    Darren has helped me focus on my physical well being. He has motivated me to work out on a regular basis in the comfort of my own home. His dedication and commitment to his clients is evident by his flexibility to accommodate various schedules as well as taken each clients personal needs into consideration. He has personalized a work out routine and constantly challenges me to set new goals. I look forward to our weekly sessions.

    I started training with Build Yourself Fitness not very long ago, but in such a short time I have seen such a difference in myself. This team makes working out fun, and for someone like me that doesn't have a lot of experience working out, it's great! In home personal training is great for people who are uncomfortable working out in a gym, and makes the experience a lot more comfortable. If you are looking for a professional group of people to raise your self esteem and make you feel better about yourself, Build Yourself Fitness is definitely the way to go!

    Darren has Personal Training down to an art. He's knowledgeable, motivating and knows how to make you work your butt off without even realizing how much time has gone by. His workouts will keep you interested and challenged and you never know what to expect. Most of all, I really appreciate and respect his level of professionalism and fairness and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for in-home personal training.

    I had an extremely positive experience during my time with Darren. We worked together over the Summer to achieve certain goals and benchmarks that I had set out for myself and by the end of the Summer, I was right where I wanted to be. He helped me push myself harder, motivate myself more and get into the shape that I wanted. He knows his stuff very well and is very encouraging. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into better shape.

    My wife and I have been working with Build Yourself Fitness for almost 1 year. Their expertise, care and coaching have given us the stamina to reach our fitness goals. We have hired numerous trainers in our fitness quest, but only the team at Build Yourself Fitness have helped us achieve success. We are stronger, trimmer, more physically fit and have more energy for our young family. If you want to lose pregnancy wait or have a constant struggle to keep wait off like me. Darren and the team are amazing for the job.

    My husband and I, both in our late fifties, have been training with Darren for almost two years. He is an outstanding trainer who takes into account your age, abilities and general health condition. Since working out with Darren, we have both seen a vast improvement in not only our fitness level, but chronic back problems have been minimal. Our workouts are age- appropriate, personally geared and a lot of fun! I would highly recommend Darren and his team to anyone, not matter how old, who wants to get healthier and fitter.

    Build Yourself Fitness was such a great find! Darren is not only an extremely skilled and capable personal trainer, he is also really personable, motivating, and flexible with his time. Each time I work out with Darren, it's a different experience—I never get bored. Instead of dreading my workouts, I actually look forward to them each week. I highly, highly recommend Darren!

    My husband and I have been training with Darren from Build Yourself Fitness for several months. We have both worked out with other trainers in the past, but this is by far the best personal training experience we have had. Darren tailors the workout to our needs, taking into account fitness level, injuries, goals etc. Our sessions are extremely efficient, and we both see great results. We highly recommend Build Yourself Fitness if you are looking for a personal trainer.

    My husband and I used Darren to get into shape in preparation for our wedding. Having Darren come out to the house was really convenient and set us up for success. It's much easier to put things off and say I'll go to the gym tomorrow but having Darren come to us made it impossible to skip workouts. Darren was very motivating and encouraging. He keeps the workout interesting and varied and knows how hard to push. We both had amazing results! When I started working out with Darren I couldn't even do one proper push-up and by the end I could do over 20! I went down three dress sizes and my husband lost 50lbs! Unfortunately we moved away from Darren's area but we definitely recommend Build Yourself Fitness.

    We contacted Darren 4 months ago because we work long hours while running a business from home. Having Darren come to us was exactly what we were looking for. He is always on time, creative with the workouts, and keeps on top of us to make sure we're getting the most out of the training sessions. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for weight loss, customized workouts, or staying in shape.

    My mother and I have been training with Darren of Build Yourself Fitness for about a year and a half, and we absolutely love it!!!     Darren is a fantastic trainer that really customizes training plans to meet your goals. In my 3 months training with him I have lost weight steadily and have increased my strength and endurance immensely. His training plans are never boring and keep you motivated. I look forward to continue my training and reach my fitness goals.

    I've been training with Darren for almost 6 years and he is the best trainer I've worked with. He's reliable and makes it easy to get through each workout. He also knows how to adjust a workout to suit different physical challenges. I have Fibromyalgia and have to adjust my workouts regularely and Darren is always willing to accomodate my needs and has suggestions to alter the workout as needed. I would recommend Darren as a Personal Trainer to anyone.

    I worked with Darren throughout the summer, he was really great to work with. Very understanding and compassionate of my physical limitations. He listened to what did not work for me and coordinated our sessions accordingly. In only 4 months my body has transformed completely. He is an honest businessman and was very supportive and communicative throughout my physical health journey. Thank you Darren!

    Darren is a badass trainer! I have done p90x and Insanity, and thought Darren's workouts would be a walk in the park. WRONG! At the same time, he trained my dad, who has a back injury, and needs a totally different kind of workout. If you're looking for a trainer who really understands the needs of each client and tailors killer ( or more friendly) workouts individually, Darren is a great choice. He also doesn't mind if you swear at him while you do his workouts. Totally recommend!
