My daughter and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lukas Kus and his team today. His receptionist was very accessible, prompt, warm and welcoming. Dr. Kus was professional, knowledgable, very patient, attentive and kind - I can not thank him enough for his help as my daughter seems to finally have some relief after his procedure today. The office was pleasant, new, clean and they were diligent with sanitizing. Thank you for your care!

Good location. Easy and free parking access. The clinic is very clean and newly remodelled and modern. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. The House of Hearing, inside the clinic is very clean and up to date. Ms. Kathy Gewer, the hearing instrument specialist was very pleasant and professional. Dr. L. Kus is an excellent doctor. He takes his time listening to patients complaints and he is very professional. Thank you for your excellent services.

My experience with specialists is that they are usually very busy, overbooked and examination is typically rushed and abrupt. Same goes for Dr. Kus in terms of having a busy schedule servicing hospitals as well as the clinic. He was an hour late for the appointment due to some emergencies in the hospital and was apologetic for that. I thought he would be in a rush to clear the backlog in the clinic but he was thorough with my examination and took his time to explain my situation and possible remedies. Dr. Kus is a caring physician and offers quality health care. I know I'm in good hands!

I’m truly grateful for Dr. Kus. I had an ear swab done by my family doctor that left a laceration in my ear and blocked hearing. I saw Dr Kus 5 days after and he removed the blood clot and my hearing was instantly restored. He’s very nice, patient, and compassionate. The only issue is the long wait times but that’s expected with speciality appointments.

My son hashis surgery done with Dr Kus this morning. He was outstanding. He was so good with my son. He made me informed on everything that was going to take place. He check on us in recovery a few times to make sure he will still doing good. I would highly recommend him. The staff at Etobicoke were also outstanding

I had a chronic sinus problem and also deviated septum. I had my surgery done by Dr Lukas Kus in December 2020. The result was great. After many years of struggling in cold weather with headaches and runny nose, now I can also enjoy the cold weather and it has really improved my life a lot. Dr Kus is a very knowledgeable and professional ENT surgeon and I highly recommend him.

The worst worst place. I had an appointment at11:20 dr Hong and I had to cancel because I'm having another appointment (that I had to change) at 1pm.It's 12:29. They just say sorry. C'mon. I had to leave work early to be on time, please be considered with your patients. So mad

Dr. Lukas Kus is an Amazing doctor !! Very attentive, highly professional and an Exceptional surgeon. I have had a sinus and septoplasty surgery that went very smoothly and with amazing results. After 40 years of suffering from a deviated septum (not being able to breathe properly on the left side) and sinus issues, I can finally breathe, what a relief, like being born again !! Thank you, doctor !!

My first visit ended with big disappointment. Waited for 90 minutes, no apologies or explanation. People who came much later were attended. My son had to pick his son from School so I had to leave. Horrible first experience. Would never recommend to anyone!

We had excellent experience with Dr. Lukas Kus BUT This clinic receptionists NEVER respond!! It’s impossible to call there , never answer and never call back !!! How is that possible to contact a doctor if it’s urgently needed??

My instincts told me to go with Dr. Hong for my sinus surgery and I am very glad that I did. Surgeries are scary, but doctor has made it very easy for me with his professionalism. He was very carrying and took his time to address all my concerns in person and over the phone. If i had to do it all over again, i would do it with Dr Hong again.

Amazing ENT Surgeon if you are looking for a humble, professional and efficient doc and a stress free recovery. I’m a health care professional and my husband was referred to Dr Kus for septoplasty and turbinate reduction. He had it done at Etobicoke General Hospital which was a far drive for us from Newmarke but Dr Kus and his team impressed us. PACU nurses were very caring and provided plenty instruction. Hospital was under reno but the care was excellent. My husband is home, minimal bleeding and pain. Highly recommend this awesome ENT surgeon.

Dr.Lucas Kus is amaizing what he does. I had thyroid issues since 2019 and he is being very caring and helpful since day one. I recently had thyroid removed by Dr.lucas Kus, he is an excellent Sergent, he did great job, and I am so very thankful and greatful for him and his team.

Went with Dr. Kus for my nose surgery. His ability to calmly and confidently provide me with detailed information in the pre-op made me comfortable when it came time to go under the knife. Most definitely recommend to anyone in market for a good nose doctor! Thanks for the breath of fresh air Dr. Kus!

5 stars for Doctor Kus was amazing. However his assistant Nadeen (if she didn't lie about her name) is unprofessional, rude, doesn't answer nor returns calls. I came by the office and left a note with another secretary for Nadeen to call me back. Never called back. I came by the office again, pointing to the note that is right a front of her asking why she is not returning calls. No answer. I asked her if she was aware of the fact that she is public servant. the answer from Nadeen: I don't care.

I had a wonderful experience coming to this clinic. The clinic got back to me very quickly after a referral was sent and the front desk staff were very pleasant. Shortly after arriving, I received a hearing test both times before seeing the doctor. The hearing test clinician was extremely kind and professional. She explained everything she was doing before inserting anything into my ear and before conducting the testing. She also explained the changes from the first test because I was very worried about hearing loss. Dr. Hong was also very helpful and professional. He thoroughly explained the reason for my symptoms and prescribed a medication that relieved my symptoms within a couple of days. The office is very clean and the wait time was short both times I came to this clinic.

I have left several messages for Dr kus. The hospital reccommended us to follow up with them. But never one call back message i received from them. Sorry! But things like this shouldnt even recommended by the hospital. At least a call back would be nice.
