Quality was amazing for the price! Best food I’ve ever eaten! My wife left me after though so 1 star.

Missing chicken nuggets from order wrong sauces delivered , no straw for the drink . Tried to call just to inform that retraining is needed in busy time but no answer

Very good burger. I was recommended to take some French fries with it, what a great recommendation. It's an amazing fit. It would never have come to my mind to combine these two. You should try it too!

Went there at 21h45 hat to wait nearly 15 minutes after ordering before getting my food. And there were only 2persons before me. And the fries were soft. But it's a Mcdonalds so I guess I can't be too picky

Universal across Europe, slightly different menu in Switzerland, usual McDonald's standard.

Staff is helpful and super quick in service. Nice ambience too.

It's often crowded and noisy. Swiss prices. Service is ok and McCafé which is upstairs is much better. But the McDonald's is poor - not a comfortable place.

Excellent fast service, but at a price: the sandwiches were pre-made long time ago. They were quite soggy. :(

This is my home McDonald restaurant since over 15 years. Nice place is attached to Manor (Placet) perfekt for going shopping after a meal.

It is a McDonald's, so you know what to expect. Next to that the touchscreen preorder system is nice and service is polite.

Worst experience. Despite speaking to the manager and Confirming what we wanted the customer service girl at the till disagreed to just give us a plain burger with lettuce even though I paid full price for a hamburger. I only requested that my child doesn't want to eat any meat he wants just the bread and lettuce. They made be pay another 5 chf for buying a small salad to make my own burger.! Shocking and sad experience. Trainees need more education in dealing with customers.

Slow service, but quite different than a usual mc Donald's, quite premium.

Usual McDonald’s, BUT sometimes preparing orders takes 20 minutes. Also it might me overcrowded and noisy.
