We were loyal customers at this place but since the government allow to re-open again, she changed our group schedule for her own benefit. We are all from different areas to come to her badminton field and all of a sudden she just keeps delaying our group to play. We don’t have the time to come and wait for 1hour or even 30mins even though we already booked the court. P/s: this place doesn’t have regular price. Owner changes fees all up to how she sees which person/group.

It WAS a very friendly badminton court we were enjoying. We WERE coming every week, regularly for more than a year until the owner changed the policy. When the government limited capacity indoor in pandemic, we could not use entry pass (which paid cash in advance), because policy changed. It’s so ridiculous. If they don’t have available court at the time we’re booking, just let us know the truth, so we can’t decide whether or not we should look for other place. Instead, she told us to come there, then announced that we had to wait 30 mins or an hour because the booking on system just disappeared, and she overbooked, or she forgot that court finished later than expected. Does it make sense at all? If it happened once in a while, it’s okay, but it continued every time we went there. It’s unacceptable. I understand everyone has their own sake to consider their own benefits, but treating a group of loyal members this way. Sorry! Couldn’t accept the abuse.

My daughter is learning here and she is developing great skill and fitness. Would definitely recommend them

This is the first time I joined this club, and I have to say I'm impressed. The management is extremely friendly, and also I enjoy the online booking system. Courts are well maintained, availability is excellent, and the membership cost is very reasonable. Definitely a must-try!

This is a very friendly place for badminton lovers. One of the owner was once a member in the Chinese national badminton team. He coaches himself, and knows very well about how to train badminton players. The club is not only providing training camps for the kids, it also provides training classes for adults on weekday nights and weekend. The club has a very nice café area which can easily fits ~20 people for taking a rest. The club is well maintained. The shoes changing area is outside the main entrance which keeps the café area and the courts clean. Additionally, you can take a shower in the washroom!

Don’t by a prepaid card , you will never be able to use it, because of ‘policy’ which they won’t tell you when persuading you to buy, can’t transfer , can’t invite friends, totally waste.

Best badminton court ever! Great and professional environment, friendly staff. Couch Ouyang is so nice! Highly recommend this place for all who have passions of badminton.

I reserved a badminton court on the CANADA ELITE BADMINTON & SPORTS website. Everything was smooth but then I needed to cancel my reservation. The website states that a full refund would be given with 24 hours notice but when I called to get the refund, the lady said that she is going to charge me a $2 transaction fee. Or she said i have to come in person to get a full refund. This obviously makes no sense whatsoever. The lady was very rude and had horrible customer service skills. She even hung up on me and blocked my number when I tried calling back. Needless to say, she did not refund me anything at all. So I have disputed the charge with Amex.

It took a bit of time to figure out the schedule for private and group classes. Email was the way to go, and nobody was available to chat on the phone when I had questions. But after we got the classes sorted, everything went well. Danny is my daughter’s coach, and I have to say, he’s one of the best!

I never met such bad attitude lady. We always come to this club to play badminton but first time to met this lady at front desk. Never come again :( I have no idea why google didn't have a reaponse function. I didn't know why all the blames are on us because we do have badminton shoes for all of us, but now I see the bad attitude is all because other customers' fault）

The courts and other factors were good, but boy is it humid in there. A/C? Nah, you came to the wrong place. Ventilation? Nah, we dont do that here. On the flip side, if you wanna lose water weight, you can come here and achieve it through excessive sweating!

Excellent venue overall. New n very clean. During Covid, Has often been and now the only badmntn venue that offers drop-in badminton.

this place has a strict shoe policy and kc rh doesnt, yet elite has worse courts than they do. coach dayvon is a massive W though, so thats ok.

Great indoor facility where my friends and I whiled away a lot of our time through the winters. Shoe rentals make it even better. The receptionist is a welcoming, friendly and helpful!

I have taken the time to sit on this review for one whole week, so my anger is not fully reflected. DISCLAIMER, when I wrote this review a week ago, it much more hostile. Through the kindness of my heart, I have decided to reduce the complaints. I woke up today thinking my experience at Canada Elite Badminton & Sports would live up to the name of “elite”, however I was utterly disappointed. Upon entering the building I as shocked by how unorganized it was with shoes everywhere. As I forgot my court shoes, I was unable to enter the facilities even though my shoes were visibly clean and suitable for the environment. As a solution, one of the workers, opened his hand and asked for 5 whole buckaroos just to use some of their dingy shoes. The worker was also rude and rushed us to our court. With already a bad first impression, we started playing with our rented shoes thinking that it could not get worse. Right away, I did not like this facility. The place had floors that were very slippery and a safety hazard to customers. The lighting made me feel tired with a yellowish tone. In addition to their unimpressive facilities, the community and other players were not the nicest. We ended our time right at the 2 hour mark. As we were packing up, an older couple moved into our court, and started playing. We had no problem with this until they started being disrespectful. My foot and bag was slightly on the line and with a hostile voice they started complaining. Like realistically, you are not in the olympics! All in all, the experience was at utmost terrible from start to finish. The only positive part of it was that I was with my friends. It is not worth the price of 65 dollars for only 2 hours of playing time. And if you forget your shoes, bring an extra 5! DO NOT go here, spend the time and drive an extra couple minutes to another place but here. Thank you.

I like the training here, I improved a lot since I have been coming here. I like the system too, they have drop in which is good if your playing with friends and court rental is really fun if your playing professionally. I love coming to Elite to play with friends and the training is great!
