The cashier at the store is soooooo rude! I brought 2 t-shirt for &55, she overcharged $14! When I went back to fix the problem she immediately corrected it, seems she has already known that. During the refund process, I tried to tap my card on the machine like what I did in other stores, she said rudely “did you hear me? It will automatically refund.” I really like this store, hopefully the company can give more training on customer service.

Good deals on jackets but almost no collections for office wear for men

Busy and not clean. Needs more staffing. Especially on black Friday and boxing week. People try to get them undies and boxers. The dress shirts are nice too.

Rude and unprofessional staff! I had the worst experience at this store. I went in to exchange a garment and the cashier was just so rude. Even without listening to what I wanted to do, she said it wasn't possible to exchange because the tags were removed. However, the store policy is that a refund cannot be issued if the tags were removed. I had to take off the tags, later realized it was the wrong size so I brought the tags along with me for the exchange. Then the cashier was trying to school me about how exchanges work and the way she was judging me just because I am Indian. That's absolutely racist. Then she called another cashier who looked at the garment and said “oh we can't issue the refund but can exchange it!” THAT's WHAT I WANTED TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE! AN EXCHANGE! HORRIBLE! She could've been a bit more kind and let me know that the tags need to be in place, or we can do the exchange. And the worst part is once the exchange was done, she literally chucked the shopping bag at me without handing it to me! Like she’s doing me a favour by exchanging a garment that wasn’t my size 😂

Maybe just my experience but this store is a scam. Meanwhile other CK outlets and their online store offer discounts this place sells them for full price. Staff are not helpful at all and need to recap their customer service skills

Very disappointed in yesterdays customer service. Not the 1st time this has happened at this store. Found a pair of jeans but not in my size. When asked for support was told my size was not available, even though no effort was made to look. Purchased smaller size but when I tried it on at home it was not comfortable. Returned today and with no effort at all new sales person quickly found size in store. No clothing shipment was received overnight. Love the store, love the clothes and most of the staff are excellent. Giving it 2 stars based on 2nd poor customer service experience.

I came in to Calvin Klein last week. The clothes were not properly arranged on the racks. The lines were very long. it is clear the store was extremely understaffed. For a storage in such a significant mall I would expect better organization. The store has good stock on inventory but the disorganization makes it hard to find things. I just got to the one in Fairview now.

Customer service was provided efficiently by each associate with a warm, friendly greeting. Prices seem to be costlier at this particular location, their specials weren't too pleasing either🤷🏻‍♀️ Clothes were scattered all over the place😐😞

I was looking for more shirt choices but the staff just said to look for it myself and pointed at a certain aisle. Then he saw a good looking guy and offered him a much more pleasant service.

The outlet store in Vaughan mills is quite big and covers all range but didn't have any good deals.

I asked an assiociate to help me find a size but he went to the back and never came back. Neverthless an associate by the name Anjaile came up to me & found my size in no time! She has excellent customer service skills and procceded to cash me out. So Kind

My fav CK store… have been here n times and always go back buying loads of clothes and outer wear. Best place for great deals. Only suggestion is to keep the back of the store a bit more tidy

Crazy uncontrolled crowds. There were no size charts for bras. Lady in the area was not helpful at all. She told us to Google for size. Two young ladies tried to help, but were unable find the information.

Fast and easy shopping for whatever I needed. The problem with this store is two security cameras on a fitting room. I am so disappointed didn't notice it when I tried some clothes 😡

Customer service was HORRIBLE. I work for Calvin Klein too, and I just wanted to use my associate discount and they weren’t giving it even thought I was giving my employee id. Plus they weren’t even giving me the proper price when I was buy it. I end up not buying anything because they we talking to other people and wasting my time. Never coming here again!

The old lady (I think the manager) was extremely rude and said straight away to return the items, when asked a question about how they calculated discount. It clearly shows they don’t care about customers and hate explaining things for more clarity. Unprofessional and pathetic service. Never visiting this store again.

I bought 3 same t.shirts. one of them got torn after washing. I wanted to return it, but the customor service told me that I dont accept it, scince I doont know whether it is torn before or after washing😑. SHE was REALLLY RUDE.
