    The management at this store is not service oriented. Especially Rene! She comes up with a “no” and negative attitude before she even hears you out. Total luck of understanding and compassion towards another human. Dealing with such people ruins one day. Therefore its not worth for me spending my time and money here. Btw I saw another similar experience in the review below where the customer was provided with one instruction over the phone and another instruction at the store visit. Update: I got contacted by Hayden Customer Care Manager and let me tell you, his customer “service” skills just confirm to me why I will never shop at Kitchen Plus again. These people are trained to provide excuses in order not to honour their company policies. They act if they enjoy quarrelling with the customer and proving that the customer is wrong. Hence I will continue to shop with KP competitor, Hudson’s Bay which has AMAZING customer oriented service when dealing with their online team. Also to mention Hudson’s Bay offers much better prices on top of the incredible service. So its a win win.

    I'm surprised I haven't heard of this store until recently. Some of the prices are unbelievable. Super cheap but it's the same stuff that's more expensive in other stores. Same brands, same quality, etc. The staff are nice, the store is very clean, and it's organized beautifully. You can walk through this place for quite a while until you find exactly what you're looking for.

    Worst experience ever with the store manager, She refused a return for an exchange, purchased 24 hours before, with original packaging claiming the my plastic bag had residual of something, Went to a Bass pro mill store and return the items without any problem. People like Adrienne, store manager should not be dealing with customers at all.

    Terrible customer service from Kitchen Stuff Plus as well as the manager at this store, Lilliana. If you plan on ordering online from this company, and pay through PayPal, don't expect your money back. This is the most ridiculous return policy. All other stores never gave me a problem returning when I purchased through PayPal. I will no longer be shopping at Kitchen Stuff Plus especially at this location. According to Lilliana, it is fine with her too. Zero customer service skills.

    I go to this store from time to time because I go to other shops in the area. I am able to find everything I need and I like the ambiance there. People are very helpful and the place is neat and welcoming.

    I purchased an electric salt grinder on June 22,2022 I reached home the salt grinder did not work, I went back to the store with my receipt the lady was nice and replaced it to me, I got home, again.. not working. I went to the store today July 18,2022 as the lady told me if it won’t work to come back for exchange. The lady at the cashier, told me it was purchased on 2020, when I wanted to show her my credit card transaction, she kept saying she doesn’t care, and ignored me, I was mad and asked to speak with the manager, and she said I’m the manager, the other guy at the cashier started to yell at me get out of the store now, I’ll call the police, such a humiliation! Terrible customer service! Horrible experience! I’ve never felt like this in my life! I would .recommend no one to go to your store! Your stuff needs to know how to treat pregnant lady! And to be trained to listen to the customer

    It was in the box wasn’t open but of course I am replying to the response I was getting For my purchase of hammock . You just want to say any excuse to not returning after 3 days ?? It looks so many customers facing same issue with this store . Too bad how easy to lose customers with this services . It’s lack of customers service , or responses or answering phone . 0 in customer service . 0 in return policy .

    I bought hammock and for lack of space I didn’t have at my place . Went to returned after 3 days was still in box The employee there didn’t take it she said they don’t accept return for furnitures .I called customer service for 50 times no one bother to answer or response . 0 customer service and satisfactions .

    Bought an item on Feb 14 to try. Asked if I can return it if it doesn't fit, cashier said yes as long as it was within their return policy. I tried it, it didn't work well. I brought it back to return on Feb 28. Cashier says they wouldn't have said that, that once it's out of the package, I can't return it. No apology for poor staff training. I explained that I can't try it without removing it from the packaging. She goes onto claiming that she bought the product and it works for her. I explain that it doesn't work the same for my space. She then stumbles and asks when I bought it (trying to find another excuse). I said Feb 14 and she says oh that's been weeks ... It's been two. Anyways I give up because instead of apologizing for the wrong information being given (minimum, or offering the return this one time, or even providing a coupon or something as an apology) they treat me like I'm lying to them? This was the short older woman, looks like there's been more complaints about the store manager and if that's her well 🤷🏾‍♀️ I should have checked reviews first. Not going back, obviously.

    I had bad experience with kitchen stuff plus I bought a bakewar class it was on sale she said it final sale one item is missing when I came home I opened it was everything is broken second day I wanted to return it don’t accept that I said take your broken stuff the get bakewar but didn’t refund my money you’re cheating people I advice nobody buy from there .
