I have been dealing with nagging lower back pain and stiffness for years now and hurt my back playing basketball/working out almost annually. I decided to come see Allen because of the great reviews and he did not disappoint! He found the root of the issue and taught me many exercises to help prevent any future flare ups. My back has been feeling great and I'm back to playing basketball and working out without any limitations, thank you!

I have lower back issues for more than 10 years, getting worse over the last few years, the pain running down to my left foot, this really impede my daily life, I had some physiotherapy experiences previously, I visited my feet specialist for my foot pain around May 2023, and he referred me to Allen, I had a consultant session with Allen and decided to work with him for a 12 sessions plan, didn't really expect a lot at the beginning, there were better days and worse days through the sessions, Allen not only provided me his expertise, he also encouraged me to keep working on it, by the end of sessions, I am at least 90% pain free, and now I am doing what he taught me at home, the condition is quite stable. Allen knows what he is doing, and doing it really well, you won't be regret, I won't hesitate to recommend him to my families and friends, last but not least, the whole team is so nice and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much! Paul

I have had back issues for the better part of 30 years. I've tried various practitioners and only ever received help for the acute symptoms. I came across Premier Spine and Sport's website and am so thankful that I did. From my first meeting with Allen through all the treatment sessions it was clear that the goal was to get me to the point where I don't need to go back. Allen focused on treating condition so that I can proactively deal with any issues before they become debilitating. It has been such a change for me now that I am back to doing what I want to do with my family and not worrying about every little thing setting off my back. I have also gone to the clinic's massage therapist, Teresa. Her treatments have helped a lot and the combination of her and Allen as a treatment duo is phenomenal! I can't say enough about my experience at the clinic. If you have had a longstanding pain issue I highly recommend you check this clinic out!

I have been going to Teresa for a monthly massage for the past 15 years. As I exercise regularly, I often see her for sore, overworked muscles, tightness or sprains. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to handling sports injuries and I always feel much better and more relaxed after our sessions. Teresa is also very personabIe, she explains what she is doing very clearly and she advises me on what I need to do to stay pain free. I most highly recommend Teresa as a massage therapist.

I had gone to Allen Eshmoili at this establishment in the past and he had been very helpful with my lower back problem. He had also greatly helped my daughter with a knee problem. This time, I went back to Allen because of a recurrence of the back problem which had been exacerbated by exercises given to me by another physiotherapist whom I had seen for a serious dizziness problem and who also tried to treat my back. Allen really helped me. Initially, he carefully diagnosed the specific problem areas and explained his diagnosis to me. He continued to check each area at each visit. Over a series of about 8 visits, he gave me several different exercises, one or two at a time and was most patient in making sure that I was doing them properly. The exercises are simple enough that I do them every day and I always feel better after doing them. I will continue doing them. My back is much improved now, though not completely. I have just had an MRI, will send the results to Allen and follow up with him. I highly recommend Allen Eshmoili and Premier Spine in every respect. Wait times are minimal, the treatment room is sanitary and comfortable and the Patient Experience Coordinator is courteous, organized and knowledgeable.

I was suffering with lower back pain and had difficulty walking and doing my chores. I found Allen on line, made a phone call and "voila" he was there to save the day. Allen's treatment of me as a person was compassionate and respectful. He was able to prepare a regimen for me that was easy to follow and helped immensely. I was lucky to have found him and would recommend Allen in a "heartbeat"!

Premier Spine and Sport is the place to be for any injury or concern. I came in at the beginning of June not feeling well physically. I was having constant headaches, neck and shoulder pain, and episodes of dizziness. From the first consultation, Allen knew exactly what the problem was. He was very attentive not only to my physical symptoms but to how they had affected all aspects of my life. He created a plan of care that outlined the steps I needed to take for recovery. He kept me motivated and accountable to complete all the steps needed and make lifestyle changes that would help me return to my normal self. I can see a great difference between where I started to now. Allen and Shirel create such a welcoming environment, that even when you finish your plan of care, it makes you not want to leave! They are amazing. Thanks for everything!

Back in 2021 I injured my lower back deadlifting in the gym. I was suffering with lower back pain for about 6-7 months and had difficulty walking and doing my daily activities. I found Premier spine online, made a phone call and boom Allen was there to save the day. Allen was always compassionate and respectful and wanted to make sure i was comfortable and always checked up on me! He was able to prepare a regimen for me that was easy to follow and helped immensely. Before I found Allen I was devastated and thought I would never be able to get back in the gym but now I feel 100% ready to lift again! I was lucky to have found this establishment and would recommend Allen in a heartbeat!

Towards the end of the road cycliing season I developed a very painful back pain. I visited massage therpists, chiropractors and other physiotherapists. They suspected that it was a sacroiliac joint problem. I tried laser treatment, accupuncture and a set of exercises prescribed by the physiotherapist. This persisted for about 6 weeks with hardly any pain relief. Subsequently the back pain morphed into full blown excrutiating painful sciatica all the way down from my glute to my foot. I continued treatment wiith these practioners for about 4 weeks but wiithout much success. Through a friend I stumbled across Allen Eshmoili at Premier Spine. The first consult was a very thorough clinical assessment and early diagnosis (despite not having an MRI). The first few sets of exercises that Allen prescribed helped alleviate some of the pain or at least gave me a way to try manage the pain when it flared up. At this stage I could hardly walk 10 steps without severe pain in my legs. Allen suggested a 12 week program with 14 sessions - I was sceptical at first but then jumped in with both feet. What did I have to lose? Each session was intense and sometimes painful but after 4 weeks I started to notice a slight improvement. I diligently did the prescribed exercises daily and slight improvements from one week to the next motivated me to the finish line. I was not able to ride my bike for almost 4 months and put on a lot of weight - COVID working and eating and no real aerobic/anaerobic exercise. I'm now back on the bike 4 times a week, doing strength and core exercises 6x a week and working my way back to a healthy state of fitness and nutrition. Allen's friendly smile and disposition was always very welcoming every session. I trusted him implicitly and believed in the process. If you're sceptical about physiotherapy, take a chance and set up a time to meet with Allen. I'm positiive that you'll be suitably impressed and that he'll help guide you on your wellness jouney.

When I first came to Premier Spine and Sport 2 years ago, I had chronic pain in my hips and back. With Allen’s help, I learned to do a variety of excersises that I was able to do at home and on my own. He gave me the skills and confidence to take control of my pain and I am so ever thankful for his expertise. Thank you Allen for helping me become pain free!

Allen helped me with speeding up recovery for my sprained ankle. He gave me lots of fantastic exercises to do at home, and he also provided great tips on helping me develop habits to remember doing them :) I'm happy to say my ankle is now fully recovered! Thank you, Allen!

Best place in all of Toronto for fixing your back and physio. I’ve been to so many and none were able to fix me up like Allen!! He knows what he is doing!

I went to see Allen after struggling with sciatica pain for nearly a year. At times, it was debilitating and I never thought I’d get over it. Allen was very helpful at the onset of the treatment, explaining exactly what was happening and what we had to do to get past the pain. I received treatments for about three months and it’s been about two months since my last visit and I am ecstatic with how much better I am feeling. Not only am I pain-free, but I feel confident that I’ve learned the proper exercises and techniques to prevent the pain from recurring. Honestly, I thoroughly endorse Allen and would recommend him to anyone looking to overcome their pain and get back to a high standard of life!

Allen is great. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I saw him for neck and migraine issues and was dependent on meds. He put me on a program that started with lots of hands on work and a couple exercises for home. Eventually he taught me all the exercises I needed to know to mitigate a painful attack of neck pain and migraines myself. I am happy to say that I haven't taken any migraine or pain meds at all since starting physio with Allen. I was so impressed that my husband and 2 daughters are also seeing him now. Thanks Allen!

Allen is the best. I had injured my throwing shoulder to the point that it was painful to throw a ball even gently. I know Allen through my community and had heard he was a terrific physiotherapist. Indeed he is. Through a progression of exercises, Allen got my shoulder to the point that it was much stronger and able to throw well. Thanks Allen!

I had an impingement in my left shoulder which was so bad I couldn't lift the hand above the shoulder level. Couldn't do yoga, push-ups, bench press or swimming because it either hurt too much, or the hand outright didn't have the needed range of motion. After waiting for a few months for the shoulder to heal on its own with no progress, I gave up and went to the family doctor. She sent me for ultrasound and X-ray, which revealed whopping five different "problem areas". The doctor suggested physiotherapy, and after searching around online for a nearby location with good recommendations I decided on Premier Spine and Sport Rehabilitation & Wellness. Allen was very patient and thorough. He evaluated my current condition and inquired what my goals were, shoulder-wise. Given the extent of the damage I was skeptical, but decided to shot for the moon and responded that I'd like to return to the full strength and mobility, as if the problem never happened in the first place. Based on my condition and goals Allen devised a plan with clear timeline and upfront cost. After completing the course I am happy to report that I, again, am able to fully use my left hand and perform all the activities I was able to do before the injury. I occasionally still feel a bit of discomfort in the shoulder, but it's incomparable to what it was like before, i.e. the shoulder was outright unusable. I am hopeful that as I gradually put the shoulder through more use and training this occasional discomfort will go away completely.

Hello! I’m Claudia! I went to Premier Spine and Sport Rec. because of my knee pain! I had ultrasound done and went to other PT but noone could help me identify my pain and help me with it. Being a Fitness Instructor it’s crucial that I get a diagnosis and treatment for it so I can keep working! I had my pain for 3 months until a friend of mine sent me to this place! I must say I was a little skeptical but she spoke do highly of them that I decided to give it a try. 3 months later I can say that I am pain almost pain free, my confidence is back and I even started jogging and working on building back my strength. I can teach my fitness classes and not worry about my knee pain! I was provided with an actual plan from beginning to the end which I really loved! Allen is very knowledgeable and everything he promised he delivered on!!! I really appreciate the professionalism and high standards they they have! You will get homework, hands on therapy, email reminders, exercises videos and more!!! I 💯 recommend this place with friendly atmosphere and truly amazing results! I will for sure be back if I get injured or send my clients if they need physiotherapy!!! I’m so thankful for you guys!!! Thank you!!! Claudia ♥️

Allen is wonderful! He was always quick with communication and really listened to my concerns. He not only diagnosed and treated my injury he also helped me gain my confidence back to allow me to have the full range of motion that I was nervous to use after my injury. Allen's approach to look at not just the injured area but the entire body was amazing as it helped me identify and resolve other aches and pains that I had been experiencing for years that I just thought where 'normal' when in fact it was all connected. He answered ALL my numerous questions and always reassured me. He stays with clients for their entire visit and gives you all his attention.

Thank you Allen for helping my father recover from his shoulder injury! My father tore ligaments that required surgery to repair. While awaiting surgery, he reluctantly started seeing Allen for Physiotherapy. He was sceptical that it would help. Allen is so knowledgeable, patient, and professional - within weeks, my father was able to begin using his arm, he gave him daily and weekly exercises to complete at home. The work he did in the months leading up to the surgery, helped with his post-surgery recovery. With Allen's instruction, my father has gained back the use of his arm and is getting ready to return back to work, 5 months ahead of what the surgeon estimated! He is thankfully stronger than ever. Thank you Allen for working so patiently and diligently with my dad. We highly recommend you as a PT to everyone who needs it! People shouldn't wait, but rather book a consult if they're unsure. We're so glad my dad agreed. Thank you again.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring physiotherapist who will listen to you and work with you around your own personal needs - then this is your place! Form the moment Allen picked up the phone until 3 months later I truly felt that Allen was working towards supporting my goal to get better. He built an exercise plan around my specific needs and was able to guide me on how to work with it at home. The whole experience at this office/clinic was grate. Thank you Allen and Harman for your smiles and welcoming space.

I went to Premier Spine and Sport in June suffering with back pain. I overdid it planting my garden for 5 1/2 hours instead of pacing myself as a 71 year old should do. The pain was impinging on my day to day life which includes badminton and gardening. I was starting to feel helpless and overwhelmed. I had an initial assessment with Allen during which he outlined an achievable plan of attack to deal with my pain. I was feeling a major improvement by our 4th session. By about 3/4 of the way through my back pain was non existent. The exercises Allen had me do worked wonders and he told me how to manage any back pain that might recur. I would not hesitate to recommend Allen and Premier Spine and Sport to anyone who might be unnecessarily suffering from back pain. Thank you so much, Allen!

I had a total hip replacement at the end of October, 2022. After a month I felt the exercises given by the physio dept at the hospital were not sufficient for my recovery. Actually, I was starting to feel that I would not ever get back to “Normal”. On a particularly low day, I decided to look for a therapist who would help me at home. after searching and comparing firms online I called Premier Spine and Sport. Allen, called me the same day, a Sunday, to set up an evaluation and therapy plan at home. Since my first meeting with Allen, I have felt confident the care I was getting was both professional and therapeutic. Once I was allowed to drive, therapy continued at the office and I’m very please to say I’m now very close to “Normal” Without Allen’s help and guidance I would not be!!!!! Allen knows what he is doing! I would recommend Premier Spine and Sport to anybody!!
