I've visited a couple of chiropractic centres prior to my visit to Back to Health, and what I really liked about this centre is that they provide a more well-rounded approach to chiropractic care! Dr. Salubro will not only adjust his patients, but he will also use traction devices that will help to more efficiently solve his patients' issues! His approach truly helped to improve my posture and alleviate my neck/back pains.

Dr Walter and his staff are amazing and so kind. They are always checking in and making sure you are comfortable. Before coming I was having 1-2 migraines a day and since coming I’ve experienced so much relief. He has fixed my jaw and gradually I feel the difference in my posture since I started coming here. My brother and I both feel such a difference in our every day lives.

My job requires long hours of drive or work at a computer which has taken a toll on my neck, shoulders and posture causing constant chronic pain. I’ve had minor relief from occasional massage therapy but have never had a real understanding of what was actually going on with my body. Dr. Salubro did a full analysis of my bone structure through x-rays (conveniently done in his office) and showed me the issues in my bones that have caused my condition. He clearly explained all therapy options and fees and left the choice to me. Since I’ve started therapy with Dr. Salubro, I’m having less pain in my neck and shoulders and definitely a much better posture. The in office adjustments and at home specific traction exercises has already started to change my life positively. His office works like a clock and not one minute is wasted which is very helpful with my busy schedule. Where a few other chiropractors had failed to alleviate the pain I was experiencing in my upper back , Dr. Salubro was successful in only a short period of time. That aside, he was very informative, he provided me with some very useful exercises that are definitely working and his office is warm and welcoming the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a chiropractor in maple or surrounding areas .

I'm not a fan of writing reviews but i decided to share my experience with people who are living right now in pain , setting at home feeling depressed and suffering from the pain and needs help. I had been experiencing significant lower back pain every time i bent over to pick up a tool from the ground.I had visited a chiropractor and massage therapist as well as an acupuncturist for almost 9 months and the pain was still significant .I found Dr Salubro on Youtube and watched a few videos about treatment and causes of lower back pain.I contacted the Back to Health clinic and set up an assessment.I felt comfortable from my very first visit with the fact that Dr Salubro believed he could relieve a significant amount of my pain and correct my spinal issues along with my lower back pain...If i was willing to put in the effort and take part in a treatment plan along with the Back to Health clinic.I agreed and jumped it with both feet ...I have completed my 3 month treatment plan and though it was slow progress at first Dr Salubro assured me that things were changing for the better...I needed that reassurance a few times along the way.I am happy to say that most of my pain is no longer there and i feel much stronger than i did when i started.I realize that i must continue my exercises and strengthening protocols if i want lasting good back health. I have been suffering with excruciating back pain for a few days and after trying everything (RMT massage, physio etc.), I decided to visit Dr. Walter. I must say that it was the best decision I made. Day 1 was my assessment and day -2 first adjustment and that excruciating pain was gone. I initially thought this maybe temporary relief, but it has been a month now and the pain never came back and I have become a lot more flexible with my back. Dr. Walter is an amazing person to work with. He has been personally monitoring my progress and helps with several tips and exercises every time I meet him. Even the first assessment I had, Dr. Walter took all his time to walk me through the reports in detail and explain where the problem is and also provided me with multiple options this treatment could be approached with. All in all, I am extremely satisfied and anybody looking or even thinking of a chiro treatment... look no further.. Dr. Walter it is!!

Been seeing Dr. Walter for almost 8 months now. I suffer from scoliosis and have tried several other therapies before coming here. Over the course of 8 months, and after an intensive 3 month rehab, I can honestly say that my back is in the best health that it's ever been. Dr Walter and his staff at back to health chiropractic are super welcoming, sweet and accommodating. I began my treatment here because I was suffering from migraines weakly. My headaches would last the whole day and would not go away until I took medication. Within my first week seeing Dr Walter they drastically improved. The head aches became less frequent and when one did come on it was totally bearable, no medication necessary. I am so happy and exited for more to come. I had a pretty bad Sciatica pain (because of L4, L5 disc bulge) on my left leg since the beginning of 2023. Took advices from my family doctor, physiotherapist. Did MRI, report was suggesting to consult with a surgeon asap. I did not want to go for a surgery. One night, I was literally crying because of the pain and Googling to find some hope. And then I found Dr. Walter's YouTube videos and in some of his videos, he was talking about the same exact problem that I have. Then I got admitted as his patient and undergone a 3 months treatment plan. He did not promise a cure form the pain but he worked on reducing the pain. And guess what, I don't feel any continuous pain anymore. The pain didn't go away totally but I know what physical activity will start the pain and I avoid those. I had a nerve pinch that restricted my movements. It was on and off and when I had the pain, it was unbearable. Suddenly it became continuous and wouldn’t go away. I could not walk; crossing roads, going up down the stairs and simple cooking was no longer possible for me. I remained in bed most of the day, for around 1 week. My friends suggested Doc Salubro, but I was sceptical as my pain was really high and I figured that since it was there on and off for the past 2 years its not going to be fully cured ever. I was convinced that this will be my lifestyle from now on. But after 2 adjustments my pain was GONE. I did another 2 months of recovery care with him. It was like magic, I am really great full to him for giving my freedom of movement back. He is amazing, soft spoken and very skilled in Chiropractic.

I need to sit and work in front of computer all day long. I started to have stiff neck and shoulder problem twenty years ago. At that time, I was seeking help from massage and I got temporary relief. In the past few years, other than stiff muscle, more symptoms started to appear, neck and shoulder pain, hand and food numbness, poor posture, low energy level, the list goes on. It motivated me to think how I can improve my situation. I tried several things beside massage including exercise, eat a healthy and balanced diet, work less and rest well and regular checkups. My situation wasn’t getting better. I was wondering what else I missed. Now I find the missing piece, chiropractic care. Dr Walter has been treating me since 2007. I travel to see him from Bradford because he is so professional, knowledgeable and so passionate about helping you help yourself. I love that he uses the Thompson Technique which is more gentle in how the adjustment feels-however it gets into all the places my body needs. I use to tense up with other chiropractors in adjustments anticipating having them using their body weight to get the adjustment. Not with Walter and his method. If you ever find yourself in the Maple area or looking for a great chiropractor-do your body the favour and go see him…I promise you it’s worth it-more importantly you’re worth it.
