Food was great and service was very good! We had antipasto, fried calamari, pizzas, pasta, jumbo prawn, all tasted great, especially the calamari, little batter and the squid was super fresh, a must try! But… when we checked our bill we found they charged $7.5 for water, so we asked and we were told it was the bottle of water they brought out. We were asked if we wanted sparkling or still water and we said still water. I didn’t know there was no option for just tap water, and was never offered. So if we didn’t choose sparkling or “still” bottle water we get nothing? Also the water bottle was brought out without its cap, if the bottle came out with its cap, I would’ve asked if we have the choice of just tap water. We also ordered wine for adults and drinks for kids, so its not like we only drank water. Its not about the $7.50 but this is a case of principle. We didn’t bother arguing about it, but this left a bad taste in our mouths.

Celebrated my mother in law's birthday at Parola recently. The food was amazing. Rack of lamb, veal and risotto was cooked perfectly. Outstanding service from the staff. Highly recommended.

Last minute date night, decided to try something new. Shared a pizza, fried Calamari and Arugula salad, mains was pasta and veal piccata. All was enjoyed, great service, boun appetito!

If you are looking for an absolutely amazing Italian restaurant, this is the place to visit. This restaurant has an amazing menu with truly delicious food. I went today for my husband's birthday and we had such a wonderful time. I cannot wait to go back! The venue is perfect and the staff go above and beyond to make your experience amazing. The food truly speaks for itself. This was the best pasta I have ever had. I highly recommend the King crab fettuccine and the fried calamari. I loved the burrata board with figs. I have to also add that Franco, Ara, and Billy were so amazing. They will ensure you have the absolute best dining experience possible. Our server, who we called 'nona' was so friendly. When you visit this restaurant you feel like you are a part of their family. It is a great place to celebrate with loved ones or simply have a great meal Thank you Parola Restaurant!

Great spot for Italian food in Vaughan. The service is an 11/10, and they truly make you feel acknowledged. The food is good, but some dishes could have a bit more of an impactful flavor. They are very accommodating and will customize anything you want. Desserts are good as well, but could be better. Our top dishes were the sea bass and the coconut sorbet. Will definitely be returning.

Parola was a good place for business luncheon in Vaughan. The interior could use a little touch of warmth and coziness to bring up the ambience. The food was very good and the service was amazing. The gentleman who looked after us was funny, professional yet personal. He made feel welcome and never pushed us. My pictures do not do the food justice. The anti-pasto plate was suggested by our waiter and it was amazing. The fish was de-boned in front of us, and the meat dishes was very good. He also suggest a great bottle of primitivo! Great choice 👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing food and excellent service so what more can I wish for? We had a large group reservation and the serving staff were super professional and accommodating. Would definitely recommend the venue for all types of occasion.

Went with friends for a nice dinner on a Sat night. Greeted by an older man who was so friendly w great sense of humor. We each chose different salad and main and all 7 of us enjoyed it very much. Most of us have dietary restrictions and they were all met. At the end of the meal we were offered Lemoncello and the older gentleman raised a glass w us. Desert was good too. Had the cheesecake w lemon and blueberries and it was YUMMY Will be back for sure.

My God this place is good. The owner is so friendly and the food is beyond belief. We had rack of lamb, Pizza diovola, a custom made vegetarian pasta dish and the daily special. All were amazing, but the pizza was incredible.

I'm not the type of person who writes reviews online but my husband and I had such a great time in this restaurant that it was worth it to write about. We went here for dinner and when we arrived we were seated immediately. The space is small (around 10-15 tables) and very cozy. The environment there is great, thanks to the friendly and receptive staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our 9 months old daughter. The service is amazing too, always checking on us. The food was DELICIOUS. I had the best fish in a long time and their gorgonzola gnocchi is simply delicious. The desserts were also something, the coconut sorbet and the Cappuccino truffle were super tasty. We felt like home and we'll definitely come back!

wide variety of options but the food leaves you wanting more from a flavour standpoint.. This really surprises me given the reviews for this place. The calamari is really good same with the same mainly because of the sauce but the mains really don't hit the spot. We tried a few pastas, the steak special and their lamb which all were a let down flavour wise especially in this price range that's a let down. Def wouldn't reccomend this place. But the staff were great and the only bright spot of the night

I was at Parola for my birthday dinner over the weekend with a bunch of my girlfriends. I highly recommend this place. The staff and food were absolutely AMAZING. The food is fresh and tastes just like home made by the best nona (and I’m very picky with food). Franco and Maria thank you so much! I will defiantly be back soon.

Cute spot in Vaughan for Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is casual but the food is good. The servers were lovely however I did have to ask to have my water glass filled multiple time which got a bit frustrating. I will go back though - good value!

Been here twice with my husband and we really enjoyed our meals! Their portions are generous and priced fairly. My husband loves their pizza with a side of chilli oil and I really like their chicken and steak dishes but just make sure to ask for a side of mushroom cream sauce…it’s a must! Looking forward to trying their pastas next time. Thank you to the chefs and to Ara who was so welcoming and hospitable! Great experience :)

Fantastic authentic Italian food. Franco was a great host and kept us smiling the whole night! Loved this place and will be back. I had the risotto Al funghi and the pistachio cheese cake YUM!

I found this place on Opentable and decided to give it a try last night considering it was only 10 min from home. We were greeted at the door as soon as we entered with enthusiasm. The menu and ambiance were excellent. Service with a smile. The food was of great quality . I had the soup which was served at the perfect temperature and veal as a main. We will definitely go back . I would highly recommend this place .

Our first visit, warm reception by owner and team. Wonderful menu selection and all we ordered, from appetizers, entrees, wine and desserts were delicious. The grilled branzzino special was excellent in taste, presentation and volume. Great service throughout our dinner. We enjoyed our experience at Parola. Our word!
