    The restaurant is very chic, ordering and paying is very easy, but it takes a little long for a fast food restaurant until the food is ready. They have a much better selection of veggie burgers than McDonald's and they taste great! You can also easily get free ice cream or coffee. All you have to do is take part in a survey. I can only recommend.

    Burger King Verden ist wenn: Du die Nr 270 bestellst, die Mitarbeiterin die 270 wiederholt, aber die 470 eingibt und du auf Nachfrage dann auf einmal die 280 bestellt hast (was etwas komplett anderes ist, falls es diese Nummer überhaupt gibt) und der Fehler bei dir liegt und du selber schuld bist.. Der falsche Burger konnte auf keinen Fall getauscht werden (die Bestellnummern wurden ja extra wiederholt)… und dann das Essen nichtmal schmeckt. Wir waren die einzigen Kunden, also auf den Stress kann man es nicht schieben. Kein Wunder das die Filiale gefühlt immer Menschenleer ist.

    May 6th, 2023 - Ice machine broken, a replacement drink was offered, the order could be canceled...the offer should be removed from the system if a machine does not work. It was paid with a card at the machine, it will only be refunded in a few working days... the original receipt was kept, a copy was only available via a copier, no second print from the cash register, it would not be technically possible. This was the last visit to this BurgerKing store. 06/10/2022 ...am disappointed, nuggets limp, rolls okay, shame about the short €25... Gives food for thought. Addition on February 16th, 2022 - 10:37 p.m., Chrispy Cheese . The nuggets were very good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside 😍 02/13/2022 - 7:40 p.m., everything is great, fresh rolls, friendly staff, very fast processing in the drive and the taste of the burger is also great, so please always 😍. Addition, after the first portion was eaten, we went through the drive again, simply great and I haven't gotten a "second helping" from a fast food chain in a long time.

    Unfortunately again not what we've ordered. Champ and churrie fries instead of Chili Cheese fries and a completely different burger menu...The team is not well trained yet...

    When we arrived there were no other customers. We ordered on the self-service displays, then went on going past the cashier and greeted her. She turned her back to us as we were inetrrupting her peace and pulled out her phone to text. We sat down on the cleanest table we found, as none of them were clean. There were crumbs and smeared sauces from previous visitors on most of the tables, although the staff were standing around and had nothing to do. When our food was ready, the number was displayed on the screen, so when I went to get it, I thanked the cashier, who ignored me again. The sandwiches were prepared just now and weren't even very warm, the cheese was right from the fridge unmelted. To be honest, I don't expect anything better from a Burger King or McDonald's, but still... - show a little bit of politeness - clean the tables when you have the time - serve warm food That is all that's needed.

    The food is as you would expect. But here in Verden it usually takes a particularly long time. People like to spend 10 minutes in the drive-in and it's the same in the restaurant - despite the usually manageable number of guests.

    Wir mögen BK, da das Angebot für Vegetarier wirklich sehr gut ist. Leider waren die Tische sehr verdreckt und bei der Bestellung wurden einige Sachen vergessen, die jedoch anstandslos nachgeliefert wurden. Geschmeckt hat es uns trotzdem.

    Pünktlich um 10 Uhr war ich heute der Erste Kunde. Daher musste ich zwar ca. 10 Min. auf mein Essen warten, welches aber dafür hervorragend geschmeckt hat. Einen Stern Abzug gibts nur weil auf der Toilette keine Seife war und das Toilettenpapier einfach auf dem Boden statt im Spender platziert war.

    Essen passt, könnte allerdings etwas schneller zubereitet werden. Fastfood kann auch deutlich schneller gehen. Mehr Lächeln und zuvorkommend Gesten des Personals wünschenswert. Wirkt auf mich eher gelangweilt. Ambiente fallt im Vergleich zu anderen BK positiv auf,da alles recht neu ist.

    Better Burger King than McDonald. BUT… I won't go to Burger King again in Verden. Why? 1. Because at almost 60 years old I don't have to be treated like a stupid little boy. 2. Because I don't want to be called a liar. 3. Because I don't need to be yelled at. 4. Because I would like to get what I ordered. 5. Because a Whopper builder used the back of his ungloved hand to wipe the mucus from under his nose while putting together a Whopper. On January 5th, 2024 around 4:00 p.m.… I wanted to redeem/order 2 coupons at the ToGo machine and exchange the respective French fries for onion rings, but that didn't work at the machine. So I went to the counter and ordered from the visibly annoyed young man. He directed me to the machine. I told him it didn't work. He teased me: “You have to be able to do that!” and wanted to show it. When he realized that it really didn't work, he took my order at the counter: two coupons, each with onion rings instead of fries and drinks without ice. The fact that I couldn't pay by card is NOT his fault! I attributed the fact that the bill was almost five euros more expensive than stated in the coupon to my extra wishes. But I didn't get onion rings, but two chili cheese burgers. Since I'm allergic to cheese, I immediately complained about it. The young man then assumes that I ordered it exactly like that. I explained to him about my allergy and that I would never order a chili cheese burger. He then claimed that there was no cheese in this citizen. I asked him if he doesn't know English or doesn't know his products. He then shouted at the top of his voice across the entire room: “Do I have to let myself be taken for a ride here or something…” This was an extremely embarrassing situation for me, as both the staff and all the guests present looked at me reproachfully. Then a young colleague came, asked for forgiveness and put together the correct order. She also changed the drinks because they contained ice cubes. She apologized many times and you could tell she was embarrassed. The young man didn't apologize and even gave me angry looks at every opportunity. In the meantime, I noticed that the Whopper-together hobbyists weren't wearing gloves. One even wiped the snot under his nose several times with the back of his hand. When I finally asked my previously friendly young colleague about the excessive invoice amount, I was only told confirmingly but harshly that I had actually paid too much. Then she left me standing there without a word. I didn't get the almost five euros back. Absolutely bottom category. The one star was only given because the rooms looked quite clean
