I’m not usually one to complain but this is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. Almost every time the cups I get my coffee in look like this. It’s disgusting. When I get drive-thru coffee for my friends I honestly feel embarrassed giving it to them the way Starbucks gives it to me. $6 a cup and that’s the presentation. Wow.

Large woman curly hair at the drive thru super rude can’t even count change properly. Tells me I have her the wrong amount before even counting it. Then puts whip on my drink when I asked for none.

This place is so cozy and great for studying or working. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and this location is a hidden treasure! The employees will strike up a conversation as you are waiting for your drink. Would come back :)

Truly a 5 star service at this location. It was my first time at a Starbucks and didn't know what to expect. Luckily Sara the barista guided me through the process of deciding which coffee and what options I was looking for. She knew what she was doing and did it well in a kind professional manner. The location was clean and organized. My friend and I felt comfortable and very tranquil spending at lest 1 hour there. The pricing was reasonable for a higher end coffee. Great job Sara, keep up the excellent service. From the clown riding a unicycle and juggling balls!

My husband and I stopped for a coffee yesterday. From the moment we heard MARCO’s voice, we COULDN’T STOP SMILING! There is that rare type of people whom just by speaking in a magical cheerful fun way can make you’re whole day. Yesterday he did it for us, made our day! And to be honest, for the past years we have never met anyone in Starbucks with such an incredible attitude and magical way of making your day! We leave up North, yet whenever we will be in Vaughan, we will be coming back just to hear that voice and see cheerful Marco! 😃 Thank you again! Great new location. Kagan was super helpful and they have prompt service as well as a drivethru. Strongly recommend this quiet plaza. Plenty of seating and spacious location

The bakery case is less than appealing, (I'll leave it at that). And the south facing windows badly need blinds because of that morning sun, (uncomfortably hot to sit near them, and good luck using your phone). **They need some kind of dedicated container for used tampons in their toilets! EDIT: Staff is nice ....usually. Not a big fan of their coffee, but it's better than the Timmies across the street.

My go-to Starbucks in the mornings. Great location, the drive thru is amazing. I’m in and out with a coffee in my hand, only adding 3 minutes to my commute! Customer service is great; staff are friendly and knowledgeable, recommending drinks and pastries. It is obvious they genuinely value their customers. My favourite thing about this location is that drinks are always made consistent in flavour! You can order your regular coffee and it will taste as expected, everyday of the week.

I always liked Starbucks, I like them more when they are clean and less crowded with smiling staffs, So this place gets 5 star for sure.

Today’s 25th Feb, 23 and drive through order around 4pm. The lady is from South Asia I assume (I’m from South Asia, and it’s the instinct). She was so helpful and sweet . My dog was having diarrhoea and he was in the back seat. She noticed my baby in the trunk space and offered teeny weeny puppaccino for him. She was so lively and nice. Too bad she didn’t have a name tag. But shout out to you girl ! Not only was it his first, it made his painful day better. Thank you

I mobile ordered but when I got there they told me they couldn't make my drink due to one of the machines not working. I chose a replacement drink and the barista gave me a venti to make up for it (the original drink I ordered was a tall)! she was super sweet and it made my day :)

Great coffee! A little slow getting started in the morning. To be expected I guess, being the first customer of the day.

I'm not usually a coffee drinker but this location definitely may have changed my mind on that. The staff are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable of the drinks that they serve. Even after I purchased my drink and was sitting down I was offered multiple times samples of different dessert items. Nothing but a great experience whenever I'm here.

I always loved choosing this place as they use to have amazing service, but I got pure attitude when the drink is wrong yet I’m the problem. Since when is it okay to pay for something you never requested.

This has been my go-to Starbucks every Saturday morning (my son started basketball league just down the street at the Sportsplex). Great location with south-facing windows = sunny and warm. Pretty spacious interior, too, with some comfy armchairs by the window. Friendly staff. Cappuccinos have been great for the last month...until today. Ordered a grande with two sugars and could hardly taste the coffee (did the machine fail to extract the shots? Could be). Anyway, the result was horrible. A different barista re-did it after I pointed out the first one was tasteless. Luckily the re-do was back to normal goodness. Too bad they charged me for it, though; I was hoping they'd pick up on the mention that the first one was bad and offer to re-do it for free, as coffeehouses usually do, but I guess they didn't pick up on that cue. With the help of Eric's expertise, I got the perfect Pumpkin spice latté with oat milk and without whipped cream, and it was delicious! He was friendly and made the order process in the drive through fun and a breeze. It makes me wonder, can one man be worth as much as $50 per hour while frothing coffee? Staff is making an effort to make sure you have a great experience.

They need to fixed the customer service I have been this Starbucks a lot because is on my way to grocery shopping. But They always disappointed me from the staff Attitude and always keep me the wrong order. Also the drinks in this location not really same like another location. I love Starbucks and other locations that I have been I am always happy with their friendly staff and the drinks. But this location need to change!!!

The coffee is good, as always. The customer service rep who was at drive thru was really great, we even had a chat. I gave it 3 stars because I drive a pick up truck so PLEASE DO NOT GO DRIVE THRU IF YOU HAVE A PICK UP TRUCK! I repeat DO NOT GO DRIVE THRU WITH A PICK UP TRUCK! It took a lot of back and forth maneuvering to get around the drive thru and there is plenty of evidence on the wall of others having the same problem. If I had known, I would've gone inside. Also, the drive thru person told me they get lots of complaints about that. Aside from that, I was super happy with my drink and the service.

Their friendly and professional service has made my nearly two years of visits truly outstanding. I've been a regular customer at this Starbucks for nearly two years, and the experience has been consistently excellent, with not a single negative experience. The whole team is always welcoming and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive visit. Highly recommend this Starbucks for a fantastic environment and exceptional service.

I've been to this location a few times, and I have to say, the environment there seems very fake to me. But when I went around a month ago, Sarah was such a sweetheart. She was really the only one who seemed to genuinely want to have a conversation with me and she made my drink perfectly. She is my favorite barista!
