Great store. At least my family of girls loved it! I enjoyed browsing the kitchen section the most and the rest of my family was shopping like it was going out of style throughout the store. I know they like it because they not only purchased a few items but was patiently waiting an eternity to pay for the items. Lots of selection of various merchandise throughout the store. I must admit your must have to know your prices to know if you are actually getting a deal for some items. Clothes seem to be the biggest deal as they naturally have a high mark-up to begin with. Appliances and electronics are definitely not worth it here. Food items are strategically placed as impulse items along check-out line. All in all, it was a great way to waste 30 or so minutes shopping in one store.

Lack the support of staff who can help you find for sizes other than that just regular winners outlets. Very bz during holiday. Check out lines are super long, but they have many registers that are open

Big juicy couture fan right here!!! This winners actually sells juicy couture items here which I love. They also have nice black flared pants!!! I purchased the hot pink juicy couture bag and the black flared pants! But I found the 4 mini coach perfume set here! Maybe I’ll get that next time.

November 2021 3★ Located inside Vaughan Mills shopping mall, this Winners & Homesense location is fairly big given it's inside a mall. With access from both inside and outside, this location offers lots of parking. Typically quite busy. Aisles are fairly clean, prices are ok, but still relatively expensive unless it's in clearance. Lots of selections of discounted goods from clothing, toys, bedding and even seasonal products.

This location is one of the few locations I frequent in my rotation to find stunning unique home decor. They always have a marvellous selection of home goods and I must say I always find a fabulous chair whenever I visit! My reason for four stars is I must warn fellow Winners/HomeSense shoppers about the Vaughan Mills Crowds! The crowds can be truly ridiculous and sometimes stress me out that I cannot even enjoy shopping for chairs! I recommend coming on a weekday because on weekends the crowds are much too large and the lines are much too long! -Nina Lynne J.

One of the better HomeSense/Winners combo in the the city. Good selection of home decor and furniture. They also have a wicked selection of carpets, managed to find two at this location for the dining and living room. Organized well, easy to navigate through the aisles, and typically stocked.

Very nice interior and good selection of products. I liked specifically the shoe part of the store and the Halloween shelves, so many different range of stuff for having fun during Halloween.

Best place to buy home stuff. I always come back. Good prices as well.

It’s a big Winners !!! There’s a lot of stock compare with a smaller Winners. There’s a section for high end clothes. As usual more stock for women’s than men. Great jewelry section variety of watch for everyone.

One of the largest selections! There's a lot to see and pick through and this location has a lot of great pieces here. Their store isn't too messy - of course by the end of the day it would be due to the volume of people that come into the store, otherwise it's pretty clean! Carts are always stocked at the front and the line moves at a reasonable rate.

Great store, a lot of items to choose from. However, today wasn't impressed at all. The line was long to begin with. The cashier was moving very slow and didn't seem interested at all scanning my items. Did not ask for my TJX card. Upon leaving the store, I noticed the security tag on my quilt had to go back for them to take it off. Only to come back again because the other items also had security tags. Pay attention...

I was there at the winner to return my winter jacket because it was heavy, the manager at the front desk, the lady in the grey tshirt was so humble and made the process smooth for me. Thank you to her and appreciate her and the team for their support.

Really good place to shop. They were extremely busy and the checkout line literally seemed to have no end! We didn't buy anything because we didn't have time to wait to check out.

Everytime I walk in to get a gift for loved ones or to see something good and unique, it never disappoints. The store is huge with an entrance from inside the mall and the other from the outside parking lot. They made sure to maintain count of people coming in. It helps a lot when both stores are under same roof. The checkout queue seemed too long but it was handled and done pretty quickly even though some checkout counters were closed. Wish they had those open as well to make it much quicker.

I frequently shop at this Winners and my experience has always been pleasant. However, I went shopping here tonight and the customer service was terrible. Not only were all of the associates gossiping and laughing behind cash, but when I went to checkout, the cashier I had seemed completely bored out of her mind and unhappy. She couldn’t even look up from behind the cash to notice that the machine wasn't working properly even though I had told her 3 separate TIMES!! And in the time that I was trying to tap and insert my card on the clearly frozen, malfunctioning screen, she kept on talking to her coworkers and ignoring me!!! So disrespectful and incredibly rude. I understand that it's close to closing and people want to leave ASAP but it's never okay to treat customers this way, if you're that unhappy, maybe don't work in customer service.

There's always a line up but they're always fast and efficient you find a lot of great items if you spend time looking.

Fast friendly checkout amazing deals to find but the help lacks

This store gets "5☆," not because of the fact that I was ridiculously overcharged for two items during the cash out process, but rather because of an incredible manegerial comeback to rectify a common trainee mistake. While the manager was down on the customer satisfaction score board. Her genuine customer service, de-escaltion strategy, resilience, attentiveness and communication shined. Resulting in some serious points in my score book. Thank you for such an amazing attitude and pleasant aura when dealing with customers. I wish I knew your name, but you know who you are. Keep up the good work!

Super huge location. Lots of the usual home decor and clothing items you find in all Winners Home Sense locations. Big lineups for checkout lost a star and my business as I won’t stand in a long lineup to make a purchase. Seemed like stock was low in a lot of the areas as shelves were bare or sparse.

Went to exchange some Christmas clothing that I had bought. The sales associate very pleased i had receipt for each item to make smooth transition. Both parties 😊

This store is massive!!! Shelves were well stocked and organized. Long check out line but moved quickly. Huge selection of shoes and clothes.

Found what I was looking for and was able to park no problem on a busy Saturday. Checking out of Winner's was a completely different story. The lineup was ridiculously long, even compared to usual. PLEASE hire more cashiers!

Probably the best winners or home sense in whole GTA, really nice and wide range of collections. Easily accessible from parking lot or in through mall.

Place was nice and clean. There was a bit of waiting in the line for check out. Sees that that didn't have enough cashiers scheduled for that busy time of the day. That would be the only remark or issue the store could work on and get addressed.

WORST EXPERIENCE!! On Friday I bought a pair of loafers from the Vaughan Mills location. I wore them for the first time on Sunday to an event inside, and the sole of the shoes crumbled and started to break off. I went to return the shoes on Tuesday to get my money back but was told that the description on the price code did not match the shoe. One of the managers Alanda then started to question me as if I was scamming them. I had the receipt with me to confirm but was being told that I was lying. The manager told me that she didn’t believe I wore them once as she continued to question me. I told her to look back a the cameras to see that I clearly was not scamming them and that I actually bought the shoes. If the shoe does not match with the barcode description or is clearly not okay to be sold, then this should be something quality control should be keeping in check. I shouldn’t have been accused or have been sold shoes that have this many problems. I am very disappointed and will be going back to speak with the store manager. Something has to be done because this is unacceptable. This has nothing to do with getting my $50 back anymore, it now about the principle. I AM VERY UPSET. Terrible management, and quality/item control.

There is a huge selection of unique branded wear, but you have to patiently look through to get the right size. Fitting rooms are available. Huge line for check out even on weekdays.

I was looking for a specific item, and had driven to multiple locations without any luck. I decided to call around to avoid driving. I called this location and they rudely interrupted me saying to call back on Monday as they don't do item checks on Saturday. Another option to come to the store myself. I live over an hour away, why would someone have to waste time and gas when it literally takes a minute to check? Very disappointed with the customer service. If the item was in stock, you just lost a sale (large sale at that).

This is one of the bigger Winners/HomeSense locations around so there's a decent selection of items to be found. Around the holiday season (even pre-covid), they have issues with making sure enough cash registers are open. The lineup to cash out is always ridiculously long (have seen it wrapped around to the snack section). You can never find a staff member around the floor area when you need to. This is the only location that doesn't improve their customer service year after year. Some sections are rather bare (like kitchen) and some sections are bursting (clothing). Can be hit or miss sometimes.

This location was swarming with shoppers on the spring Saturday when we visited, and the cashier lineup was about 60 m long. Overall it was a good experience because the store seemed fairly tidy and the lineup only took about 10 minutes. We also found some perfect shoes for a special outfit.

I went to Vaughan Mills 2 weeks ago and the line to pay was super long, they are very understaffed especially when it comes to front line. We came up to one of the registers to return a pot, and it took them 20 minutes to return one thing. The pot had a label on it along with a gift receipt. It should not take them this long to return one thing.
