Just before York Region went into Red Zone, my friends and I came to Nitro for the 1st time. The layout was unique, not like usual Shisha places with one open concept layout. It’s a great place for private birthday parties. The nachos are the awesome. My friend really enjoyed her chicken burger. The shakes was delish! Good 1st impressions and once Covid Lockdowns/Restrictions improve will check it out again. Thanks Nitro! :)

Here visiting from Miami. My sister law in Hamilton and decided to check this place out. Place was pretty poppin; Club vibes but with a really chill environment. Wife loved the cool drinks and they had a great selection of beer. Not much of a food person while smoking but their fries definitely hit the spot. These people KNOW their hookahs. This venue def competes with what we have in Miami.

I love the atmosphere: music, seating, tv shows, really good food. There are several hookah flavours, the ice pipe was my favourite. I ordered Nitro fries, Nitro nachos and burger with fries and all of the dishes were absolutely delicious! I would love to go back for the food and try some cocktails as well!

This is the best fkn place ever honest to god hands down. The best service. the beat hosts ever. So kind and generous. I love you guys <3

We walked into this establishment and had to walk right out based on the poor service. As my friend and I walked in, we were barely acknowledged. There were a few people working at the bar who I had made eye contact with, and they looked away. It wasn't until I walked up to one of the waitresses/bartenders at the bar and asked to be seated for two. She sat us right under the DJ booth making it difficult for us to have any kind of communication because of how loud the music was. Once we asked to be seated elsewhere, she rudely responded, "You would have to wait 2 and half hours, it's busy." We accepted and continued to wait at our seats until a server came over. After 10 minutes and awkward eye contact with the employees at the bar, we decided to leave with discomfort. There were no menus for food, no waiters that came by to greet us, NOTHING. This place does not deserve any kind of business if that is the caliber of service.

Firstly, I was glad they allow reservations, when we arrived the place was starting to get busy. We waited a little over 5 minutes and were brought to our table. The place filled up very quickly after that and eventually turned into a club/lounge. So I highly recommend making reservations. Ambiance: they place is lit up in red lighting, there is a dance floor, the tv was playing some Netflix show. The lounge very much caters to the south Asian population as 90% of the music played that night was Punjabi/Indian. The crowd was going wild! It was entertaining to watch. Great ventilation so the place isn’t filled with smoke. Eventually, the music does get really loud so it’s hard to talk. Highly recommend if you are in the mood to just dance. I enjoyed our food, it was delicious. The Shisha itself was not bad either. They do have options for shisha ranging from $25-$75. Service: the staff was nice however once we were served, they did not really come back to check up on us. We had to seek the servers attention to get assistance. Apparently, there are call buttons at each booth, not sure if that’s the case for tables as well. If there was any, we were not informed.

The waitress told me our bill was $281.42 plus a mandatory 18% tax that "must be paid in cash". I had to ask to get a printed copy of the bill 3 times before she actually printed it for me. She kept turning the iPad showing me numbers and turning it back quickly. When she printed the bill, the total was not $281.42 (much less). She then told me not to worry about the tip because she "never keeps them" and she "gives away all her tips". She ended up splitting the bill and stated that she "forfeited the tip". I paid my portion of the bill and left, and my friend and the rest of the party went up to pay when we left. She told my friend that I refused to pay the mandatory tip in cash and that she needs to pay it. The name on the receipt was SABRINA, but I didn't actually ask her for her name. As well, she never tended to our table so even if there was a "mandatory tip in cash", it should have been for the other staff and not her. To be real, I was definitely going to leave a tip before I felt lied to. This needs to be checked as I think this staff member may be pocketing cash through lying to customers.

We’re so impressed - this shisha lounge has got to be one of the bests lounges! The vibes inside are amazing, the food is absolutely delicious and the hookah is so smooth! We loved our visit here, we got some fire shots, stunning cocktails & danced the night away on their dance floor (YES THEY HAVE A DANCE FLOOR!!). Seriously blown away by how great this spot it, definitely a must visit for any occasion. The staff is so nice and welcoming, we recommend this spot to anyone who wants to have a good time.

CATFISH! If you look at the IG it is so hyped drinks and all, booked a table Friday only to get put on a sticky table! Ordered drinks my drink clearly stated 2oz of alcohol for it to taste like water and the waiter to say it has 1oz when the menu says different! Then the waiter in front of 4 people tells us he will not charge us only to leave and the other indian guy chases us and all a sudden our waiter states he never said that LOL he said it infront of 4 witnesses! Drinks are watered down, food is trash, no customer service skills, waiter stunk like BO so did the brown guy with glasses like deodorant is sold everywhere! Music took me back decades ago all he was missing was sean kingston again IG was deceiving! Never will recommend or go back! Music is old and waiters stink like they have never showered oh and they asked to see our vaccine passports and they weren't wearing masks themselves not the girl at the front or the waiter we had! They blocked me on IG but lucky for me google and yelp will tell other consumers what to expect! If I can give no stars I would not worth a star at all! CATFISH!

Omg what a terrible place! Place is ran by some indian kids who clearly have no experience in this business. Please please close down or sell the place. Guys dont waste your money here there are far better places in Vaughan that are more classy then this unit they call a lounge that are worth every dollar! Most of the reviews on here are fake CLEARLY you can tell.

Wanted to give the place 4 stars for shisha and the food but the whole experience was spoiled when we were refused warm water. My friend got the one glass warm water but when me and friends requested few more glasses of warm water after having food, we were refused warm water. Instead we had to buy 3 bottled water. I hope the customer service is improved in the future.

Large portions good food good atmosphere they have shisha they have a big macho appetizer you can even song request if you send it to a nap and they will play whatever music you want them to play and there is even a dance floor area. They have a buzzer for when you want to order or talk to the waiter which gives you privacy

It has very nice ambience for setting up a party mood. Great songs ( can also be requested), drinks were good, lighting and seating was amazing too. Despite of all the goodies here I found the sheesha very week and it was lacking flavours. We order two, one regular with fruit head and another was premium with Jumanji flavour. Both sheesha were ok and not much smoke was coming out of it. Also coal used were those cheap magic one's which does not last long. If sheesha place had good sheesha I would not hesitate to rate 5-star.

The ambience of the place was amazing. I went there for my birthday party and it was worth it. The people there were so friendly and polite that it made my day! We arrived like 20 minutes late for our reservation, but they accommodated us and had us seated instantly. The service was also quick and top notch. I’ll recommend this place to everyone and thanks to the staff for making my day special! Hopefully I’ll be back soon!

THIS PLACE IS SO AMAZING, I really enjoyed the vibe and the ambience. The staff and the people here are very nice and helpful. This place offers sisha, alcohol and the best food I’ve ever had in some places. The theme is superb. This place is totally worth it !!!

I had gone with a couple of my friends. First off, we waited to be served for more than 30mins at our table, with the drinks being over priced and diluted beyond. You might as well order a glass of juice in that case. Servers don’t show up to the table to check up, we had to go to the bar to order most of the time. I ordered a martini which had stale olives in it and didn’t drink at all and yet I was charged 50% just because we took a little longer to tell them. The place looks hyped up on IG but it’s just waste of time. Find a better shisha lounge instead and save your money!

Management needs to check their staff. The waitress tried to rip us off!!! Our bill was $237 and she told us it was $280 PLUS we had to give a mandatory tip of 18%! Wouldn’t give my friend a chance to see the bill then changed it and split our bill and told us to just give her something!!

This was my third time visiting there, for the last two times i was giving them benefit of doubt that may be they are low on staff or they have alot on their plate. But this time the restaurant was all empty and our server was too busy with her significiant one. We had to get up from the table n went up to the doors of kitchen or had to look for somebody to help us. And when you spend 850 dollars, i believe you expect not best but at least better service and especially when its just 1 table to serve. You choose to celebrate our friend's birthday there and blast a popper there for which we were told "YOU GUYS MADE A MESS AND THERE WILL EXTRA 50 DOLLARS", i mean like seriously, the gratuity you guys charged $101.95 weren't for the services ? Moreover, when your restaurant says the closing time is 1am and plus your google handles mentions 1am closing, there is a reason people decide to come so that they can enjoy the occasion for that time. But, in this case, the employee tells us out of blues, that they are closing at 12 because there is no other customer. Is this how business works? I don't think so. If we were willing to spend 850 dollars, we would have gone to toronto with far better service. The only reason was your food and the vibe of the restaurant. But its high time, the owner realizes that their employees need to behave and serve the purposes instead of just disappearing on customers or sitting and chilling with their loved ones when there is no one on the counter. There should be workplace ethics in place. NEVER EVER COMING BACK !!! There are much better places with the same vibe, same menu (even better prices) and much much better service. Funny thing is, all three times i recommended my college peer, colleagues and house mates to come here and every single times got disappointed. SO DISSAPPOINTED !!!

Was here last night, amazing ambiance and music. Not too loud or Punjabi-only like others have posted. Also there is a button at every booth that you can press to summon your server to immediately come and take care of your needs or orders. I didn't notice the button and was waiting for a bit until we found that button!! Drinks and food was OK, but the sheesha was by far the best I've had. Knocking 1 star because they messed up our bill and we ended up paying someone else's more expensive bill and noticed it only after we got home. Update: they immediately refunded my bill difference after I reached out via IG. 5 stars earned! Thanks

Food, vibes and the place are great. Would have gave 5 stars but the customer service needs improvement. My server never checked on my group and I had to keep waving down other servers for things I wanted. Also the food came out at different times, each plate had about 15-20 min gap period, they should come out the same time. People like to eat together when going out. Also please provide napkins for when people order food.. myself and I seen the tables around me having to ask for napkins repeatedly. This is just advice to do better in these areas because the place is really great and things like this ruin the experience. Drinks are 9.5/10 The lady making them though should use gloves when putting on the fruits tho because she has long nails and it was kind of upsetting seeing her nail go in the drink when placing the fruits. ( wasn’t mine but I seen this ) Shisha 5/10 Was a little weak flavours could be stronger especially if you’re getting the expensive ones Food 10/10

I wish I could give this place zero stars ! The music there was beyond loud. It was like a club, not a lounge so nobody could hear to whole a conversation . It took the waiter 20 minutes to come to us and he couldn’t even hear to take our order I had to be pointing at the menu to show what we wanted. Our food came out we order Honey Garlic chicken wings which wasn’t cooked all the way through and fully loaded nachos and they has some bad taste sauce on it wasn’t good at all we also got spinach dip which was so watery oh and yeh we NEVER got our drinks we ordered! 0/10 ratings

First they say it’s cash only when there wasn’t even a sign or anything to warn us until we went to pay. The white waitress needs to be checked she is probably profiting personal pocket money and y’all don’t even know. She also demanded that we tip her $20+ when we have NOT seen her for the rest of the night and nobody even served us we had to wave them down. The drinks are also watered down you’re wasting your money if you come here

This is my first time posting a review on google but this place honestly deserved it, and not in a good way. I came here yesterday for my birthday after booking a month in advance and the website says they close at 1am on weekdays. However, I called in the day of and they told me they closed at 11pm. No update on the website or any other social media like their instagram. When I got there, one of the servers told me that they close at 10pm yesterday and didn’t tell me until after I started ordering. I came here before and I had a better experience but this time was super disappointing especially on my birthday. You’re better off going somewhere else.

This is a bit hidden as it’s in an industrial location and located in a plaza where it’s mostly offices/warehouses. But it faces the Main Street. It’s a pretty decent size for a Lounge, not super large. Seating is fair as well therefore recommending reservations for sure unless you come before 9:30pm. Lots of flavours to choose from and the nachos are amazing! The customer service is good but as it gets busier they all get very busy and cannot check on your regularly or at all. You literally have to find them to get their attention. I would recommend that the owner hire 1-2 people extra as the night gets busy, around 10pm. The current staff aren’t able to keep up and it would be nice to have someone check up on you atleast 2-3 times during the time you are there. Otherwise, I had a good time and would return.

Visiting here from sacramento: music, food, tv shows etc. such a cool place to visit. They have so many hookah flavors. You should definitely try this place if you are in the area. Staff is so friendly and very good service.

Been here last wednesday night. Great place!!! Service was amazing, especially the server with the chest tattoo. Just felt bad that she was at the front all alone. And still managed to gave us the best experience for my friend's birthday. Shisha was okay. Drinks and food were amazing! 👍🏻 Will definitely comeback

The vibe is nice on a weekend night. The place is really well designed. You can have some level of privacy in their booths - it is fairly dark with nice coloured lights. The music is pretty good. The staff are nice as well. I would definitely come back.

It’s a very nice place, I love the poutine, drinks are lovely and strong but my only thing would be the songs played, seems like the DJ prioritized Punjabi music only which is weird why they give you a number to text to request a song played? However overall the food was what made the experience :)

The Indian girl calling herself the manager and the boy with her was so rude they were doing there own Shisha and ignoring the customers. They don’t know how to do customer service. Pls owner of the place needs to take care of that.
