Store is organized, plenty of skincare and beauty items to choose from. Sometimes you’ll find a gem if you’re patient to spend the time looking around. Electronic accessories are limited compared to other stores. Plenty of parking, located right next to petsmart and there’s a Walmart in front.

Came to shop there today (December 3, 2023) at around 1:50 pm and an employee or supervisor named Patricia squeezed in front of me and grabbed an item I was looking at from right in front of me. It was one of those christmas advent calendar boxes shaped as a house. She asked me if I was going to buy it and I replied that I am still looking at it. She took it away and kept walking. When I cashed out I got her name and told her what she did was wrong. She didn't apologize and tried to justify her actions in saying that she took it away because it was falling down. It was not falling down...it was sitting perfectly on the shelf and I was an inch or so away from the shelf. Messaging head office so this incident is recorded and may help in showing recurring misbehavior towards customers. Do better Patricia!

Came here to return an item I had previously purchased at Home Sense. Yes, you can return items purchased from Home sense at Marshalls. Ended up browsing the aisles and found affordable and lovely decor items for my kitchen. Did not check the clothes section so I cannot speak to that. But beware, th payment lines here are usually long though they move relatively fast. Bought a cute grater!

Very rude manager. Paid for a decorative pillow and realized as soon as I got home that it was meant to be a set of 2. Returned it and she was emphatic that she would never have sold 1 pillow- implying that I had stolen 1. So happy I had taken pictures earlier to send to a friend to prove there was only 1. Awful customer service!

I unfortunately had an extremely terrible customer experience in this store where a manager by the name of Eleana completely dismissed me at the front cash making a pretty big purchase. She was not willing to listen to my concern or attentive. She point blank had a wide eyed expression of disgust and simply walked away. She not only treated me as a second class citizen but also her staff. As a manager of a multi million corporation I do not believe these are the qualities you wish to display to your loyal and high paying customers that at the end of the day ensure you have a job. I would like to recieve a call or email from the store manager to give this store an opportunity to rectify this situation immediately. This negligent behaviour should not be tolerated in a place of work or business. If you want to act like you don't care about your job and the customers within it maybe you should find an alternative workplace.

Great place to pop in to, check out their clearances, walk around, there's always something you will see, if not to buy right away, then like me, keep it in mind and on a miserable day, mosey on over to purchase and browse.

It's a nice store... usually well organized. Sometimes the lineup is very slow.

Great finds, but store has an appearance of always being dishuffled. Staff are hard to find aside from the cashiers. Although the washrooms are the patrons using it, the washrooms are rarely clean in appearance.

Store is spacious and inventory is pretty decent. Lots of clothing options and price seems pretty good. Check out counter person was friendly and warm in her dealing.

I love this store but the supervisor needs to pocket her biases when dealing with customer’s. The floor staff are better off at customer service than her. I always drop by on my way home to pick up stuff and on this day June 27, 2022 at about 16:26:38 I picked up a dress, tried it and then approached the ladies at the change room about the stain on the dress. They were very polite and we even chatted for few minutes and they said I should talk to the cashier for a discount. I proceeded and to my dismay the cashier declined and then called the supervisor when I asked to see one. She (supervisor) without looking back declined with attitude and I could see where I was standing. The dress was over $60. I then insisted on seeing the manager; the cashew it went to her again and she came. As I was talking she kept talking in between, yelled and asked me to let her finish talking. I responded I was talking but she was so rude with eye rolling. I told her what happened and she said they don’t do it. I didn’t bother to tell her some staff told to me speak with the cashier. I asked when they started the policy of not giving discount and she said 6 months ago. I was thinking if something changed 6 months ago and your staff are not aware then you should not be in that position. I kept asking why and if I could return the cloth if it doesn’t clean properly. They both said I could but she now said “ I will only give you $5 today and it’s going to be one time and not another return”. I was thinking, why talking about another day? Does that mean this is something I do when we’ve never known each other before? Again I kept my cool. She was full of attitude all through. The cashier appeared better than her. She should be retrained. It’s a nice store but people like her will do more damage than good at this store with her attitude.

Really great prices in here all the time. Selection was a little scarce compared to pre-lockdown selections which I expected. But if you look hard enough, you'll be able to pick up some great finds!

Really good selection and great prices. Last time I went, I found a Pajar parka for $250 ($100 off regular price), a pair of Levis for $34.99 and a DKNY blouse for $24.99. You need some patience to dig for the best pieces but it’s worth the time because you end up with long-lasting, stylish clothes. Also, the staff at the fitting room was nice. They saw that I was with a stroller and was waiting for the only bigger size fitting room that was taken. So they opened the accessible fitting room for me (the one for people with wheel chair). That room was spacious and has many safety bars in case someone has difficulty with moving.

Tried to find something for a dress for my daughter for her party and they absolutely had nothing, lots of ugly stuff. They used to be good.

The staff here have a bad attitude and disrespect the guests and discriminate against them. A few days ago, I came here to buy something. There is an administrator of an old lady with short hair, and he has a bad attitude. She found someone to supervise my shopping, which made me feel uncomfortable that I was not respected. I plan to buy a lot of clothes, but after seeing her attitude, I won't come here to buy anything. I really don't understand why there is such a waiter. I hope her boss will fire her. This kind of behavior is very disgusting, causing my desire to buy to disappear. Such a person is not worthy of this job. If you want to do a good job in this store, you need to show a ten-ten attitude. I hope the leader can seriously change the attitude of the waiter. Generally speaking, this shopping experience is my worst in Toronto! If you delete my comments, I will continue to send them.
