    Pathetic quality. Got 2 t-shirts and after one wash one of them (the red t-shirt) shrunk so much that it's no longer of the same size and wearable. Yet to put the other one to wash. Photos here for your comparison. And there are no trial rooms so you need to guess the fit (all the best if you intend to purchase jeans pants). Waste of money and time.

    Wide range of products I love the shop layout. However I had a bad experience with an employee. Short Arab guy working there yesterday (October 20th) evening was very rude. His behavior towards customers and female employees working there was also unacceptable. He needs to be trained/coached. If not trainable he should be FIRED!! I will also be reporting this to Tommy Hilfiger Corporate.

    Good prices and floor staff are very helpful. But the cashier I had was so lazy to check the discount on my clothes until I asked her to check with her boss, it was ~$30 less than what she initially charged me. Also when I asked her to call another branch to for sizes, she refused !!!

    Excellently organized store, however the staff is new hires and worthless; they never assist you and just say no when you ask for a specific size. They also keep an eye on you to make sure you're not messing up the shirts! They just followed us like thieves after my kid and I went to grab some t-shirts. The employees continue to give us the worst treatment, even after we purchased five shirts during today's Black Friday deals.Even worse, there are two girls who are making fun of us customers by hiding behind the dress stand.

    Purchased two t-shirts. They tried to overcharge for both. I had to ask them to correct the price twice. Disappointed 😞.

    The manager, Sabrina has no patience and barely spent 2 mins with me and started complaining that i was holding the line up and was hesitating to help, she was not ready to help, neither was letting the other associates to help. This store only has to give an unpleasant experience esp with Sabrina being the manager. Do not expect a good customer experience at this store.

    I had a terrible in-store experience with Tommy Hilfiger. They flat-out refused to accept my valid discount code, and the staff handling my request were not only unhelpful but also quite rude. It's incredibly frustrating when a company doesn't honor their own promotions, and when the staff is rude, it makes the whole experience even worse. I won't be returning to their physical stores.

    I have purchased numerous items from TM in the past. This past week i got home from the store to discover a security tag still on one of the items. I live 2 hours plus north....the store manager said please return the item for exchange, and a sorry for the inconvenience.....Thanks Tommy awesome service recovery. So fortunate there's a Gap, Polo, Lacoste, Brooks Brothers and old navy with similar fitting clothes....Remember to check for those pesty security tags

    Worst customer service ever, as a store manager she needs to be demoted thinking she can speak to customers anyway she wants. I come in for a return I lost my card which I paid for it and I asked for cash instead since I had no other cards she says "Ican't do it it's never something they have done I even gave u the option of another card" I told her I do not have Any other cards she says "is that my problem " smh no respect for customer issues and she was raising her voice at me customers service isn't something you can learn you either have it or you don't and she does not.

    Horrible customer service and store experience. I saw long dresses on a rack labeled 34.99, went to the wall and saw more colours unmarked, asked an employee to check price, she said 34.99 and told me all others on the same rack are same price. I picked up 4 in different colours, but 1 rang up higher. After telling them at register i got from same rack, no one went to double check, the manager agreed to match the price of 35, but it was not honored. Called the store after coming home about price discrepancy, spoke to same manager, who then claimed that we spoke of a % off instead??? Like whaaat? Blatant lying, and she called herself the store manager whe i asked for another manager. Asked someone to check a size for childrens hoodie and she just ignored me and walked away doing nothing just strolling around the childrens section. Checkout was a nightmare; easily over 25 minute wait with only 5 registers open total when i got in line. The store was a mess with clothes strew about. Couldn't find a size of folded clothing displays as no one was fixing them.

    Worst customer experience. Had a product as gift and came out bad after a wash. Brought all the way to this store and explained the quality of product as not good. This was to be used during holidays. We got the response saying this is old product and cannot do anything with replacement or offer anything similar at discounted price. Couple of Customer care reps were laughing after we left. Not a good place for respect. Never coming here. I saw other reviews and understood why I got this kind 0 star service. Don’t visit this place.

    I was lucky when I visited the store. Everything in the store was on sale. It was as expected, clean and nice and tidy. The staff were helpful and took the time to help me find the right size.

    Horrible customer service. A girl at the till didn’t know about what she’s selling and didn’t apply sale price. When we told her about the price, she said the product was regular price. We showed her the picture of the sale sign on the product and all of a sudden, she got mad at us saying “Give it to me! you should have told me” We said that we told her and she was like “you told me after purchase!” What the hell. I don’t know why we were blamed for her mistake. Is it because we didn’t seem to speak English and know how to complain? She was the one who should have known about what she was selling not us. It was such an unpleasant experience.

    Here, women's, men's, and kids' clothes are well separated and the sections are large, so I was able to shop slowly and comfortably. The price is reasonable and the material is good. There are also clothes with fleece that are good to wear in winter. Comfortable hoodies and sportswear sets are also good choices.

    Unexpected when to the change in room with 6 t shirt 👚 to try between v neck or round in l o xl . I had 3-4 bags from other store. So a teenager working there make me keep the bag outside the fitting room . And rest of customer taking it inside . I went to Cash out told to a cashier they said you can talk with the manager one to talk with them but I hear I don’t want to deal with this call Other manager. So i left the store to raises .

    Poor customer service.Cashier scanned the wrong price for the sweater I was buying,after I told her the actual price she said she is going to check with her fellow employee(her name was Manisha).When she asked,Manisha started making faces & said they don’t have such pricing & whatever is scanned price that’s correct.Then I went there again took the picture of the price list & showed to the cashier.Cashier tried to give me the refund of the difference but she did incorrect.I told her this doesn’t seem to be correct she said trust me it’s correct.Overall experience was horrible especially with Manisha who is unprofessional,rude & not helpful.Untrained staff.

    No FITTING ROOM! Had horrible customer service here. The manager decided to close fitting rooms more than an hour before closing time. I had spent over an hour looking in the store selecting about 5 items I wanted to try on. Only to find out fitting rooms were closed. They also failed to advertise at the entrance of the store that fitting rooms are closed to customers coming in are aware they won't be able to try-on anything interesting they find. I talked to the manager about it and he was very stubborn about it and told me to *buy now and then try them at home and return if they don't fit* (as if I have nothing better to do than keep visiting their store) This is ridiculous for a clothing store (especially brands like Tommy), if they don't have fitting room available that essentially means they should close the store. Keeping it open at that point just means a huge waste of time for customers in the store as they are not made aware of fitting rooms unavailability. Very disappointed and hope Tommy takes action to make sure this practice of closing fitting rooms while the store is still open us discontinued.

    Really rude staff .. especially in the fitting room .. giving 2 starts because found one guy who knows to treat customers.. but few of them where like 'I don't care' .. also telling me like "you stand over here" .. might be some ego from her side .. I don't really wanna go though this .. I only wanna buy some cloths

    I am mostly satisfied with this store. The prices are reasonable, and the fashion is excellent. Almost everything I've ever bought is of highest quality. Sometimes you won't be able to find something you are looking for. Otherwise this is an excellent choice for clothing.

    Very poor customer service. People were waiting in line for over 30 minutes for no reason at all. There staff was on the phone or talking to other co workers but no one was paying attention to get more people at cash as there were only 2 cashiers for 40 people in the line. When I told if they can get me a manager to speak to they reused me to talk to one.

    Tommy Hilfiger is one of the best stores in my opinion. It has good clothing and the prices are worth the materials. I suggest going here and buying jeans. The Tommy Hilfiger in Vaughan Mills needs to have more safety precautions for Covid 19. For example some staff wear their masks up to their mouths only or not even any masks.

    By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Canada. Firstly they sell products with stains and when we wanted to return the product even though with proof of purchase and original tag they were not only rude but also refused to return product. Never going to Tommy Hilfiger Vaughan locations because of worst service and selling defective merchandise.
