Today I had a one of the best reception from Seven Eleven's acting manager Amber. Very professional, customer oriented, hard working personality. Pleasure to have short and very informative conversations with her. Specially about the customer insensitive available in store and on line During the COVID19 circumstances pleasure to have very friendly and knowledgeable employees to make you feel comfortable. Keep up the good work. Great team work Amber and all the best being part of the dedicated team. By the way offering a New improved Hazelnut flavor coffee was delicious. Thank you

Poor experience here. Me and my friend dropped by here to buy some monster and the cashiers seemed almost annoyed while he was scanning our drinks. Before he could give us our change he moved onto the next costumer and began helping him. We waited there for 5 minutes and another cashier thinks we are in line and tells us to take our drinks to the back of the line. The original cashier comes back and tells us to, and I quote, "take your drinks and get out of here." As if that wasn't rude enough, when we ask for our change he keeps us waiting AGAIN. When we finally get our change we leave. Worst gas station ever. The cashiers and employees at Esso and Petro-Canada know how to treat a customer. They don't treat them as nuisances.

staff is absolutely racist and rude. The man working there accused me and my boyfriend of "being on something", when we asked him a question and he was refusing to answer. Used to purchase from here frequently but will never spend my money here again. Horrible service and very disappointing.

I'm a regular customer for this 711, I come almost everyday for my lottery. There's this one girl I see everyday and she made my day everyday for her warm welcome and customer service! If I'm correct I think her name is Aiesha. She's perfect for customer service!!! She knows how to encourage the people to buy something!😊

I placed a curbside pickup order from this location, which included 3 dozen eggs. After returning home and checking my eggs, I realized majority of them were cracked. I understand if a few eggs were cracked, but it was obvious the employee who prepared my order deliberately picked egg cartons with cracked eggs.

I have never had a good experience at this gas station. Every time I go I am held up by something. The attendants are never present and rude when they are. They seem annoyed to have a customer. The pumps regularly do not work forcing you to go in to pay- and then the attendants are nowhere to be seen! This station is a joke. The last straw for me was when an attendant tried to I.D. me for cigarettes I had already purchased! After he took his sweet time ignoring me and putting cookies in boxes! This is THE worst place, and the workers have some next level attitude. Take the extra minute at the light and go to the Esso- those guys know how to treat a customer!! They are adorable and deserve the business! They have helped me out with dumb things a million and one times! Unlike this station that will power trip you over cigarettes you’ve purchased!!

Last night I went to get a snack and I got a bit confused so this kind lady helped me I think she was a bit new and probably a trainee but she helped very well! She helped me find the snacks I needed and made me laugh a lot! She is so kind! I 100% recommend coming to this place!:)

The manager name Alla working there has poor customer service skills. She would talk to the customers like she is fighting with them. When the customer brings up any issue to the store regarding their own employee's fault, she would say "he was giving you a favour now I have to do extra work to fix the problem in the system! It's your job simply leave the job if you cannot handle customer's issues professionally. The manager needs training how to use professional language. I would have to go to the head office to complain about her attitude towards customers. I hope compliance should notice her attitude this time. She needs to be fired

Went in to grab a drink, was immediately greeted by what seemed to be one of the most enthusiastic individuals - you can tell she loved her job here! She noticed me looking at something and instantly offered to pack some for me to try, and then gave me some candy free too! The customer service here is unmatched to any other location. I have never ever felt so valued as a client at 7/11. Unfortunately I did not get the reps name, but she was Filipino - she definitely deserves a raise and a promotion for the dedication and passion she displays!

Not the Biggest fan of leaving bad reviews, but when it’s due it’s due. if I could give 0 stars I would. Had an Uber eats order, had a missing Brownie item, the pizza tasted like rubber and has been sitting out for many hours (it’s not edible) and ordered 10 wings only received 6. The chocolate bar was correct which is the whole order. There’s not many 7-Elevens around and it sucks to know the employees here do Not care about the service they provide.

Worst service!At night the staff is never present and you have to wait for being served.I have stopped going there.

today i experienced very warm welcome at this gas pump and attendee offered me some snack which was so tempted...but over all customer service was excellent ... feel to keeping going there..!👍🏼

I have went several time to fill up gas and some time I wanted to use the washroom but the washroom is so disgusting and never clean always stinks and dirty I have no clue about heath and safety of this place Weston road and Rutherford 7-eleven

Excellent fresh food, Cold or Hot. Coffee is good and they have flavour pods for it too. Live the 1/4LB Big bite hotdog and Taquito rolls. They have sandwiches that are great. What ever you need they have it, gasoline too lol. Enjoy.

Last month I had some trouble with few gift cards I purchased by mistake from Seven Eleven. The manager on site, Mehul, was very helpful and professional and helped us out - one of the best customer service experience we had in years. Thank you again Mehul!!! ... and by the way, the gas on this location is the cheapest in the area, and the food and snacks are fresh and delicious! :)

The cashier gave me a couple free cookies with my purchase! And was very smiley/polite.

Placed an order for hot food and what i received was cold "keep in refrigerator" packaged food instead. This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened!

Garbage stuff. Items on the shelfs are expired, Attitude on workers is outrages. Head office really need to look into this particular location.

My favorite gas station. Service and selection in store is excellent
