Great Mary Brown’s Location. Lot’s of seating and over kept clean. MB chicken is always delicious!

We have always received great service from here. Quick and delicious food. The young girl who does the drive through ordering is absolutely wonderful.

First time experiencing Mary Brown chicken! We were extremely impressed! The service was extremely helpful! And prompt. The cashier made us feel welcomed to the diner with her warm smile and answered our questions courteously! We observed that both girls worked hard to keep the diner clean after the customers left as well as demonstrated friendliness. We didn’t have to wait long for the food! Wow! Everything was hot and tasty! Washrooms are accessible and very clean! If you are ever passing through, due stop in and select the yummy food!

Great experience! I came here because I was part of building this place for heating and cooling system. My girlfriend and I couldn't finish the chickens which was only 20 bucks. Oh yeah and it comes with potato wedges and colesaw too. The chickens comes in big pieces like the Korean chickens and it's fried perfectly. The first picture is some kind of cinamon breads and chocolate dipping which is only 2 bucks and what a combo they are. The manager greeted everyone and asked our experiences. Staffs were very friendly despite that most of them were new. My plastic fork got destroyed when i was eating my chicken but who eats chicken with forks anyway :P Overall a great experience!!

Do not go to this location, i’ve never felt so sick in my life. not only was the chicken really salty but i found a hair on my food.

Tried the Nashville Mary and Buffalo Mary. Both were really good. I ordered a biscuit as well which was not dry. Took care of my cravings! There wasn’t any music or background noise which makes it kind of awkward, but I came with a group of friends so we enjoyed our experience!

We came for lunch, and the service was friendly and polite. They gave us an RTA that was accurate. The tables were clean and the dining rooms was well kept.

This is the worst Marry Brown's franchise I have ever visited, with extremely rude staff. 👎🏻 I initially thought that my first visit might have been during nighttime when the staff was tired. So, I decided to give them another chance after 3 weeks. However, even during my second visit around 1 pm, with different staff, I was still met with the same terrible service and low-quality food.

Very delicious burgers and fried chicken. I love their food. Less oily compared to some other fast-food chains. It does take them quite some time to prepare your order but worth the wait.

I've been ordering for couple of months now. I've never been disappointed. The chicken always feels fresh. The prices are reasonable as well. Today, I asked for a couple of extra sachets of ketchup, they sent me 10. Best place to order fried chicken. 5 stars.

Big location and visible from street so was easy to locate upon entering plaza. Staff was kind and order was fresh and compared to other locations this one was very organized and had the food ready in reasonable time. I like that they offer a drive thru as well for convenience.

pretty much the best chicken fast food you can get outside of the small artsy places. the prices are going up. Good staff from my experience.

I generally like Mary Brown's food and I used to go to this location often. Today, I went through the drive-through and to no one's fault other than my own, I missed the ordering window due to a crying infant in the back seat. I guess I was hoping that somebody would just take my order at the pickup but instead, I was greeted with a smile and told me to go around again and order. Yes, that's exactly what I'm going to do. Go around and line up behind an additional 5 cars with a crying baby... Have a little empathy. No, I will no longer go to this store for food. The service isn't worth the hassle.

Loved the chicken sandwich! Was great. I was the only one there and got my meal within literally 2 minutes after ordering 👍

Problem with MB is mainly in their Corporate management, their food quality in general, pricing and Menu items, just to mention a few! This company and the products don't have any competitive edge, in front of KFC or Popeye... Wish MB lots success.

I like this place. The staff/management are really good. But I can no longer eat here as the chicken is no longer Halal - see Mary Brown's website to confirm what I'm saying. The other locations in the area remain Halal.

The food here is great but the wait for the food is always long. I understand the food is made fresh so it may take some time. But in this case I called my order in and they told me ready in 20 mins. I get there and after I pay for the food she then asks me about what kind of chicken I wanted spicey or reg and how mych of each. Keep in mind I gave all that information on the phone 20 mins prior to arriving. There were 2 people waitin for their food when I arrived and a few in the drive tru. It seems like they made sure to pack all other orders before getting started on even putting mine in the bags. In total I had to wait 10 additional minutes.

Terrible drive thru. Came here at 10:50pm and got so much rude attitude from the woman, who proceeded to tell me it was because they were about to close. That’s fine I’ll take my 60$ order elsewhere. You don’t appreciate my business, I’m sure I can find somewhere that will. Such rude staff.. not impressed at all, especially considering how great my experience was a the Yonge and Bernard location. Really a night and day experience between the two locations.

It had been a while since we'd been to Mary Brown's, so spotting one close to our doctor's clinic in Vaughn made us drive here since out tummies growled so close to lunchtime. Parking was ample and the place conveniently located. The place wasn't busy at all for dine in so we had an option to pick a spot to sit anywhere. We ordered 2 sandwich combos. The staff polite and accurate with the order. The food was served hot and fresh. The pickle on the top a delicious reminder of what we had missed for a while. Pulled back a star for not finding a clean table. Would definitely be stopping by again in the future.

Fresh and crispy. Way better than Popeyes and KFC. It's definitely on the premium side. They also have a drive through. I'll try them again, when craving for fried chicken.The potato taters tasted like they were mostly blanched and very lightly fried; they're good.

Not sure what is the problem. With waiting time, very slow service. You have to wait no mater what drive through or in store . Next door burger king seems to do better job regarding moving customers quick

Chicken sandwich was terrible, I'm sorry. Chicken had nerves in it and was chewy/ gummy. Can't say that I'd go back. I was looking forward to having that sandwich too.

Quality of the chicken here is very good but the customer service by the staff was not. Hopefully head office can help improve the experience. UPDATED 09/13/21: Head office really went above and beyond to make the customer experience great, thank you. Hopefully everything here will be much better, my family will come back to try again as we love supporting such a great Canadian icon.

I had a great experience at Mary browns the chicken and wedges are fresh it's delicious and fresh i recommend anyone to try the food thanks for the staff and thanks for the experience

Good food, staff needs improvement. I ordered extra mayo didn’t get any, lady serving me at drive thru was extremely rude. Didn’t scan my loyalty card either just frustratingly said it does work can you pay with card. I visited 15 Jan 2024 at about 6.pm.
