Very good collection of clothes. Large and beautiful store.

Went in today, to exchange an item. There was one line with a sign saying returns only. So we lined up in the regular line, took extremely long about 15-20 minute wait, as soon as we got the register the cashier told us to go to the return line and wait. No consideration as to how long we’ve waited in line to just exchange something. Next time put a dang sign up saying returns & exchanges. Worst place ever. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend.

BEWARE BEWARE before you buy. These guys don’t believe in customer service, So, we bought winter coat from online, they dont have free return policy at all, not even in store. Only exchange. Fair enough its written, but what you going to do when item in store not available? You should refund rite? Nope! They really dont care about customer at all. Sticking to their stupid policy. Now they will charge me $10 + tax for returning item which arrived Faulty. Everyone during pandemic survived and found work around but these guys didnt. Their customer service phone still says same message and no one answers. So… decided not to buy at all from these company…

I used to shop frequently at Uniqlo Hong Kong and loved it. Somehow in Canada, I feel the prices are so much higher, everything seems expensive and I never come across some real serious sales. Although there's no doubt that their quality is superb. This is the go to place for winter wear. Their Thermals are the best. You can easily find kids and adults Thermals, liners, coats jackets and really good pants. All in great variety and quality. But yeah the price is higher than most other local brands

Great selection of winter wear! Checkout service is a tad bit slow, or so I thought! The self checkout technology is years ahead of us! Most fascinating thing I’ve seen in years- Otherwise, price wise, quite a decent selection!

Uniqlo at Vaughan Mills is an excellent store to visit for everyday fashion with a variety of different apparel made with great quality. The prices are fair and well worth for the quality of their products. The location at Vaughan Mills is just as large as any other Uniqlo locations and very clean and organized. The staff follows Covid-19 protocols to ensure a safe shopping experience.

READ BEFORE BUY ONLINE I will never shop at this store again. Their Online Store sales and policies is ridiculous compared to every other leading brand which offer you a full refund. Bought items and their click and collect process sends you so many emails that it’s like spam when you really just need one pick up email. ********************************************* I bought 3 jackets and was forced to exchange in store in one transaction NO Store Credits OR you need ship back yourself pay shipping and they charge you additional on top of that $9.90 + Tax. Such a greedy company!!! Spent hundreds here and never again. All associates jsut say I don’t know it’s online policy I don’t know I don’t know and play dumb.

Last week, Brinda was super kind and helpful. My younger brother was looking for a Snoopy sweater and she helped us find it right away and chatted with us a bit. She has excellent customer service skills and is optimistic. I hope that compliment will be passed onto her.

Bright and airy. Love their high ceiling and great lighting. Prices are fair, lots of various sizes. Lots of spring and summer attire. Love their women's clothing that are made with natural fabrics such as cotton and linen. Wish I had more time to try on their clothes.

very upset about my experience here. went to mall that is very much so out my way for the sole purpose of going to this store. I ordered something on online pick up then decided the quality wasn’t nice enough. Waited for probably 45 minutes in the line to return an item, just to be told that because the item was ordered online, I am not able to return it at the store and have to ship it back to the store. Realistically, even if they shipped it over from somewhere else, I still picked it up in store. explained to the cashier there are my situation, and resolution was possible. just seems extremely inconvenient, and I cannot fathom the reasoning for this policy

The clothing here is incredible. Their clothing is incomparable. My experience at this location was phenomenal - Brenda, specifically, went out of her way to help us ensure we were satisfied every step of the way!

Dhivya who works at Vaughan mills was rude and extremely unprofessional and an unwillingness to assist me. This now leaves a bad impression on me and I will never shop here again.

Wrong price in the system. We got charged the wrong price the in system as the price tag is clearly listed as $34.99, but the system charged us $39.9. When we talked to the manager, the manager just pointed that it’s our fault not using the membership without trying to understand the issue. When we pointed out the price is $34.99 even without membership, she offered literally no help but asked us to go back to a half hour line up to return the product. We are very disappointed on the attitude and service in this world brand give this is a system issue, the customer should never be penalized to line up for another half hour to get the issue fixed. The manager name is Suzy, and I hope the company would be able to listen to the customer and avoid any unnecessary waste of people’s time. This is really a frustrating incident especially when we had two kids with us to line up all these time.

Love the mall! Shopping is great there with everything you need from household, food, clothing,shoes, jewelry, dining and lots more is there.

Best UNIQLO store ive been to. It was huge! Loved their selection of sweatpants (and l don't even like sweatpants), sweaters and men's shirts. Lots of winter jackets (it's December in Canada). This is NOT an outlet but a regular retail store. Still worth the drive to Vaughan Mills

This review is for online shopper only: DON'T shop online, if you shop online ang get a wrong size, any of the pickup location could only offer exchange, you will not get money back or store credit. You could return the order minus a 10 dollar shipping cost off of your refund. Which made me feel punished by buying anything online. If you want to do an exchange in the store, pray that they still have the size you want in stock. If they don't, then you are stuck with shipping the order back, or forced to buy something more expensive than your last order. My honest suggestion would be, never buy anything online unless you are ready to never return them.

Some great buys here, especially for the boxing day sales. Their new collection of premium wool collections for both men and women is a must buy! (Believe me for premium wool,cashmere and merino - the prices are very affordable.)

It was a really great experience shopping at UNIQLO with such an outstanding sales representative team . I got an amazing customer service by Raghav Mehta, who took me out of my confusions and helped me choose the right product. He was very soft spoken and kind by his deeds. He made my shopping experience very pleasing and I'm really looking forward to shop more in future from here .

Loved the place. Great selection for kids. Well spaced store and not overly crowded all in all good shopping experience. Loved there self checkout billing section. Great innovation .

This location is great. You need to walk in the inner isles for deals. I just wish they have something to divide the women's and men's section. The middle of the store has a mix. Same goes for the kids side. It's hard to determine which are the infant clothing. This store is pretty big and i think they should have a washroom inside, because right now they don't and you gotta walk all the way to the end off the mall where bass pro is.

Its a very good store to visit for different everyday clothes made with great quality. It has great selection. I bought a winter jacket which is of fine quality. I would like to mention that I received very nice customer service by Raghav Mehta who was so polite, helpful and friendly. He helped me to find a nice winter jacket. He is a very polite and gave me best service.

They have a lot of different stuff. The discounts are good. The warm clothes are nice and cheap on sale time like 30$ price range. Not all products are up to the quality mark. Mostly asian fashion trends. Casuals are cute. I think this is a factory outlet store. Not sure.

Before you order online BE AWARE - you cannot return the items in the store, you have to go to FedEx, and YOU'LL BE CHARGED $10 for returns. Awful.

Be aware the store may close early!!! The store closes at 5 pm. I called at 4:50pm to make sure they are open(I understand it’s last minute, but I was on my way to the store right after I finished work) and confirm I am at the right pick up area and messaged them my order number and name as instructed by a person over the phone. Everything including the messaging was done by 5 pm. Waited in the car after sending the message, for about 30 mins and it turned out the store is closed. At least the person over the phone can let me know you are closing soon. During pandemic the store hours are not showing on Google map.

This location has more for Women's and Children apparel then usual.

This place is best for basics I’d say with t-shirts and sweats being the best buys. The cotton they use lasts and the cuts are on trend. Also a fan of their thermals and ‘heat-tec’ line. Also good looking beanies in all colours at great prices!

Very wide selection of clothes and accessories. I love their inner heattech shirts, undershirt, and longjohns. Their variety of socks are really comfortable too.

Very clean and organized, polite staff, and the music was calm and fairly quiet (a much needed break from the loud music in other stores). They also have those new self check-out kiosks where you dump everything in a bin and it scans everything for you, super cool and time saving! I love this store 💕

I always buy at all Uniqlo's all over the country and in the U.S. I went in two days ago at the Vaughn Mills location and bought a UV jacket. I already have four of them and wanted another colour.They were full price. I asked the clerk at the cash if I could have a paper bag for free and she said absolutely not. That is a bit ridiculous as no other store in Vaughn Mills still charges for bags. About 10 minutes later, my husband who was still looking around ,found two sweatshirts , 49.99 each. I went back to the cash to purchase them.I asked the same clerk if this time I could have a free paper bag as now I will have spend almost $150.00 and am a good loyal customer.The clerk said very rudely absolutely not and that every one pays for bags . Is said that she would not know this as at the self check out counter the bags are there . Also just because everyone pays for them, that does not make it right. I said that I forgot my usual recycling bag at home, and could she make an exception. She was very rude and determined. I asked to see a manager. A supervisor came, she also was very rude and had an attitude and said that there was no manager in house and she was not going give me a bag. I said I want to talk to a manager and would they loose a 150$ sale for a $.10 bag? That said yes. I have been to Japan twice and shopped at their store and they were so kind and lovely there . I told them here that they should make a good faith exception and the they are representing a company with usual great customer service. They both said that they would not do it. I asked for the manager's name.The supervisor was walking away and told the clerk to write it down. She just wrote the name Beatrice, no number. I asked for the phone number. She said that she did not know it. I said "you work here and you cannot find out the phone number" ? She said yes. I left the merchandise , took my jacket that I had already paid for , but left my husband's two sweatshirts.Very disappointed! Terrible customer service! I looked the store up on google and the phone number connects to an answering machine that does not say Uniqlo.I will never shop at this location again.They need better and more flexible staff ,and a manager in house all the time.

Really like the new self check out. Just put all your clothes inside the bin. The machine automatically sums the total amount by reading the RFID tag of the price tag. Be aware sometime it could be inaccurate if shoplifters hide tags inside pockets. Happened to me once in the past

It was okay, but I wish they had more choices. The styles seem to be repeated, and not so exciting!, It would be nice to see some different styles, instead of just basic colours and styles. Nevertheless, I still love Uniqlo!

Fair price but you get what you paid for, quality is not as good. Staff are ok, not very knowledgeable about what they have, but polite. Change rooms were not clean.

Went to the store today with my husband and 8 month old daughter. I was greeted by an employee who pursue to greet us every 10 minutes while we were browsing through the store. While I was trying some clothes on my husband was with my daughter and she started to be a little bit fussy. The employee came and “joke” she was being too loud which made my husband feel uneasy . When I came back from the fitting room I was holding my daughter while he was trying on some jackets, she came to greet us for the fourth or fifth time and again repeated the comment of my daughter being too loud, which by the way was not the case at the moment. I like the brand but they should train their employees in how to treat families with children since it’s a department store that offers baby clothes. It was very disappointing since it was our first time going out with our daughter to a mall. Not sure if I will come back again.

I had a bad experience in this store regarding exchange. This Friday morning I walked into the store to exchange sweatpants. The guy looked inside and outside of the pants, I said:"it's brand new, I haven't worn it.", then he said: "there is no price tag on the pants,can't exchange." I said:"the price shown on receipt." He looked at the receipt and said:" our return policy is within one month." I said " I want to exchange, not return." But he still said I couldn't exchange. When I realized he only cares about money and sales and does not care about customer needs, I just left and never go back

I love this clothes, they have a great variety and the quality is really good.
