Great institute, I always go there with pleasure, the manager is really very friendly and very professional, Laura is very welcoming, kind and takes great care of the clients, I 100% recommend the institute. My semi-permanent nails are always very well done with a wide choice of colors, they last really well!

A customer for 3 years in this establishment on avenue de Genève, I decided for the second time to go to avenue du pont neuf. 2 times where it’s a total disaster! 2 people are there to ensure appointments. If one works brilliantly, the second does nothing and patiently waits just like the customers!! 20 minutes late + 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time she would have had plenty of time to remove my thighs without making the next client late. As for his excuse: “I'm waiting for my client and I'm here to replace” this shows his great motivation! Unfortunately it is now more important to pay people to do nothing rather than to satisfy customers!! In the meantime, I thank Léa for her gentleness and professionalism.

I have been a subscriber and customer for over 10 years now and I have seen the service deteriorate from year to year. It's getting worse and worse, I've just been refused a hair removal session for being 10 minutes late (I was unfortunately looking for a parking space). It's a shame !! The staff is young, amateur and sorely lacking in interpersonal skills! Please teach them to speak to customers with respect, this is the basis of business. Avoid if you are looking for even a "basic" service.

I took out a subscription and bought a session package to do but I make an appointment and each time they call me to cancel, to tell me that we will not be able to provide the requested service and that there is nothing they can do because the employee performing the procedures is sick and there is no one else to do it because there is no employee. Appointment made Monday for 11:50 a.m. Wednesday, beach available almost all day. 11:47 a.m., arriving in front of the institute, I receive a call to tell me that we will not be able to provide the requested service. 2 young girls all sorry in front of me but what should I say? I manage to make an appointment, honor this appointment and come on time. And at the door they tell me it's not possible. For a service billed at €40 anyway!!! UNALLOWABLE!!! I was thinking of getting a subscription, I'm going to look elsewhere because it's not serious. Subscribers can make an appointment but strangely only some subscribers.
