I went on a casual dinner to this place without much expectations. The ambiance was good. I had asked them their must try food and tried them. They had suggested wings, salmon and quesadilla. Wings was so good and quesadilla was good . Dont try salmon until you are ok with the smell of it . The chocolate fountain which was suggested for dessert was heavy in quantity and good . I would say the wings only as must try. May be next time i will try some other better dishes. I will Definitely visit this place second time even though the food was not too great just to try other dishes because of the service they provide and the responsibility they take for the dishes they deliver are very much appreciative. It will be a good spot for friends hangout r small family gatherings. Much better spot than phoenix food court

Burger bottom bread was soggy, top was hard. Boneless chicken wings was tossed with a sauce that was tasteless. AC water was dripping due to which we had to shift tables. All the food ordered were not good. However the team members were good and the services were good. The investor must look into the kitchen for improving food quality. Also must ensure the oil used for frying has to be good as all the items had similar oil smell which was not good.

Our experience at Chili’s was very poor. Although the ambience and the service was good, the food unfortunately ruined our experience. We had the veg chilli for starters. It was sooooo salty that we couldn’t even eat it. Then we had the green chili enchiladas- it came with a mountain of rice and the filling inside the tortilla was so burnt that it caused us to cough. Then we got the veg and beans fajita - despite the menu saying it comes with a guacamole- we weren’t given any and it was brought to us only at the very end of our meal. The tortillas were very tough and hard to chew. On the whole, would not recommend.

I ve been wanting to go to chilli’s for a long time .. Went here after the reopening .. the air conditioning was not working and the place had a good ambience. But I was not satisfied with the burger and the pasta. Both were very expensive and not worth the price at all. I have eaten much better pasta and burger elsewhere in Chennai multiple times. The burger patty was very salty and when inquired with the lady she mentioned that it was the normal taste of it. Pls beware of the salty burgers!!! It’s normal it seems !!

Ambience was okay, Air-conditioning was very poor. Waited for an hour and 15 mins to get the food ordered. There was only a single women waiting more than 40+ people. She was frustrated and not able to answer properly on the clarifications on the menu. Not that I blame her. Anyone single-handedly waiting that much crowd, will be like that. It will be better to see more people waiting more tables and giving them water atleast. Food was delicious.

I went here with high expectations, I have been to other outlets of chilis, but this was my first time at Phoenix mall. The restaurant wasn’t very packed but it took the staff 10 minutes to get us seated. We ordered 2 starters and 1 main. Everything tasted great, and the portion size wasn’t too bad either. The service on the other hand was just plain bad, it took them 15 minutes to take our order. Once we got our food, we realised the dip was missing, by the time the staff got it for us, we were already done with that dish. Moreover when we asked for an extra dip, the waitress ignored us and proceeded to seat someone else down, when asked she that they were customers (what were we then). They didn’t seem understaffed, there were a good 2-3 people standing around. To top it all, a lamp above one of the tables suddenly fell to floor startling everyone. Very poor service, but the food was good. Would NOT recommend visiting Overall 2.3/5 stars from me

The dishes in the photographs all tasted great! Californian Flatbed (chicken and ham) was the best tasting dish among them, followed by the quaesedia explosion... the quantity was sufficient too. As someone else also mentioned... it's great if you want to eat at pheonix but want to do so at a quiet place that's not too crowded, serves yummy food and you don't mind waiting or paying extra for it.

Very poor experience. I have been to Chili's many times. This time it was very bad. The chicken wings taste was good but few pieces were very hard to chew. The burger costed 700rs but tasted very very bad, too much salt on the mutton patty and half cooked. Very bad burger.

Service takes a long time here. First we ordered the pork ribs which took more than 20 minutes. When asked the manager he said porkcribs takes time. OK accepted. Then we asked him which pasta will come quick and he suggested one and that also came late. Plus the taste was very average. The Staffs are very polite and humble which is very good and no complaints in that.

The place offers exquisite cuisines but has a prolonged preparation period. We had crispy chicken, Mac and cheese pasta with Watermelon margarita. The place is family friendly and doesn't serve alcohol. The place is a bit crowded but we can come across different ethnic. Had a good time

Service is very poor. They are not even attending you when you want to order something or when you need water. Food varieties are very limited and boring. The cheese fills are bad, they were using old stocks, so taste and smell were all not at all of great worth for trying. Can recommend tacos and Quesadillas. Can try their French fries/ potato fries. But even then price is high for such quality and quantity. You can try the same dish with super taste outside, in other places for such rate and so.

Food was awesome.. The service team was not able to cater to the crowd. There was confusion and delay . We were waiting for the food for a long time then had to remind twice to check the status. Even waited to get the bill and we finally got up went to billing counter and paid and left.. The brand is doing well because of the taste but efforts to improve the service team needs to be taken. The service team was not enough to handle the crowd.

The place has a very good ambience and most of the time it is empty. The service is a bit slow eventhough the place was half empty. The food here is very good but little bit on the expensive side, its a good place to enjoy Mexican food sit back and relax as its quite peaceful compared yo the chaos outside in the mall

The restaurant seems to be really struggling. Very slow service, practically half the menu or some parts of the items are unavailable, food was aggressively okay at best. Super expensive for the experience. Would not recommend. They seem understaffed, but the silver lining was the politeness of the staff.

The tastes was not worth as what they charged. I liked only the margeritta cheese pizza. I spent Rs. 3,450/-.

First of all a huge huge thank you to the entire staff headed by two people Mr Shanmugam and Mrs Devi. We have celebrated our sons 5th Birthday where around 60 people were there with 20 kids and each one of them had a fantastic time. From the welcome drinks to the starters to the main course to the desserts every single dish was appreciated and delicious. Kids had a special menu and they had a blast. Though we had a set menu we did offer everyone a la carte menu as well. The service was fantabulous, with timely and very well organised team. A huge huge thank you to each one of them ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Will spread in word to each one of them around if looking for small gathering's .

I had a very poor experience in this place. I don't know if this is how it usually is, but it didn't seem like it was just that one bad day. It looked like a place which was not ready to open back up post COVID. The staff seemed pretty helpless but atleast they tried their best at being nice. The food was tasteless except for the pork ribs which was decent. They did not have a lot of things on the menu. The worst thing was they used old onions which were definitely spoilt and just made me lose my apetite. They didn't have onion rings either so I'm guessing they did not have fresh onions. I wouldn't recommend visiting anytime soon. Hopefully they get better as they get back to full capacity.

I got fantastic experience with this restaurant. Nithish the staff treats me very good, friendly and helpful. Im from SouthEast Asia so my taste is little bit different, but he tried to explain for me how's the food, which one should I try. Best service ever.

Very poor service. Service has gone down, I do understand that post covid we have to be very careful but the staff was carefree. Group came in after us were served before us. Asked for room temperature mango juice for child dining with us, server got the drink after heating it. Please pull up your socks.

Most of the listed foods are not available. Prices are extremely high. Veg options are not available much. Tacos taste is 3 out of 10. Waiting time is more. No proper response to customer.

The food here was good but way too costly for the quantity. The chicken tenders were so good and their mayo is a must try, will go along with any starter. The burger bun was dry and crumbled. And, the patty was also dry and thick, not the best. Their baby back ribs were good but nothing special as they advertise, it didn't fall off the bone and it's quite dry. Overall you can visit once for an experience but at a high cost.

The place is quite empty during lunch. They don’t serve tap water , so you gotta buy a bottle of water which I think is okay. But worth mentioning. The staff all stand together at all times and keep staring at guests and laugh. So that’s a bit sad. I ordered the bowl and fried chicken tacos. Both tasted good. The problem is when you ask them to pack the food to take away, they dump the whole thing in a box and give it. Just topple the plate into a take away container. Even though the food was untouched when served. That was a bit sad as well. The burrito bowl was untouched when I asked them to pack it and they just toppled everything into a box in a mess and gave it to me. It’s like they can’t be bothered to make a small effort to take them out one by one and put in the box.

Don’t even bother going here. Want a proper dining experience SKIP this place. Food and drinks are fine. But the dining experience (the service is simply horrible) tables don’t get cleaned. People will come to get your order exactly after 30 minutes. Once you order just forget about the food for at least 45 minutes cause they make sure to take 45 minutes to prepare what you ordered. Just a horrible dining experience all together. Additional the light fixture in the ceiling is faulty and probably might fall in someone’s head very soon.

A little bit Indianized Chili's such as burgers with non beef patty so had great experience with lamb patty. Generally it was good place to go when miss American style food. Our server Rajalakshmi was very kind who knows what customers want.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY. I have been a regular at Chilis Banjara Hills Hyderabad. The team here lack the knowledge or how chilis actually handle customers. Whenever we come here they say no to most dishes we ask and they aren't even bothered to respond properly. Made us wait for long only to say they aren't serving and we had to leave the place and they didn't even apologise. Pathetic experience. French fries as sides they just serve like we are getting it for free. Very less quantity and very very average taste. Very limited drink menu and extremely overpriced for the quantity they provide. Overall not at all gonna come back or try this outlet anymore or even recommend. It's better they shut this outlet only for the bad service they provide. PS. Have always been a fan of Chilis but utterly disappointed with this one.

If you want normal food (good and above average food), to avoid some crowded restaurant in the mall and won't mind dropping some extra bucks to spend extra time with your friends , then this restaurant suits you. The average cost per person is 550rs to 700rs and waiting time can be quite long because of short of man power. This is an expensive restaurant and charge is similar to the restaurant chain in US. They also add service charge of rs 500 and will be removed if you enquiry or ask them.

The food is really good. It's pricy but the quality and quantity is good. I had Chipotle quesidella , Margherita flatbread pizza and watermelon Margherita. All of them were amazing and the mouth feel still lingers even after hours. Loved it !!!!! Service is damn slow. They take ages to serve the food. But bearable. Ambience is peaceful and really good for catching up with friends here.

Food was good. New menu has been added and the service was quick and seamless. Since it's a mall, the ambience felt louder.

This Chili's is on the 2nd floor in Phoenix marketcity, the atmosphere here is pretty. The food is good, and on the heavier side. All the items on the menu are highly prices, and i must say it is not justified. The drink options, especially the watermelon margarita tastes like artificial liquid jelly. The restaurant has no washroom or restroom within the premises. The staff is friendly but the service takes so long. TLDR; Good place and food, very expensive, no washroom.

A decent place for american style cuisine. Cant say that the food was exceptional as something was missing. The service was good though.

Considering the hight cost, food quantity is not good. I ordered chicken salad and rice bowl, they provided only few small pieces(maybe 4 to 5) of chicken and the salad quantity is very less. I recommend Subway's salad comparing to this interms of quantity and taste.

Food was pretty average, steaks were too good. Burgers were average. Deserts were too good.

Love Chili's in US and was so happy to see them in Chennai. Cost wise, I feel they charge almost the same as in US 10-12$ starting dish price. Have visited multiple times, service is always pleasant, they take time to explain, don't rush you to move out, you can chit chat and spend as much time as you want. Food is always good, never felt the change in taste. Will definitely go again. Love their chicken jalapeno wings, quesadillas and tortillas.

I just ordered an Ultimate Lamb Burger at Chilli's restaurant at Phoenix Mall, Chennai. Turned out to be the ultimate disaster " don't bother"! Take a look at the photos below and see for yourself. I was promised a burger with jalapenos, tomatoes, bacon etc.....instead we had a rock of a patty precariously positioned between dry flat buns surrounded with soggy cabbage, a hint of bacon sans tomatoes and bacon. It was bit of a shock since standard of Chlllies has sadly come down terribly.....bad service, cutlery, food and they even accepted that they had messed up. The only thing they could offer me was to not charge me for the burger after I asked for a reasonable explanation for the real version versus my expectation of the ultimate burger experience the menu promised. Chilli's, Chennai either "shape up" or "ship out"!

I have tried a chicken steak which was very nice. Chicken was well cooked and tasty. I tried a pannacotta desert which was yummy. Ambience was good. Food was delivered quick

Horrible experience. We ordered ribs, flatbread & tacos ….absolutely no flavour or taste in anything. The forks and knives were dirty we had to send it back. Especially at a time of corona virus I'm not sure how a restaurant can be so careless. We had to wait 40 minutes to get a table and then were told that any order will take 30 mins. Poor service as well. Lot of uncleaned tables around us. Zero value for money. Will not visit again.

It was good earlier but jy recent visit there WS a let down. Very less variety of food and it so tasty as per their charges. I had a Philadelphia melting cheese steak (chicken) I don't recommend it nor am I planning to go there again.

Since I'm here to express my own opinion people who disagree to it are most welcome to do so. First off, this place is terribly understaffed. Sometimes continuously calling for a waiter can come to the point of self embarrassment. With how busy they can get (at least when I went) sometimes the staffs may have other priorities more important than your order. We were ignored in more than a couple of occasions. Secondly, the waiting period is pretty bad. To give the benefit of the doubt, it may be because we went during a rush hour but I felt like we could have been halfway through the food in some fast food places by the time our food came out in this spot. So I suggest that you keep off this place if you are in a hurry. Thirdly and most likely the biggest concern for most customers, is the price. The menu is not very pleasing to your eyes if you have heard of the term reasonable price. I personally don't mind dropping some money on my food but I honestly didn't think this place either served exquisite cuisines or hefty portions. It tastes like how those dishes are supposed to taste anywhere else, even cheaper places and nothing special. So, from a monetary point of view I won't call this place worth it. It's very obviously overpriced. So, if you want a very normal meal and won't mind to drop some extra cash to avoid the long lines in some other restaurants and have some leisure time at your expense, maybe you are the customer who'll love this place. Food ok. But if you are looking for rice based options they are very less options almost 1-2 that’s all. Tacos are good. Snack plate average. Chicken breast pieces are bit dry and coating for crisps and chicken not that great. The food is bit bland don’t get caught up by the name chillies. But if your looking for Mexican cuisine with a bit of less spicy it’s a great place.

Ordered burgers but one of the sauces in the which was supposed to be in the burger was not there. When requested for it, took 20 mins to just bring it. Bun was too big. Average experience.

Visit this branch of Chilli for the first time. Not so many customers when we started. Cleanliness was okay. Onky two Staffs were there but services were still acceptabe. I think thatbthe serving portion the food here were somewhat smaller than other branches that I last visited in Hyderabad. I didn't take any photo in this visit.

A Must visit place to enjoy American cuisine. Amazing Burgers and Pasta. Don't miss to try the Flatbreads.

I didn't expect this kind of a food out here. Not to blame the staff as they were understaffed. Big chain of restaurant at USA spoiling their name and reputation out here in India is unacceptable. Food wasnt tasty and the meat was so hard. We asked for chicken but we got beef! Pl try to improve. Never try again!

It's such a nice place to hangout with friends and family members.. We ordered cricket Mania non veg combo it's tasty and worthy. we can watch cricket as well in this restaurant and can chill our self

Not my first time here but the quality is not the same as before sadly. The Fajitas were pretty good so we're the Nachos. I feel the Chili's at Bangalore was top notch :)
