I
love
this
store
but
the
supervisor
needs
to
pocket
her
biases
when
dealing
with
customer’s.
The
floor
staff
are
better
off
at
customer
service
than
her.
I
always
drop
by
on
my
way
home
to
pick
up
stuff
and
on
this
day
June
27,
2022
at
about
16:26:38
I
picked
up
a
dress,
tried
it
and
then
approached
the
ladies
at
the
change
room
about
the
stain
on
the
dress.
They
were
very
polite
and
we
even
chatted
for
few
minutes
and
they
said
I
should
talk
to
the
cashier
for
a
discount.
I
proceeded
and
to
my
dismay
the
cashier
declined
and
then
called
the
supervisor
when
I
asked
to
see
one.
She
(supervisor)
without
looking
back
declined
with
attitude
and
I
could
see
where
I
was
standing.
The
dress
was
over
$60.
I
then
insisted
on
seeing
the
manager;
the
cashew
it
went
to
her
again
and
she
came.
As
I
was
talking
she
kept
talking
in
between,
yelled
and
asked
me
to
let
her
finish
talking.
I
responded
I
was
talking
but
she
was
so
rude
with
eye
rolling.
I
told
her
what
happened
and
she
said
they
don’t
do
it.
I
didn’t
bother
to
tell
her
some
staff
told
to
me
speak
with
the
cashier.
I
asked
when
they
started
the
policy
of
not
giving
discount
and
she
said

months
ago.
I
was
thinking
if
something
changed
6
months
ago
and
your
staff
are
not
aware
then
you
should
not
be
in
that
position.
I
kept
asking
why
and
if
I
could
return
the
cloth
if
it
doesn’t
clean
properly.
They
both
said
I
could
but
she
now
said
“
I
will
only
give
you
$5
today
and
it’s
going
to
be
one
time
and
not
another
return”.
I
was
thinking,
why
talking
about
another
day?
Does
that
mean
this
is
something
I
do
when
we’ve
never
known
each
other
before?
Again
I
kept
my
cool.
She
was
full
of
attitude
all
through.
The
cashier
appeared
better
than
her.
She
should
be
retrained.
It’s
a
nice
store
but
people
like
her
will
do
more
damage
than
good
at
this
store
with
her
attitude.
