Horrific
and
hostile
customer
service.
A
very
abrasive
manager
named
Mark
was
corresponding
with
me
via
email
regarding
a
reservation
inquiry
I
made
two
weeks
ago.
He
was
communicating
from
Grace
Bae's
email,
so
it
is
unclear
if
I
was
truly
speaking
to
Mark
or
to
Grace.
Either
way,
the
person
on
the
other
end
was
extremely
rude
and
lacked
the
professionalism
any
business
requires.
I
was
told
that
they
only
cater
to
those
who
drink
alcohol
during
the
weekends.
So,
if
you
do
not
partake
in
the
consumption
of
alcohol
or
if
you
are
sober,
you
are
not
welcome
during
the
weekends.
When
I
inquired
about
how
they
might
typically
accommodate
any
parties
who
dont
consume
alcohol,
this
very
abrasive
person
proceeded
to
rudely
respond
by
saying
they
are
a
private
for
profit
business
and
If
I
didn't
like
it,I
could
go
elsewhere.
Ummm....huh?
How
does
a
valid
inquiry
warrant
that
type
of
response?
I
was
asking
because
perhaps
a
food
minimum
could
be
offered
instead.
It
was
a
legitimate
inquiry
that
could
have
been
politely
declined.
Instead,
in
very
broken
English,
this
person
basically
told
me
to
"kindly"
kick
rocks.
Lol.
As
if
using
positive
words
in
the
mix
made
the
passive-aggressive
email
any
more
acceptable.
Unbelievable.
If
this
is
the
experience
simply
inquiring
about
a
reservation,
I
dont
want
to
imagine
how
they
treat
paying
patrons.
Your
policies
are
very
much
your
prerogative.
However,
a
professional
demeanor
is
always
expected
at
any
reputable
and
decent
establishment.
Beyond
tacky!
I
would
look
elsewhere.
There
are
many
other
karaoke
spots
offering
a
much
more
pleasant
customer
service
experience.
To
the
ownership,
be
careful
with
who
you
choose
to
represent
your
business.
An
abrasive,
rude
individual
will
cost
you
money
and
potential
customers.
