A pretty, well maintained mansion. The freely accessible gardens lend themselves exquisitely well for an afternoon stroll. My compliments and thanks to the society that maintains and preserves it.

I was there for the Christmas fair. I did not find it very interesting and I think that the entrance fee was not justified by the things we saw there

Buitenplaats beeckestijn is a beautiful place to have a calm walking in the open, along gardens, lakes, paths and historical buildings. It’s possible to visit the house by paying a small fee but the highlight of the place are in fact the magnificent gardens.

Why go to a chateau in France when you can have your own near your town house? This is how you rolled when your were Amsterdam golden age high society. It's magnificent 👌

Beautifull mansion with lovely gardens! Very friendly volunteers and a great little movie about the history of the house and grounds. At the moment you can only visit the ground floor, for a reduced price (2€), because of renovations of the rest of the house. No “museumkaart” unfortunately.
