I cannot say enough good things about this location. I’m in the US, ordered from this location for a friend who lives nearby and pretty much immediately upon delivery it was stolen. The delivery person had arrived while my friend was out but on her way home, she instructed them to leave it in a particular place (they did) and when she got home 15 minutes later it was gone. She asked all her neighbors and apparently no one had seen it. Later that night the shop actually called my friend to make sure she had received it and when she told them what happened they offered to send her another one!! I am honestly blown away by this level of customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs their services! Thank you so much!

BEWARE - Ordered a LARGE Summer Daisy, they delivered Medium and DID NOT deliver the additional chocolate covered strawberries. Called them and them did not call back - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid this location !!

After being told by the Bayview store that they can not accommodate my request of nut-free delivery, I spoke to Serena (?) in the Vaughan store on Rutherford road. Not only was she friendly, cheerful, informative and professional, but also assured me that nut-free is no problem, hence I placed the ‘Large Delicious Party’ order with her. Thank you Serena. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I wish every company was as easy to work with as ‘yours’.

We made an order a week before Mother's day so that we could pick it up on Mother's day at 11am. We had to wait 2hrs for a simple pick up of an order. They were completely unorganized. If you know that your company relies on big holidays for most of its sales, you should consider a better method for handing out orders. Will never order pick up again.

First time ordering Online. Had doubts about presentation ect. I called store and lady on phone was helpful. Orders are delivered between 1:00pm and 5:00 pm. My friend said fruits and cake were fresh and DELICIOUS 😋. FLOWERS 🌺🌹 are beautiful

Edible arrangements is my go to place for ideas to bring on any occasion. Whether it's a birthday present, anniversary present, or work celebration, this is where I order the best delicious dessert! Customer service is excellent and the presentation are always beautiful! I have ordered from Richmond location and Vaughan location. I have also ordered through Toronto location as well and each locations have wonderful work! It's pricey though, but WORTH IT! Totally recommended!

Ordered online for pickup on Mother’s Day. Staff was very polite and quick to find my order, even on such a busy day. The flower bouquet and edible arrangement were larger than I expected. My mom loved her gift!

When first opened I used to purchase from this location frequently and was always satisfied with the service. However lately the service has not been up to par. A couple of weeks ago I received a promotional coupon via email for 15% off my purchase. I ordered a box of choc covered strawberries and went in to pay and redeem the coupon. The coupon was denied by the store attendant as it wouldn’t scan. They tried looking up my account by my email with no success and refused the coupon. The store attendant was quite rude and belligerent when I vocalized my upset that a coupon sent to me would not be honoured. After I left the store the manager called me using all kinds of excuses why the coupon could possibly be denied though she was unsure. I explained that the coupon was one upset but how it was handled was another. I was really turned off. I called the Head Office to be told that there was no reason for the refusal of the coupon as it held no restrictions. Today, I called in an order for 3 strawberry dipped cones. The attendant confirmed over the phone that I wanted 3 total. When I arrived there were only 2. I was told the attendant who took the call only confirmed 2. So had to wait. Think my preference will be another location. For the money you pay for some fruit with chocolate, the service is sure lacking

Had ordered before so when we used too good to go for fun, and they gave us an old tray of strawberries and pineapple rinds with barely any pineapple on it. Went straight to compost. Pretty pathetic.

The team at the Vaughan location definitely love what they do …it is such a fun and friendly atmosphere and it shines through in their beautiful and tasty arrangements . Best go to gift when you don’t know what to get ! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered last night (the night before) and was on a time limit as my office closes early on Friday. Called this morning to let them know & the lady I spoke to made sure the driver knew to deliver the arrangement before 2pm. Thanks for the great customer service!

I received a box of chocolate dipped strawberries as a gift( see image top right). I opened the gift after a few days since I had no idea it had to be refrigerated and there was mold as well as all the chocolate was melted. Called the store and genuinely explained the situation, the manager said there is nothing they can do. A box of 12 strawberries which cost over 60$ and there was nothing they could do. Excellent work!! Avoid this place! Customer service =0 points

Got an edible arrangement for my parents anniversary. Was delivered on time and everything was beautiful. Only thing is we selected a general celebration arrangement and got a “happy birthday” container even though the card said happy anniversary. The arrangement was also tipsy in that small basket. Other than that was okay.

Ordered a large arrangement for a Birthday. 4:00 p.m. and still not there. Would not use this location again. I had used a Toronto Location before and they were there by late morning. Hopefully this arrangement won't disappoint after this

Never again..$46. for a box of 12 pieces of cut fruit w/chocolate. Yes..I was stupid & paid it. Ordered a day in advance (11am) for pick up next day @ 4pm. Not ready..we need to make it..2girls at cash that we're like deer in the headlighs. 20mins later I get the box, as I walk out, my box with my name is in the cooler next to the cash You should really train your staff.
