Heintzman Trail

👍 This is a trail in the residential area between houses. It is along a creek and a couple ponds. It was after a snow and a frenzing rain, it was icy. The trail is short, out and back is about 4km. It was around freezing point, was a little chilly, the walk was enjoyable. People often mention trail,

This trial is great for a good walk. But if you're riding a bike watch the road because there's places that can be tricky.

I like this trail. There's no parking per se but there is street parking nearby. The trail is an out and back. Half of it is fully covered with trees and during fall the ground is covered with felled leaves. Half of it is paved and a quarter of it are adjacent to residential houses. I went here on October 12 and the foliage has partly changed to fall colours already. I recommend this trail.

A lovely trail nestled in the middle of Thornhill Woods. A very calm and relaxing nature walk awaits you. Mostly paved but at some point you can go into the bush too. There are a number of entrances from the street with free street parking available.

An easy trail for walking and hiking with couple big and small ponds along the way. There's a side trail inside the woods which is very beautiful for taking pictures in the Fall.

Love this place. Visited both during the winter and fall seasons. The place looks completely different but still wonderful. This is a quiet gem to hide from city noise.

No parking. Barely 3 km. Not really a hiking trail more like a small park in a nice neighborhood
