I have been going to akross for 2 years now and it's always a great experience. I have purchased for taekwondo and karate 3 uniforms, 2 full taekwondo sparing sets and upgrades here and there. I have also purchased hit targets and sheilds and love their high quality. The lovely Anna (sorry if I spelt the name wrong) is wonderful and helps make sure you get the proper size you need. She takes the time to explain the different levels of gear and which may be more comfortable based on your body type and the sport you are doing. She is always great, and thank you so much for all your help over the years for my kids and myself. Thank you! This is the only place I recommend for their professionalism, quality customer service, honesty and integrity.

Had an online order to pickup. Email indicated it was ready to be picked up. Website shows they are open until 6PM. Drove down there yesterday at around 2PM. They were closed. Tried calling but no one picked up. No sign on door, no notices, nothing. Tried calling today before heading down. No one picked up the call. Drove down around 3:30PM. Door was locked again and no notice or any indication on what's going on. Tried calling several times but no one picked up the phone. Sent a message on Instagram. Apparently they are open only by appointment. Yet they did not bother to make any note of this on their website, online accounts, or even put up a sign on their door. The confirmation email had no mention of "by appointment" either. How is a customer expected to know that they are open only by appointment? In addition, even if I wanted to make an appointment, how am I supposed to make it when no one answers the phone?

Customer service is just AMAZING 🤩 we will definitely be purchasing more TKD in the future. If you are looking for MOOTO gear this is the place to go online 🥋
