First & last time at this location! Ordered a Hail to Kale, which I regularly buy from different locations and they blended the drink when it is a cold press drink. It was full of pulp and obviously did not taste the same. Asked them to remake it and they completely flopped on the drink! I understand this type of drink is more time consuming to make but don’t offer the product if your employees cant put in the effort to make it. Never again from this location!

Was a little disappointed because the hour said 7:00 I modified them the store actually opens at 8:00. Your typical Booster juice friendly owner or employee clean fast service I was at the first one in there and they make a good juice

It's been a couple times now, why does this booster juice always close earlier than the time posted online? The workers love leaving early or something?

I'm pretty disappointed as I haven't had boosterjuice in soo long and I was actually looking forward to having a smoothie today. I ordered a ripped berry today and omg it was horrible. It literally tasted like a freezer which tells me they got some old stock fruit in there that are freezer burned. I cannot believe the quality of smoothies this location is giving out. Another thing is the dirty clear guard that they have separating the cash from the customer. It's soo dirty that I couldn't even see the menu properly. This location is a bust. I will never coke here again.

Smoothie taste like it was missing banana. Both smoothies taste like spinach bath water. Dropped my shot cup on the ground and still served it to me(??) I say this because there was hair stuck to my cup. Pretty unenjoyable sight. Not worth the drive or the money :(

I come here all the time now and it’s became my all time 2go booster juice place! because of the two gentlemen who always know which drink I’m getting but this time I walked in and was just impressed and absolutely surprised my favourite drink of all time (lemon berry) was ready for me right after I ordered. I don’t know his name but this place Is my favorite wel respected clean environment and I only want to come if this guys making my drinks. Plus it’s very hard to find steady solid fast paced environment like there. I can relate because I once worked at a booster juice and it was a great experience regret leaving from there But thise gentlmen truly deserve more than a raise and it’s more than just making drinks. It’s becomes passion.

I don't understand how this location is still in business. What's more horrible is the fact that so many people (mostly young and inexperienced) get fooled by the shady tactics of this location. Last week I went in and ordered a strawberry storm. The smoothie tasted like ice and water. There was no flavour whatsoever. I even saw the employee CUT the amount of fruit he put in and then doubled the ice. I called him on it. The smoothie tasted awful and I asked the employee to make it again. The 2nd one, although marginally better, had the same fault: lack of fruit, ingredients, but excess ice. This time I noticed, he put in extra puree. This smoothie costed almost $8 or whatever the price is. Whoever goes to this location and thinks they are getting their money's worth is sadly mistaken. The people running this franchise obviously are desperate for profit and are cutting ingredients anyway possible. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Better yet, give up booster juice entirely. I've been buying booster juice smoothies since 2006. So I know the recipe has slightly changed, but I know exactly how the smoothie is supposed to taste like. Booster Juice as a company will obviously do nothing. As long as they get their royalty cheques, they could care less. To the franchise owner: if you can't make the smoothie right or maintain quality, get out of the business and do something else. Don't short change customers just because you are stretched or being treated unfairly from the parent company. Booster Juice and its franchises have a responsibility to deliver quality, healthy smoothies that are tasty and proper - not watery garbage that can be made at home for 90% cheaper. I am pretty sure I'm going to get accused of a fake review. That's fine. Don't believe me. Order a high priced smoothie at this place and when it tastes like watery garbage, don't come crying afterwards.

Drinks are decent, employees are relatively friendly. As with others, I've had more than one issue with store hours being different than what is posted. This has meant we've gone out of our way with a baby only to be left with a closed store. I'm not sure if it's based on staff availability, or if sales are down for the day they close, but it feels incredibly unreliable and therefore unprofessional that it happens this often. The service was also a bit slow considering I was the only one in the store. I'm not even sure what took so long but it was as though there were 5 people in front of me. Edit to add: ordered from doordash and they’ve added stickers to “seal” the drink for your safety but the cover can still be opened, so it doesn’t actually offer any safety.

Employee talking on the phone with ear buds in while taking orders and making smoothies is very uncomfortable and unprofessional. This isn’t a cab ride, it’s a restaurant.

We always come here for booster juice. But Everytime we come there’s one employee and we have to wait atleast 20min to get our drinks or the smoothie tastes off. TO THE OWNER hire more employees! You can’t have only one person at cash and making the smoothies. Is he even washing his hands after each transaction assuming people are paying cash. The poor man is running around trying to get orders and making the smoothies.

Beware. I was here on Mon Nov 13, and both my drinks were severely watered down. They were very thin and cool, not cold, meaning they probably didn't even use ice. This might just be because of the BOGO day today, which makes it pretty scummy.

Booster juice is a great way to start my day. This location is very friendly and clean.

The guys that work his are quite rude but the drinks are good and decently priced.

Instead of spending 10$ at tim horton's and filling your belly with unhealthy filler foods feeding your fast food addiction, try this alternative for a week. You will feel exponentially better. You're welcome in advance.

If you wanna try something good and healthy then this is the place to go. Fresh and healthy juices served with good customer service. I have been there many times and tried every single item on the menu but the thing which impressed me was the customer service. Juices were too good and the new sandwich came is also tasty. I would recommend everyone to try that.

They don’t know how to make smoothies!!! They put so much Ice for 8$????? Ice floats on top and liquid from ingredients on the bottom of the cup . And why you need 3 people working there?? So slow . Very bad taste . Never coming back . Sorry .

Nuttin better smoothie was amazing. Also , the store was nice and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful getting my perfect smoothie i want. I will visit this location from now onwards.

Been here twice. First time they didn't have orange juice. Went there ten minutes before closing and they said they close their machines. Whats the point of keeping their hours until 10 if they stop selling juice at 930. Disappointing experience every time. Never going again.

Never again this location will never make your smoothie with the correct amounts, they are cheap with their ingredients and water down the drinks. This isn't the 1st time or 2nd but I'm not that dumb to make it a 3rd lol Avoid this location

The management of this store needs improvement! There seems to be only one employee, and they consistently close an hour earlier than advertised. We visited twice, once at 6:30 pm and again at 7:00 pm, hoping for fresh juice, but were told that the machines had already been cleaned and they were done for the day. Perhaps consider updating your store hours to ensure consistent service?

Arrived at this booster juice location at 9:20 pm on August 6 2021, and because the boy who was working decided to start cleaning 40 mins before closing, I was told they’re no longer making juices, only smoothies.

I enjoy coming to this location. The drinks are always fresh and taste just perfect and the food items are grilled to perfection. The employees are amazing to talk to and the place has positive vibes all around.

They advertise new smoothies and yet EVERY TIME I visit this location they don't have the ingredients. They're always out of ingredients. Quality has gone downhill as well. Will not return to this store. Avoid this location.
