When
first
opened
I
used
to
purchase
from
this
location
frequently
and
was
always
satisfied
with
the
service.
However
lately
the
service
has
not
been
up
to
par.
A
couple
of
weeks
ago
I
received
a
promotional
coupon
via
email
for
15%
off
my
purchase.
I
ordered
a
box
of
choc
covered
strawberries
and
went
in
to
pay
and
redeem
the
coupon.
The
coupon
was
denied
by
the
store
attendant
as
it
wouldn’t
scan.
They
tried
looking
up
my
account
by
my
email
with
no
success
and
refused
the
coupon.
The
store
attendant
was
quite
rude
and
belligerent
when
I
vocalized
my
upset
that
a
coupon
sent
to
me
would
not
be
honoured.
After
I
left
the
store
the
manager
called
me
using
all
kinds
of
excuses
why
the
coupon
could
possibly
be
denied
though
she
was
unsure.
I
explained
that
the
coupon
was
one
upset
but
how
it
was
handled
was
another.
I
was
really
turned
off.
I
called
the
Head
Office
to
be
told
that
there
was
no
reason
for
the
refusal
of
the
coupon
as
it
held
no
restrictions.
Today,
I
called
in
an
order
for
3
strawberry
dipped
cones.
The
attendant
confirmed
over
the
phone
that
I
wanted
3
total.
When
I
arrived
there
were
only
2.
I
was
told
the
attendant
who
took
the
call
only
confirmed
2.
So
had
to
wait.
Think
my
preference
will
be
another
location.
For
the
money
you
pay
for
some
fruit
with
chocolate,
the
service
is
sure
lacking
