, I read a few others and clearly I am not the only one who has a problem with the front staff. Hire new people!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The receptionist at this clinic is absolutely horrendous. I am utterly shocked and extremely disappointed. I had an appointment with Dr Tran for my son and needed a requisition prior to the appointment. I did not receive the email with the requisition. The receptionist would not resend me the email, for some reason. She did not explain why. She also referred to it over and over as a “blood requisition”. Which it was not. She was rude and overbearing and would not listen to me for one moment. I have never left a negative review in my life but I am so shocked and appalled. I wanted to speak to the doctor, the clinic manager, anyone just to get my requisition and move on with the appointment but the receptionist refused to talk to anyone else and told me to go to a different doctor. Wow. I simply have no words.

The experience I had at this clinic was outright comical. I wish Dr. Papneja would be cognizant of the fact that individuals can wait up to 6 months for an appointment, and perhaps answering a few questions wouldn’t be too much trouble? I’m not asking cosmetic questions, but questions that would genuinely help my quality of life. Instead, I was rushed out of the room in less than 3 minutes. A blatant disregard for my concerns, I left feeling like I was a bother for coming in. Even having the audacity to tell me to rebook an appointment so that’d she be able to answer those questions if and only they pertained to the reason for visit. With all due respect Anjali, if you don’t care for people and their well-being, maybe this is the wrong profession for you.

I wish I could give zero stars. They dont send the results to family doctors. I called in to ask if I can have my own personal results sent to me or if i can pick them up with proof of ID. They said they dont have authority and I have to wait for a manager to allow it. I asked when the manager is working next, and the response was "We don't know". How does a medical office not know when a manager is coming in? How can they allow this. What a terrible place. DO NOT come here for your medical needs. The secretary representing this clinic is terrible.

Dr Anjali prescribed a generic skin medicine within minutes of speaking to me; she was basically saying, if you have any kind of acne or scaring its this. My skin is sensitive and this gave me a rash or burn on my chest, an enormous rash or burn that hasn't subsided for about 10 days. I called in for an appointment and they offered me mid December, 5 weeks out at the earliest. I tried to explain that if they can't guarantee me this isn't going to get worse or scar than i cant wait that long but reception insistent the Doctors don't cover for each other. I got pretty angry about the entire experience but I can tell this happens a lot because they really couldn't care less. In summary my experience with this clinic was a prescription without a face to face visit or any real qualifying questions, a painful side effect I need to seek treatment for on my own, and zero follow through from the clinic. I will avoid this doctor and this clinic at all cost.

The doctor was quite rude and dismissive despite smiling at the same time. The information on the handout she gave to me directly contradicted what she was telling me. I felt rushed and not listened to. I think this is the worst experience with a doctor I've ever had. I called the secretary back to ask if the other doctors at this clinic had the same opinion. She said they did so I didn't bother to consult the other derms here. I eventually got proper treatment from a different dermatology clinic and improved my condition. I strongly recommend against this coming to this clinic.

I've been to this clinic multiple times to see one of the dermatologist on site (who seems to change every year). By far Dr. Anjali Papneja was the worst of the three dermatologists I've seen at this location (both previous ones left the location) and I will not be returning. First, she went to see another patient during my appointment and kept me waiting (apparently it takes almost 15 minutes to remove one item of my clothing), my procedure felt rushed, and she seemed extremely inconvenienced to refill my prescription from the previous dermatologist (which she refilled WRONG) even though I just paid her hundreds of dollars to perform a procedure. If you were sent here by your family doctor I would strongly recommend that you get referred somewhere else. The receptionist also refused to print out my referral script for me in order to make submitting to insurance easier (they have printed this for me three times in the past no issues). Overall, my past experiences have been alright, but if you're looking for a good dermatologist I'd steer clear of this place.

Money grab. Wanted $450 to cut of my mole that’s bothering my everyday life. Charged my mother $200 for the same mole.

my son had a appointment. the same day the secretary called me to tell me to fill out a covid form. that day I had flu, so I called back and told her ,that I were with flu, so she said. we're going to have to cancel the appointment. I told her,pls can you reschedule for an other day and she said no, because I canceling the same day. So I told her that I can go because is only flu, it's not covid, and she said no. This are the rules of the clinic. I can't give you another app. That secretary was very rude and no manner at all.

Dr. Anh Tran, family physician has been my family doctor since the office opened. She is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met in my life. I never have to wait more than 15 min to see her. During the pandemic, I got a very bad Covid, although I could not come to the office to see her, she called and monitored me daily until I recovered. That is one of the many things she has done for me. I have friends and family who also have Dr. Tran as their family doctor, they all told me how caring she is.

Truly, I've no idea how people have rated this clinic. What criteria have they used? It's almost as if I visited another clinic altogether. My experience with booking my appointment and the appointment itself was nothing but positive! The staff greeted me upon my arrival and showed me to an examination room and then Dr. Tran gave me a thorough examination and performed a biopsy. I had a followup phone booked with her for later this month, but she actually called me two weeks early with the results and was incredibly pleasant and reassuring. I'm very appreciative for the level of care and professionalism shown to me. Thank you to all the T&T Medical Clinic staff, especially the lovely Dr. Tran.

I am not one to usually post but I am shocked this place does not have a five star rating. The receptionist is amazing, always very pleasant to talk to and actually calls you back right away. Dr. Kim Tran is professionalism personified, even with a virtual visit you can tell she really cares. She really took her time to talk to me about my baby's eczema and really put all my fears to rest, I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

I was very impressed with Dr. Anjali Papneja and T & T Medical Clinic. She was extremely kind and thorough with my case. After going to 2 other dermatologists and not finding an answer, she was able to quickly and accurately diagnose me. She spent time going over the treatment plan and made sure I was fully comfortable with things. More than anything, I appreciated her genuine concern in hearing my issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Anjali Papneja. Thank you!

In dealing with T&T Medical Clinic, I would have to give them a 5 star. I found Dr. Lam and the staff to be professional, caring and helpful! Dr. Lam is lovely, genuine and caring. My son had some weird moles. My wife was scared to come see doctors cause of covid. The clinic was clean. Doctor saw him on time, no crowded waiting room. Dr. Tran was kind to my boy. We have another appointment to check again. He was so scared coming in but left with stickers and smiles. Thank you for caring during this tough time!

Dr. Tran is very kind and welcoming. She can be passive about things sometimes (she dismissed marks I had for years and it actually turned out to be something) but generally she's is very helpful. She is very knowledgable and supportive. However, the receptionist there are extremely rude! I have told them numerous times that based on the nature of my job, I could not come at certain times and all they did was repeat to me "I have nothing at that time, sorry, we can put you on the waitlist." This was prior to covid, where they would not give me a later time or just repeat the same thing over and over again, being so rude, and not helping me at all. Recently, I needed something removed bc I was told it looks concerning and due to treatment I am going through I need to do it before I start treatment. Even Dr. Tran said to come in right away and I have told the receptionist over and over again for the over a week and they still won't give me an appointment. I don't understand how a doctor tells me one thing and the receptionist tells me another. They are so rude. I see so many review about how rude they are and I 100% agree. When patients need something serious done, listen to the doctor and patient and don't be so rude and inconsiderate.

Gave me the wrong diagnosis after looking at my skin for less than a second. I can't remember the name of the doctor but she had already walked into the room with a paper telling me what this rash was before ever looking at it and this was my first time meeting her. This rash that she stated cant be controlled by diet is now gone by applying some rose water to it daily, with the help of my naturopath and maintaining a clean diet. I dont recommend this clinic and I highly recommend getting a naturopath.

Dr. Tram is fantastic! Funny given we haven't met her but she did monthly calls and cleared my son's skin. It has changed his feeling on going back to school in person.

Had virtual appointment with Dr. Tran for my son. Waited over a month for the appointment. Day of appointment she called and left me a voice-mail..my phone never rang btw. Saying it's our 1130 time and she can't get a hold of me. Please call clinic to reschedule...its private number and no call back number provided. Tried calling back the office and it's closed due to it being a Saturday. Can't even call back...me and my son were waiting by the phone. Due to a tech issue of phone not ringing we get penalized as we can't call her back with no callback number. Complete terrible service. Would not recommend this place at all. What a terrible experience.

Tried to go back for a checkup & was told that I had “2 no shows” therefore they could not book me an appointment.. was never called or advised about these “2 appointments” I missed. Ridiculous.

I have been going to this clinic for approximately 10 years now. The staff are lovely and Dr. Tran is always helpful. The environment is always kept clean and neat. I always leave feeling reassured.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Tran for over 10 years. Her and Hannah are a dream team. She has always gone above and beyond for us.

NOONE should ever go to this clinic. After reading the reviews here which I should have had done prior! The doctors of this clinic should really reevaluate their secretary that represents them. She is a detriment to your clinic. There are no words that can adequately describe her and her non existent abilities to interact with patients pleasantly and with empathy. Listening & communication skills are non existent, not to mention down right rude. Doctors please take these reviews seriously. Secretary must go

I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times. Each time I gave plenty of notice (3 weeks notice for rescheduling). The last time I had an all day work event which prevented me from attending. I was told my appointment could not be rescheduled because they don’t reschedule after 3 times. I think 3 weeks notice is plenty of time for rescheduling and I’m not impressed that they make rules without considering people’s work situation or how much time is given in advance for rescheduling.
