The desk manager last night sat 11th June was a superstar helped our family of 6 with our disabled child after air b&b rented accommodation was really awful we had such a challenging day and he sorted all our problems thanks to him so much he went above and beyond for our family Thankyou again Hotel is clean and service is great Jack

Nice place to stay at. The beds are decent, bathroom is good, and the rooms are comfy. The receptionist oriented us towards many things to do, and many restaurants nearby.

This was our last stay on our tour. Accommodation was comfortable and the staff were friendly. A lovely way to end our holiday.

Würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen. Beim Frühstück kein Gemüse sowie nur eine Art Schinken und eine Art Käse. Keine Auswahl an Brötchen. Das Zimmer total hellhörig. Man hört alles seiner Nachbarn. Auch die Toiletten Spülung der anderen ist zu hören. Wir hatten das Zimmer neben dem Abstellraum der Zimmermädchen. Die fingen ab 8 Uhr an zu lachen und sich so laut zu unterhalten das man nicht schlafen konnte. Am WC gibt es keine Toilettenbürste.

Ideal location with shops& restaurants nearby& 10 minutes bus ride to the nearest metro & 20 minutes to Versailles.

Staff are friendly. Facilities like slippers and shampoo for hair are not available. It's a 10-minute walk from RER and in a very nice and calm neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants available nearby and a supermarket in front of the hotel. Also a bus stop is in front of the hotel. It's also around 20 minutes away from Versailles by bus.

Rooms are nice and spacious, also the bed n breakfast is a wise option as the food was worth it. Took a while to get city cabs so plan ahead or use the bus option just in front of the hotel

Drastically poor service at this hotel. The food they served our group was unbelievably poor. I'm sure they served us one of the cheapest cuts of beef is shin which is used for soup in Ireland. The potatoes must have been Smash a packet of powdered potatoe. The system used to call the lift I never seen before (neither had anyone else in our party of approximately 40 people) where you press your destination floor rather than call the lift to the floor your leaving. Staff became annoyed because no one knew how to operate the system . Very embarrassing experience. Hopefully will never have to stay here again.

Great hotel with excellent location for us.

The worst, but then again for price point it’s understandable. Motion sensor lights for the rooms, pretty far from everything & neighborhood is NOT THE BEST! It’s right next to what seems like affordable housing. Parking Is very hard to find.

Very nice room, excellently cleaned qith many utilities available. Great shower and bathroom ventilation. Air conditioning did not work though.

I guess they are repairing the place? Not certain. There were a few places like the elevators that were just a mess. The AC blew air, but it was not cool and the air intake vent looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in forever. The beds were clean as were the bathrooms. Some of the staff were nice while some were incredibly rude. Two of the restaurant staff refused to acknowledge my request for water, but the front desk lady helped after trying (unsuccessfully) to get something to drink. There is aterrace outside where several local youth and young adults would hang out and were very loud until 3:30 am. Typically, I can ignore this sort of thing, but I had to open the windows due to the heat of the room, and then had to smell the variety of things they were smoking just below the window and listen to them being overly loud. It was a very restless two nights.

A horrible location to arrive late at night. Restaurant cooked me a steak (all they had left - I was late) but it was cold as was the one vegetable served with it. The environment was just not welcoming. Maybe the same for this chain?

A budget friendly hotel in a quite area. The room were clean. We did not try the breakfast. We chose the bakery near by and grocery shop beside. The bus 171 is stopping outside the hotel, then you have to take the metro from "Pont de Sevre" line 9 to downtown. Bus 171 also take you to Versailles. You can also take the train, line C, Chaville, to downtown. We chose the train from/ to the airport CDG, (Line C and B.)

Good value. We flew out from Orly and this was a great inexpensive night before the flight. Steaming hot shower, clean sheets, comfortable bed, good wifi. Also walk over to Scampia for dinner, delicious!!!
